We called AVI Tech to get our 84 inch TV mounted above the fireplace. We were a little skeptical because of the weight of the TV and the height of the fireplace. The technicians that came out were able to give us different options (such as different mounts) that would help with the height and also reassured us that the TV will be secure. They even pointed out a few things we hadn't thought about, like where the power outlets and the cables would go. Their suggestions made it so that we would have no trouble connecting our consoles and devices to the TV. Steve and Jesse did the installation and they were friendly, professional, and overall did a fantastic job! They also made sure that everything was cleaned up after the job was done. I requested a whole television set up for an art tv after remodel. Jesse had his own company that did the carpentry inlay in the wall to fit the television in. He did his install and left for the day and we arranged for his return to complete things. After a whole day of trying to get the universal remote to work, after he did the wiring he could not figure out what was wrong. We realized he did not know what he was doing. He was missing components to make the whole system work . We have had to hire a fixer to come in and figure out what the problem was with things not working and it is costing way more than the huge money we gave Jesse. I found AVI Tech through Yelp, sent them and a few other companies a message and ultimately decided on AVI Tech due to their availability, flexibility, price, and professionalism. I was not disappointed. We needed three new LG OLED TVs mounted in the bedrooms (two of them needed mounts). It was a fairly straightforward job, as I had the equipment and the electrical was in place. The part that stood out is I had an appointment with them scheduled. The day before we found out our TVs would be delivered a day early, so I asked if they could squeeze us in that afternoon...and they were flexible enough to accommodate. UNFORTUNATELY, the TVs were delivered to our other home in San Diego, not Palm Springs. SO, I had to call Erica back (crying) about the mix up and apologize and ask to reschedule down the road. Erica was very empathetic of the whole debacle and did not give me any grief. When we finally got our TVs to Palm Springs, we had them do the installation as originally planned and there were no hiccups. I appreciate Erica's understanding and accommodating of our schedule. I needed someone to cleanup and streamline all the equipment previous owners had left behind. Jesse came out to my vacation home to see what I had and make recommendations. When I contacted AVI Tech for an estimate on mounting a new TV and moving two others, Erica, the office manager, was so cordial and helpful. She arranged for the owner, Jesse (her husband), to come by the same day. It was great that he wanted to see the areas first before providing an estimate. He also suggested adding a Vizio soundbar and two speakers on stands at a very reasonable cost, which he ordered for us. On the day of installation, Steve and Anthony were outstanding. Jesse came out to evaluate our needs, gave us a very reasonable bid on solar-powered Ring Cameras, 2 Amazon Echo monitors, and WiFi Amplification. Jesse and his crew are simply amazing! We had quite a mess going on with our tv and stereo equipment ...wires tangled everywhere, 4 remotes and terrible sound system. They fixed everything to perfection and designed everything to look seamless. Even got us down to only one remote which is simply unbelievable. She is friendly, efficient, and set up an appointment time for me. Steven arrived at my home after calling first to make sure I was ready for his arrival. He had a mask on and greeted me and my little dog with kindness. He worked quickly with the installation, showing great patience with my lack of tech knowledge.
