I was driving looking for a Tire/Rim shop. I came across this spot & pulled in unloading my tire. I didn't get any assistance to know how long of wait it would be & even went inside. I didn't see anybody... so I went back out to my car to wait while cars pulled in & out of bay. Nobody acknowledged me after sitting for almost 15min in the heat. I opted to give 2 star instead of one cause they did work me in to their busy schedule. I dropped off a vehicle to have an aftermarket Coilover suspension installed and they installed everything in a timely manner. Maybe a little too timely manner cause I had to go back a few days later to have a couple things adjusted that were not good. I drove 30 mins one time to get turned away and asked to come back the next day. I had called to make sure they could get me in that day and still got turned away. They do other services here and Im not degrading on their other services but if you need an aftermarket suspension installed I would recommend a different shop. There were nuts and bolts not tightened, The coil springs were not preloaded correctly causing a rattle. And they were adjusting the wrong part on the coilover for a height adjustment. read more

ZERO STARS !!!!! I got 4 new tires put on my car and they originally told me $44 for an alignment then when the job was complete the owner asked for $60. I then wanted a printout of the specs for reference to how far out my initial alignment was and the owner stated that he could not give me any paperwork only to let me know that the front tires was "ok". I inquired about the rear and he said they didn't do the rear and if I wanted the rear done it would cost another $30 and another hour to wait. Which would also not come with paperwork. While getting robbed at the register there were other customers questioning the initial price compared to the final out the door price being somewhere of 40% more than originally quoted. Service is horrible, the wait even worse, the owner is incredibly rude. We live and learn so take this review as a tool to learn from my mistake here. Never waste your time or money at this place. I called this business today to find a wheel or two for my truck. The guy answering the phone didn't understand enough English to comprehend "A wheel or two" because he kept saying "ALL 4?" when my truck needs 6 total. I honestly just need a spare, but 2 spares might be good. Likely he couldn't understand what vehicle I'm talking about when I told him 1998 E450. The work done was worse than a 2 year old would have done. They (over)charged for a high flow, high performance catalytic converter but installed the cheapest one that they had. The work was so poor I've had to replace the exhaust pipes as well because they had botched the job so badly. They didn't honor the warranty, even though the converter failed within 1 month! They give ripoff repair shops a bad name! ZERO STARS- actually, they owe me at least ten stars read more

I would write negative stars if I could. These guys have zero motivation 50% of the time . The only reason I keep coming here is because the prices are cheap . The new young guy that manages the place has definitely made that place into A hustler business. He tried to stiff me out of an extra $50 just to do the job right then and there instead of making me wait all day. I had shown up once before fryer during the week and had called to her three times as well. Super disappointed, and super sad because for a long time and several vehicles this place was my favorite to come and get my windows and exhaust system is done. I guess I'll have to find another shop to go to from now on read more
