Very rude. Maybe learn some customer service skills. Of course I called back California auto supply in Pomona who I guess was acquired by parts Authority this year hopefully they can learn some better customer service skills

Issac helped direct us to the right parts for the replacement, and me and my friend went outside to replace the battery. We did not know what to do, however, and ended up accidentally breaking a lot of the pieces. Me and my friend were very stressed, but then Issac came outside to help us, and ended up doing the whole repair and replacement, guiding us through each of the steps for future reference. He was out in the hot sun with us for a long time, and was extremely friendly and patient during the entire process. Truly the best customer service I have received in a long time. Without Issac, we would have probably genuinely injured ourselves from our lack of car knowledge, and it would have taken us hours to finish the job. We are super thankful for all of Issac's help and his patience during this entire process. We will definitely be returning to this location!
