Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. Shout out to John Green specifically. The quote was not the cheapest but nearly, and it was the system that I felt had the best value. Did everything go exactly as planned? Of course not, but that's the nature of things, especially with old houses like mine, and more importantly John and co. made sure everything was right in the end. When we got the system tested for permitting and rebates the technician commented that it passed with flying colors, well beyond the minimum specs.
