We had our sewer line explode with effluent (feces and TP all over the lawn), it was clear that this was a job beyond the capability of me and my liquid plumber and Home Depot hand-crank snake. Got a water heater not heating up on a late Friday afternoon. Pilot light was out and could not be re-lot. Alex came out right away to look at the problem. But he was not able to fix the problem since he doesn't replace thermal couple. I was surprised. Instead, he suggested replacing a new water heater. I have dealt with 20+ water heaters.
