The first time I interacted with her, I had a lot of extra baggage, and without hesitation she helped carry it all the way to my rental car. The second time, I was dealing with an issue involving my travel agent and rental reservation, and once again, she went out of her way to help me get everything sorted out. Both times, she was nothing but smiles, positivity, and genuinely great customer service. She made stressful travel situations significantly easier, and experiences like this are the reason I have such a positive impression of National. Employees like her are an incredible asset to the company, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

I mean, I eventually found it using the key fob, but I'm baffled at how terrible their service was altogether. The problem is that today, when we were picking up a vehicle for the company and they told us this, we had nothing to prove that we worked there with our name and company name on it, we were trying to figure it out and find out what we can do or show them to prove employment and the entire ordeal was extremely rude on their end. They seemed to be angry at us for not having proof of employment and started talking down on us and acting like we were stupid. Absolutely horrible customer service. We did end up having a company card we use that was enough to show proof of employment since it had my coworkers name and company name on it but we first had to basically sit through a screaming fit from the branch manager apparently (he claimed to be the branch manager about 3 times during this fit). Never booking here again and absolutely do not recommend unless you want to deal with childish, demeaning and rude staff.
