I continued to yell back at them, explaining that there were absolutely no hash browns in my omelette and I want a refund for the hash browns immediately. Finally, after making me yell and argue with them for probably 3 minutes in front of the whole restaurant, she finally agreed to refund the $3. Horrible service, and dishonest.
