Let me just start by saying AVI TECH are THE ONES TO CALL. NO MORE SEARCHING IS NEEDED. We recently purchased a home in La Quinta and inherited numerous flat screens, (unmounted) remotes, modems, receivers, and the list goes on. Being the nontechie people that we are just looking at all of it was overwhelming. We started by obtaining our own equipment with Spectrum, no one offered to have it installed at the time of order so, in frustration, I called Spectrum back and begged to have someone come out. A technician came to the house and for over an hour attempted to get us up and running, meaning the basics, internet, and wifi. We ended up with wifi but unbeknownst to us no Internet, and of course, the tech had left. A call into customer service and a basic verbal walk-through of rebooting did not prove to be helpful either so another Spectrum tech was sent out. Again, hours later, a new router and the same thing, wifi but no Internet. This is when I started searching for a professional and VIOLA I came across Jesse at AVI TECH. Not only did they answer my call, but I also had an appt scheduled that same day. Within minutes of his arrival, we had a plan, a simple one, at a reasonable cost, to get us up and running including all that inherited AV equipment. He had a team of 5 at our house the following day, mounting flatscreens, hiding the cables in the wall, setting up the Internet, adding new routers, new modems (bye-bye Spectrum!!) etc. His crew were professional, worked as a team, courteous, and best of all KNOWLEDGABLE. No job is to difficult for AVI TECH!!!! We have just moved into a new home and have selected Jessie and his brother Sid of AVI TECH to install and mount 3 televisions today in our home. The installation was extremely difficult because they had to mount the televisions on brick walls. In order to do so, they also had to create and install electricity, drill through brick walls and mount the large screen televisions. Their work was impeccable and the mountings were perfect. These gentlemen worked extremely hard and were very diligent. They even cleaned up all the debris caused by the drilling. Jessie and his team were very professional and accommodating.
