The first time I went to Pietro's, they had fish and risotto special. Every time I've went, they always had the fish and risotto special - and ordered it every time - because it is THAT good! This time I ordered the risotto special without the fish and it was especially delicious. Pietro's has an amazing menu and quite a few menu items I would love to try - but I just can't pass up the risotto - because it is THAT good! Pietro's evolved from a small family favorite restaurant to what you would expect at a fine dining franchised establishment. The mood is always vibrant and positive. And the service is even better. I'm used to experienced server carefully going between each person. Ok. So it wasn't terrible. It's just not as highbrow as the place seems to project itself as. Also, one of the servers loudly interrupted us while we were having a conversation and it was very jarring. I couldn't help but feel rushed and kind of bothered by the uncomfortable, inexperienced energy of the staff. It's fine. I'll totally go back. The food was amazing. We also tried the chicken Parmesan--big portion accompanied by marinara sauce.
