I had the print out of the reservation with me. The woman behind the desk seemed to be indifferent, didn't want to be there, etc. She asked if we wanted insurance on the vehicle, we stated no. We stated that we are using our insurance company, Allstate. She went into this rant that if anything happens to the vehicle, we will have to pay out of pocket of $5,000. She had to keep repeating that we will pay $5,000 out of pocket. I told her we are using our insurance company. Never had a problem with Allstate. She then asked if we are using their toll package, we said no. We have the EZ-pass. Once we had that all worked out, we didn't get the Toyota Corolla. The representative stated that they are all out of the cars and only have SUVs. She gave us a Chevy Equinox. She didn't want to go around the vehicle with me to see if there were any damages to the vehicle or anything. She also didn't come out to see if I had any questions about the vehicle. I was in their parking lot for a few minutes to figure out how to move the side mirrors, what side the gas tank is on, etc. Before I checked the vehicle out, she stated that if we bring the car back not clean. We would be charged for cleaning of the vehicle , which could cost between $250-$450. This was the worst rental car place to go to. This vehicle is nothing but a gas hog. We came back from our vacation and the next day I went to the car wash to have the car detailed inside and outside. My husband meet me at the Woburn location. Different person at the desk, this person no smile, no nothing. He did look at the vehicle to see if it was cleaned which it was. Gave him the keys and left. I never had any problems using my car insurance or EZ-pass with Enterprise or Hertz. Enterprise/Hertz customer service representatives are soooo much helpful than this woman was.

For almost 400$ , yuk. I regularly rent from budget in Arizona. They are top notch. Here, not so much.

Dan came and picked me up, and called my insurance company to get all the paperwork in order. While speaking to my insurance they stated they do not "direct bill" with Hertz. Dan was so kind to find out who I would direct bill, ( enterprise) got my claim number, set up a reservation for me. Dan and Issac also gave me a ride to enterprise. Talk about going over and beyond, these guys are AWESOME!!!! They deserve a RAISE ASAP!!!! Thanks Guys,

Damien at Enterprise Car Sales is phenomenal…read more My fiancé and I had spent the day driving around to different dealerships testing a number of used cars, and were both just re-remembering how painful the car buying process is: you always feel like you're getting ripped off, or that the people you're talking to aren't 100% trustworthy/on your side, that they're there to persuade you to buy something more expensive, the whole thing. And then we made it to Enterprise, and Damien was the complete opposite. He remembered important details from our initial call (like our price range, my "dream" car, the fact that I was a fitness instructor haha all of it). He had those cars literally already ready to go for us. He wasn't pushy *at all,* which made us want to work with him. And then above all, he was just SUCH a nice guy. So genuine, so helpful, and a lot of fun to work with. We ended up coming away with a car we LOVE (2019 Nissan Rogue with 34k miles!) at a good deal with good financing. Only one things I'd say could make the experience better (neither of which has anything to do with Damien, who is amazing, but is just a heads up): The technology to get a quote on financing and walk through details for the car is just... painfully slow. Plan to budget well over an hour to get through it (we hit this snag both when getting a quote, and then again when actually coming back to buy the car) Otherwise, highly recommend Enterprise, but specifically recommend working with Damien!

Everytime it snows the Trunk and back seat is filled with snow. I have to pay $500.00. per month for this vehicle. I am very hurt because I took it back to the company within 7 days and they would not take it back. I am not sure of the Rep's name I think it's Abdul and the Manager Drew refuses to take the car back. It failed the Emission stay away from them as far as you can. It is Winter now and everytime it snows I am very upset.

Volvo's delay in providing the necessary parts, and the lack of parts availability from other sources, extended the one-week repair to over 2 months to complete. However, Neal helped us successfully work around the lengthy delay. Neal always kept me advised of the status of parts and repair.

In both cases, the service person patronized me to a degree I've never been patronized before at any other dealership. The head of service gave me the runaround when I wanted to see proof that I needed a $4300 repair so that I could have a couple repair guys I know that specialize in Infinitis (sadly, they are 1000s of miles away from me) that how I was treated is not appropriate and an anomaly for Infiniti repair. Both friends formerly worked at Infiniti service branches. But are they? I keep running into lousy reviews about Infiniti repairs at dealerships. I may just take my chances and drive out on vacation to get my car repaired with someone trustworthy.

I made and left messages for 2 sales managers to call me back; and I am still waiting---for at least 2 weeks now! I made an appointment for service on my vehicle, and not only couldn't they resolve the problem, but when I wrote a note on their website, no one called back on that either!! Toyota makes a great car, as far as I am concerned, and we are happy with our vehicle, but the lack of customer service at this dealership is abominable, and when we need to replace this car again, it will probably be with a different dealership.
