This is the worst nail salon ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Charged me $17 for a manicure and the tech didn't even file my nails. They clumped the gel polish on my toes. She didn't speak English at all so I couldn't tell her how to fix them. They'll send you discount codes via text message and then not honor them saying their system automatically sends them but they don't honor them. What?!?!? Then take my number out of your system! I had a good experience here. The lady that did my pedicure was quick and efficient. I was totally relaxed. At first, my olfactory senses were a little overwhelmed, the air was clearer back by the pedicure station. They have this all down, even with slotted foam forms to keep my toes apart while my clear gels dried. The basic pedicure was priced pretty much where everyone else is. Bad Paint job, inside the lighting was great but once I stepped out side wow the lines and lumps were terrible especially for the price, once I noticed I went back in and I waited 35 minutes because the ladies didn't want to make VINCENT feel sad, is what they told me twice , VINCENT's wife who didn't want to give me her name for some reason was very rude and aggressive with my hands to the point I had to stop my self from losing my cool, once she was done I went to the receptionist and asked what her name was and here she comes screaming in in in my name is in, the receptionist already had said her name is Tina, I left them with their coupon and walk out to never come back.! The owner of this salon is very rude. She displays a disdain for clients as if we are somehow an inconvenience to the staff who provide services that we pay for. If you are not in the "business" of serving clients and performing duties at client request, you are in the wrong profession. This place literally nickel and dimes for everything no matter how small or simple the request or how much you are already spending. I came in for an acrylic fill in and deluxe spa pedicure. I specifically asked for a French manicure with regular polish and a silver line at the base of the French tips...simple enough, no design, no stones. The girl that did my pedicure asked if I wanted gel for the French tips. To which I answered NO I DO NOT, I previously stated my request for regular polish because they charge an additional $20 just for gel polish (I'm not paying $20 extra for you NOT to even polish my entire toe. She asked again and persisted by saying gel is better. I know what gel polish is and how it works, I walked in with gel polish and explained that because I was getting French tips, there was no need for gel. When I reminded her that I wanted the silver line along with the French tip, I was told that I could not get that and she would not/could not do the line for me because I refused to get gel polish. WTH? I'm paying for a service to get what I want and she was told by the Owner to decline because I didn't pay extra for gel polish which has absolutely nothing to do with any design. You can't tell me how/what to put on my nails or toes based on what you want me to pay extra for. Needless to say, I was not satisfied nor did I like the service or atmosphere and I'll never return to this place. Good luck to the rest of you who give them your hard earned money. This nail salon is very cute and small. I didn't even know it existed until I found it here on yelp. I actually used to be a devoted customer to my Bella nail bar by the McDonald's across from target but I stopped going because my nail tech started hitting on me every time I would go in and it made me feel super uncomfortable. So I decided to switch over and give this place a try. They're super fast and always have the TVs on( which is important to me lol) & loud enough to actually enjoy the HGTV. Today was the second time that I had been here. Quality of nails both times were really great. I got in there at 2:35 checked and sat down for five minutes and then was seated right away and got out of there by 3 o'clock it was insanely fast. usually nail salons when they're THAT fast they're sacrificing quality of nails but this just wasn't the case. Last time I got my nails done here was my first time and they lasted three weeks without any chipping or anything falling off, (I get gel acrylic by the way) not sure about their other services like eyelash extensions or eyebrow waxing but at least for nails I'll definitely be back. read more

I came to get my nails done here because my friend lives this spot. Well I gave it two tries and it only got worse. The first time there the nails were uneven and it was rather painful. My second and last attempt at this place was awful. I went in for a simple gel manicure with a friend and she got more done on the manicure side of things then I did. She had a nice hand soak and all the fun stuff while I did not. My nails were left extremely uneven and the shaping didn't match either, along with a streaky paint job. Oh and did I mention she cut my finger bad enough that it wouldn't stop bleeding? So I call them and ask if they can fix it and they said ok. I return to the salon about a hour later because it was a 30 minute drive with traffic. The same tech who didn't do a good job was the one who "fixed" my nails. Once she was done I left not satisfied and just sucked it up because it was awful unless you knew what to look for. Once I got home I washed my hands to start making some lunch and one of my nails, the paint came off in a whole chunk just washing my hands. So once again I called them and they said they would fixed it. Another lady was kind enough to redo my entire gel manicure but I wasn't thrilled about how we ended things. After having to come back twice for them to fix things I was wanting a refund because it took an entire quarter tank of gas just driving back and forth. So I asked her and she refused because i let her fix my nails. I don't mean to sound inconsiderate but come on, any other place would have understood that they messed up and would have offered compensation without you having to ask for it. this place was really pretty the inside I think was freshly done and renovated! they were really quick with service I think because I went on a Sunday there weren't many people going in there but there were still people in there they were pretty active but I was seated immediately as well as my boyfriend. my nail tech was emily and she did a great job!! the pictures on the left or what I asked for and on the right was what I got. She was really quick and instantly got to it as soon as I sat down and I showed her what I wanted, the only thing I would say was that she was a little rough but I think that's because she was going so quickly she didn't really have anybody behind me or like waiting on her but I think because she was so popular at the salon she kept getting phone calls which isn't a problem to me. she didn't cut my cuticles, only filed and drilled, but i'm sure if you ask for it they'll do it. I ask d for square and she glued on long stilettos at first but she just cut them down to square, which i didn't mind. I got French tips and the black tips on it are hand-painted with gel polish and the corners are looking a little rough she didn't get them perfectly, but that's not a problem to me it's not that serious I'm not looking that close on my nails but the gel polish is also kind of see-through when you look at it through a light because it's not that opaque but to me again it's not a big deal. My boyfriend got a basic manicure and cleaning and his nail tech was Jenni and he really liked her! he said she was really gentle but quick. she also had a lot of people asking for her but she mainly did pedicures and I think that's what she specializes in but I don't know. Overall it's really 4.5 stars I didn't want to come here at first because of the bad reviews recently on here but if you try to go on like a less busy day, you won't have to worry about people rushing you or your nails being rushed. I have been going here for over 6 months now and will not go anywhere else. I have never had poor service. I may need to wait sometimes if I do not make an appointment but that is even rare. Hana does amazing pedicures and the gel sets and fill ins from the rest of staff are always great. I also get my brows done and they never do too much. They keep the natural brow line perfect, which I have had issues at other places with. My acrylic nails last weeks and it's rare they break off except for my own laziness to come in timely because my nails grow quickly. And I type everyday all day for work and do quite a bit of cleaning and yard work on the regular. I love to go here and recommend to anyone. read more

One lady did my basic pedicure for $45 (I thought the total was going to be $45 plus some for the acrylic big toe) but she said she didn't do acrylic so she had someone else do the acrylic and paint my toes for freaking $62 extra!!!!..... it should not cost this much. I have had my nails done here before by Lee and she did a great job that's the only reason I will come back. Just make sure ONE PERSON does what ever service you get because she will charge you full price to make sure each employee get paid. The manager has a nasty attitude. She picks and chooses based on the customer if she wants to provide the service or pass them on to another staff even if the it involves them waiting for a long time. I recently went and was told they were booked at 2:45pm. I was told this before I could explain what derive I wanted. They are still using a pedicure method that has been deemed unsafe/unhealthy by NC regulatory agency. I would recommend Valentino Nail Bar if you want a great nail experience! Had a pedicure here today, asked the manicurist to match the length of left big toenail with the right which was already short because it broke and was cut shorter. He mistakenly cut the right shorter even though I said up front not to. So after that I think he may have slowed down somewhat to do a better job, he tried to do better. While drying i noticed left pinky was missing some polish, I went to the counter to see if it could be fixed and a female worker in a in a pink Gucci-esque sweater very Rudely and Obnoxiously said 'what do you want now he already spent an hour with you what do you want'. Accused me of asking for different colors, I asked for off white which they did not have. In fact the non-gel polishes have poor color choices and seem old and take forever to dry. Obviously she was not coming anywhere near me with that attitude, so told her not to worry I would not be back. People making their living dealing with the public really need to learn how to interact respectfully with customers or pick another line of work! read more

This place is horrible. I got a pedicure with a lady who was extremely rude and didn't apologize after I told her she was hurting me cleaning my cuticles. She rushed through my pedicure and finished in 15 minutes. My big toe is slightly crooked after I asked her to cut shorter. I wasn't going to make her keep cutting down and messing up my nails even more. Additionally, the lady made a snide comment to me in Vietnamese after I commented about the price. There is no customer service here so there are tons of way better salons to go to than this place. read more

I got my nails done a week ago and the nail tech recommended that I get the powder dip because it will last longer than gel nails, which is 4 to 6 weeks. I agreed and paid over $50 for the dips. This doesn't include the price of my pedicure. I spent over $100 at the salon just for them to give me crappy service. I went back a week later because the nail powder didn't hold and it was clipping off. I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that they were busy and couldn't see me until the next day. WTF! I told the lady it needs to be fixed today because I don't have time to come back. The nail tech said she is too busy and she can fit me in a little before they close. Mind you while I was waiting, there were two walk-ins who got service before I did. Did I forget to mention that I am Asian, paid a good amount of money at this salon and they gave me the worst service. They need to learn how to provide great customer service especially when their products SUCKS!! read more

I am so happy my home girl told me about this place!!! I got a deluxe pedicure and manicure w gel polish. I even got my brows done. This was the BEST service I have ever gotten. My feet are sooo smooth and my nails look amazing(I'll post a pic) more important my eyebrows.....SPEECHLESS!!! I never wrote a review before but this salon got To me. Idk if it's personal or not but EVERYTIME I come here they take at least an hour and a half to seat me. I asked if its first come first serve type of service, the lady in front who sits everyone, she said yes so I don't understand why when it's my turn she doesn't seat me but if someone else walks in after me, they get seated and taken care of in less than 30min. in addition to all this nonsense, I didn't even get my nails done. I wanted simple acrylic nails, but the lady who did them was rushing for no reason, didn't even take her time to look at the picture I showed her. So obviously she messed it up, every finger had different length, shape and was sloppy and rushed. Through the whole process I tried to let her know that the nails are messed up but she kept telling she is not done and to wait. At the end she blamed my nails because they are different size (duhh they are nails). At the end I had to ask them to remove it. Idk wbu but I feel very disrespected and discriminated in this facility. Very disappointed. The man used tools that came out from the drawer in the table and not in an autoclave. It doesn't look sterile. I am very concerned. The did use six coatings of polish, two base, two color polish and two top coat. They do not do a hand massage or warm towel. In this case I was glad not to have this man massage my hands. read more

i seen an ad on instagram for this place, did my digging and they do offer great work! i made an appointment and everything was on time. the lady who did my nails was kind of rude and pushy about what she wanted me to do. obviously, i was wanting halloween nails and typically get SNS. i still got SNS and then on top of some of my nails, i got gel black glitter because it was what i was looking for. little did i know, i was charge $12 for 4 nails to get polish and a light on it! for my nail prep, she was a little rough and ended up getting cuts on my cuticles. maybe a little over a week of having them done, 2 has popped off and the gel glitter was off in the matter of days. read more
