I rarely make a review like this so I would just like to highlight a few things. The price is reasonable and you will get a "bang for your buck" here. We had a meal that filled us for $35 (before tip of course) with inflation this can be a great and affordable date night. Maybe we ordered the wrong things! But usually these items anywhere else I've been are a good indicator of quality of food. I've been going here for a few years. It's normally my go to pho place but the last few times I've been disappointed by the quality of the food. The shrimp spring rolls once had brown lettuce inside. The bottles of siracha were brown instead of red, really odd to me. The pho is pretty consistent though. The egg rolls are ok, they seemed extra greasy last time I had them. They are always busy with takeout orders when I come in and it can take a minute or two before they realize that you aren't there for a pick up and want a table. Been coming here for years and have noticed over the last year their food going downhill. Their pork and shrimp eggrolls that we ordered for pickup today were mushy and had zero pork or shrimp in them and was mostly a cabbage coleslaw mix. Their pho has little flavor except if you order the hot and sour broth which is not very spicy anymore. Very disappointed to see what was once our favorite pho place not live up to what we fell in love with. read more

I am not impressed with the food anymore, I paid over $40 for food that is not good and the wings tasted like some sort of cleaner.

This place has really gone downhill since new ownership. Prices are astronomical, servers are checked out, tons of restrictions on the menu, no takeout orders for kids, they nickel and dime to death. The food is decent, but not good enough to deal with the other cumulative problems. read more

AZ Pho....Pho eva :). This little place has not been open for that long but when it opened I couldn't wait to try it. I love that it's super close to me so that when I get that Pho craving I'm not too far away. I love Pho so I definitely had to give this place a try. The interior is nothing crazy but it's not horrible. It's inviting. Service was good and we got our milk tea pretty quickly. The Pho came out and the smell was incredible. So GOOD!! Comfortable, welcoming environment created by the host and servers. Our food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly! Wish I could leave zero stars. My online order which was already paid for was "lost." Was told they could remake it in 15 min. Waited more than 30. The manager refused to come out of the kitchen to talk to me and I was told I would get a discount processed the "next day." But not told who to speak to or how I could follow up. The outer part of the kitchen that's visible looks dirty. Not sure I can even trust the food. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to be helpful. I'm so glad I don't have to go all the way out to Mekong area from where I live, to satisfy my pho cravings anymore!
