We were so excited to try a new coffee spot and support a local business. Aware is located off of Eastern and Sunridge Heights. We went in mid afternoon and it was pretty full inside with customers all with their laptops set up. Inside was big and spacious with long tables. We were greeted by the employee and she took our order. We ordered a pumpkin tiramisu latte with oatmilk, whiskey white frappe and a matcha mochi donut. I really wanted to try the chocolate one but they were sold out, understandably so, since it was later in the day. Drinks came out fairly quickly, as she was the only barista. Both drinks were really tasty, not too sweet, rich and creamy and you could really taste the coffee. We loved how well blended the frappe was, no big chunks of ice. Morning meetings require an iced matcha latte :) This new venue is near my workplace, so I had to try it out. There were no guests yet at 7 in the morning since they just opened. The building does not have an official sign outside, only a small banner. The interior was both spacious and inviting. There were also a few seats outside. Matcha Latte, iced with almond milk | Omgoodness! It seemed like a high quality grade ceremonial matcha powder was used to make this deliciousness. The deep green color with a very distinct grassy note and a creamy finish was such a delight to me! Will likely frequent this cafe before work just for the matcha latte lol :) Matcha Crunch Mochi Donut | Matcha dusted cornflake crunch yasss! One of the most flavorful matcha mochi donuts I've ever had. The dough was becoming slightly firm when I ordered it late afternoon. It was probably softer earlier in the day. Menu: Mochi donuts, toasts, milk tea, smoothies, and frappes are among the options on the menu, along with coffee and tea choices. They also have a seasonal menu for summer. Just left Aware and had a pleasant first experience. I really like how minimal the décor is; would be a great environment to work or study. They have a great menu with various selections for coffee & tea lovers alike. I ordered an iced berry matcha latte with oatmilk which is so flavorful. My husband had an iced yuzu lychee spritzer which is so refreshing for summer. They also offer a small selection of food. A few toasts, sandwiches and mochi donuts. I don't know who supplies their mochi donuts, but they're quite good. Perfect for an afternoon or morning treat! We'll definitely be back soon and earlier in the day so we can try some of their coffee. read more

Love, love, love this new coffee place in Henderson that opened just recently! Not only do they have coffee, but they also serve boba (boba is only available after 10:00am, so take note of this) and mochi donuts! My mom and I stopped in during a sweltering hot summer day. It was a little later in the day and there weren't a lot of mochi donuts left. I think there were maybe 5 or 6 donuts in their display case. There was only one barista working at the counter and making the drinks, but she was doing a great job making sure that everyone's drinks came out in a timely matter. I ordered an iced mocha latte and my mom ordered an iced bourbon vanilla latte with extra shot. My dad also wanted something from here as well, so we got him an iced tiramisu latte with extra shot at his request. After one sip of my latte, I already want to come back! However, my parents had different thoughts on their lattes. My mom said that there wasn't a whole lot of espresso in hers and my dad said that, according to him, his was good, but not quite as good as other coffee shops he's been to. There is lots of seating inside, which makes it the perfect place to work or study. Additional seating can be found in the back, which is separated by a lone wall. Loved the feel this places has, great decor and color scheme. Service was quick and prompt! Coffee was delicious! Tables have power strips under them, which is great if your stopping by for coffee and need to use your laptop. Already thinking about my next trip and what I'm going to order. Not sure if it's the hype of the original location or just this one, but everything was...ok. We were here around 9 am or so on a Saturday and had almost missed the store as the sign wasn't obvious to us being printed on a banner. The workers there were nice and attentive and the place itself clean with plenty of seating. We had gotten the berry matcha latte, the bourbon vanilla signature latte, an apple crumble pie type flavored mochi donut, and another one we could not remember, since to be honest, it was not memorable. The donuts were quite dense compared to the handful of other mochi donuts we've had in the area, California, and Hawaii, and the flavor was a little artificial for us. The berry matcha latte felt like there wasn't enough berry flavor to it to balance out the strong matcha flavor, and the bourbon vanilla latte tasted more like a sweetened vanilla latte with no other flavors. We no doubt that this place would be a great place to study/work or have a casual coffee date. But for us personally, we just wouldn't return since nothing stood out to us both flavor wise or selections that we couldn't get anywhere else. Definitely still give it a shot if this is your vibe though! Nothing was terrible about it, just not memorable personally. read more

Visited this establishment today. The two girls working did a great job serving a large group. Very friendly! This place has a lot of seating and can support a large group. Noticed a back area where folks were on their computers that had a short wall. This gave them some separation from the larger group of 20. I was hopeful for this place. When I walked in for the first time, I saw the space and thought to myself, this would be a great place to do work or study. I ordered a Matcha latte and a pistachio chocolate croissant. I was highly disappointed with the croissant. It tasted like it was at least one or two days old. This place is highly recommended by my best friend as she raves about the cookie butter tiramisu iced latte so I got just that! It's an iced coffee topped with a tiramisu creamer mousse of some sort and cookie crumbs. When I took my first sip I was overwhelmed with how strong the coffee taste. so I ended up mixing the coffee with the tiramisu topping, which made it so much better. It definitely lives up to its name. It's so creamy and filled with flavor, but not too overpowering. I can still taste the coffee, which is my favorite part. The spot has a wide variety menu so if coffee is not your thing, they also offer Matcha and Boba options as well as pastries and sandwiches. The atmosphere is and clean perfect for a study spot! This is my go-to spot when I want to get work done and some good coffee. The audience can be loud inside, but headphones make a big difference. They have lots of seating available and outlets if you need to charge your laptop or phone. The WiFi is decent, which I never had any difficulties dealing with. The only drink I have tried here is Vietnamese coffee. It is friendly and robust and not too overwhelming. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I would return if I needed a pick-me-up or somewhere to study alone or in groups. read more

This place is so confusing to me. I think Aware has good coffee - I really like the salted caramel latte. Highly recommend. But, with that said, the service is pretty poor. I've walked in on 3 separate occasions, all around 9-10am, and there's no one in the cafe. No one behind the counter. No one walking around bussing the tables. (1) anyone could walk in and just steal something, and (2) no one is around to take my order. I'd love to order some more lattes... but this place just seems so abandoned. I love Aware so much! I haven't tried their coffee yet but I'm obsessed with their matcha lattes. It's the best I've had -- they taste authentic and not too sweet. So yummy. Also the donuts are good too. I like that they change the flavors seasonally, right now the white rabbit donut is my favorite! My old favorite was the strawberry donut so hopefully that comes back in the spring! This is a great place to grab a drink, a snack, and study or work. There are 3 locations of aware coffee and this location just has no energy and clearly the most neglected. The staff seem bored and miserable. The area where coffee is made looks kinda filthy and I also witness them not washing thier hands. Coffee still taste good. read more

I have only been here once, so I am not sure if this is a normal experience, but went there on a weekday early afternoon, wasn't too busy either. There was 3 workers but they stated only one of them was an actual barista so there would be a wait for the drinks, which was fine I guess, even though that makes no sense to me. Waited about 15 minutes for 2 drinks and the drinks were not very good at all, both iced coffees that were still warm because they were just not made correctly. Watery, lack of flavor and just tasted very bland. The 2 mochi donuts I got were very delicious though. Not sure if I will try this place again considering there are too many solid coffee choices around. read more

It wasn't our cup of tea as a coffeehouse should have the sounds of people talking and connecting and laughing. Drink choices limited. Stopped by for the Yelp Elite experience and was very pleased with this coffee shop! I got an iced pumpkin spice latte and it was super tasty with real pumpkin flavors, not the artificial stuff, and got my Apple Cider Mochi Donut, which sadly the only flavor they had left when I went. Luckily it worked out for me because that was the flavor I wanted to try! The shop is spacious with good lighting. A bit hard to find since it's in a pretty big plaza. I really loved this coffee shop. It was extremely spacious and quaint. I ordered a hazelnut latte and it was a good cup of coffee! I liked that the baristas don't give your cup a lid if you'll be dining-in! You could see the pretty latte art that way! The lids are available for you at the counter though. They just opened a couple days ago! It is a little hard to tell if they're open because the window tint is dark (it's needed in vegas though!!). But just go up to the door and come on in! It's way bigger in the inside than it appears . I ordered the yuzu lychee tea this time! It's super refreshing! The small is big enough if you aren't super thirsty, it's not a tiny cup. This is a nice place to study although it can get loud if there's a big group of people. Plenty of seating and outlets! There's an area at front with long tables for group work/meetings. There is also a place in the back for individual or small groups. Parking was also not an issue which is great. I came here for a short study session and was able to get a lot done. I got an iced maple latte for $6. It was pretty standard for an iced latte. Nothing special to note about it. They have a vast menu of coffee, teas, milk teas, smoothies and food which is perfect for a long study session. There is something for everyone. I would personally like to come back and try the berry matcha, yuzu spritzer, and the Hong Kong milk tea to see how they measure up. But so far so good. I'm a big fan! We're from California where there is no shortage of trendy coffee shops. This place would fit in nicely. The barista, Elisa, was super friendly and helpful. When she told me they sourced their coffee from Onyx, I knew I had to try the espresso and it did not disappoint. They had quite a few innovative offerings. My daughters jasmine tea was bold and flavorful. The shop itself was roomy and had a very cool aesthetic. Great new shop in Henderson...we'll be back!! read more

I haven't found a favorite drink here yet but I am obsessed with their food! The Notorious FIG is the most delicious grilled cheese sandwich with caramelized onions and fig butter that makes it the perfect salty sweet combination. I also really like their mochi donuts. I'm not into super sweet donuts so I like their dark chocolate mochi donut. The staff is always super nice and cares about customer service. This location is one of my go to spots for studying or if I need to work on anything. It has a lot of space and outlets. read more

It is a good place to get work done as there are no distractions because there isn't much decor, much going on, etc. It was very quiet in there despite there being quite a few people there. The barista was fairly friendly. There weren't any donuts or other specialty items when I arrived, so the whole experience was very basic. I would go back because if you're just looking for a good coffee, you can get that here, but for how incredibly basic everything is, it's pretty pricey. read more
