P6 tendon, brisket, and steak pho

I have to be honest here, I was not impressed with the pho here. I should've stuck with my gut and drove all the way to Ranch 99. But alas, here we are. The three stars were for the service. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I was always checked on and everyone was so kind. The food came out quickly. But I felt the noodles were overcooked, completely stuck together, I couldn't separate them at all, and the broth lacked depth of flavor. Sadly it tasted almost like instant broth. I spent $25 on this bowl of pho and had buyers remorse afterwards.

Ordered the bbq pork noodle soup and the grilled pork with rice and fried egg dishes. They were both pretty good. A good serving size for both for the price. The service was very quick. Food came out not too long after ordering.

Next to the hotel where we stay when we visit family, is a shopping center. One day, I noticed that they had a Pho place in there. When our grandsons and their Dad came by later that day, I asked them if they were willing to try Vietnamese food. We gave them a description as to what Pho was and let them know that there were other items on the menu besides Pho. They all were willing to give it a try. One grandson didn't come along as he has a part-time job and had to work that day. Once we all entered the restaurant, we were greeted and seated. I ordered my usual Pho Ga and my husband plus our son-in-law also had the same thing. One grandson ordered a Pho that had beef in it. The other grandson isn't a fan of soups so he ordered a fried rice and chicken meal. The Pho portion was very generous and the aromatics were fresh. Everyone who had Pho enjoyed their meal. Our grandson, who got the chicken and fried rice, liked his meal. The ambiance is that of a casual place with some artwork on the walls. If we lived nearby, we would gladly go here again. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

I was starving from my long trip from Show Low headed back to Tempe. This pho joint was on the way, decided to give it a try. First sign that it was going to be good, it was packed with people at 12:45 on a Saturday. Decided to order the P-4. Bowl was loaded with everything, soup was basically topped off to the rim, I think I hovered the entire thing in 10 min. Deliciousness

Came here a few times and I enjoyed it every time. When it comes to pho I always thinking of this shop and especially this location. I know they always busy during lunch time so often I go 30 mins before to enjoy my meal, sit back and relax. The restaurant has open space and has plenty indoor tables to offer for a big or small groups. I ordered spicy beef noodle which come with a thick noodle, braised beef and spicy stock, but it's not spicy as it looks, but still very delicious and filling. The service is great, friendly. If you are a pho lovers, come and try here. You will love it like I do. I will come more again soon.

Delicious Pho. With beef. So yummy I even saved some for the next day! So good

The food is so good I couldn't finish my meal so I saved it and took it home in the next day all the flavors sit together and it's so good. They have other things on the menu as well. Service is good.

Bbq Red Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls

Warm welcome as we walked in. Simple and self explanatory menu. Plenty of sitting area, like how it's not overly crowded in. We get what we normally get when we crave pho. We really enjoyed their Bbq Red Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls, usually with our experience at many previous Pho places the shrimp is fishy but AZ Pho & Grill nailed it and was perfect! We also really liked their broth, great flavor, their noodles are perfect, best pho noodles in our book, not starchy texture to their noodles! Will be back for more when it's Pho'ing colder out! Thanks AZ Pho & Grill for satisfying our cravings! What brought us in was we smelt the pho from walking outside of Sprouts and immediately walked in to eat!

It's good PHO you :) Service was friendly and nice and the ambiance was quiet. The serving of the PHO was huge (a big flavorful bowl, with lots of noodles and right amount of meat). The oxtail pho is my favorite and my other friends got the steak and brisket.

Pictures on the wall of Az Pho and Grill are of the most amazing places in Vietnam and they set the stage for a cultural experience. There is ample parking in the shopping center and there is a nice large sign to help you find it. The staff are super friendly and nice. I ordered the pho shrimp which was really nice. This restaurant is neat and clean. The cả phê sua da came in a drip cup with a side of ice bringing me back to the streets of Ho Chi Minh City with strong coffee tempered by the condensed milk. Soooo good!!

    Hot and Sour Seafood Pho

Tried AZ Pho Grill in Gilbert for the first time and I'm officially hooked. I ordered the sweet and sour seafood soup to-go and was honestly so impressed with how fresh it still tasted by the time I got home. The flavors were so clean and balanced... the sweet and sour was subtle but still packed with flavor. Nothing overpowering, just really well done. I wish there was a little more seafood for the price, but overall it was SO good! A portioned out half and saved the rest for later!! Definitely adding this spot into our regular rotation!

The Pho was okay. The chicken and noodles were overcooked. They forgot to bring my pho,but served my whole family. I wouldn't return.

How busy are they on Friday night?

Define "night", I've only been able to get takeout due to my toddlers not doing well in a restaurant setting, but they have had seats available when I've gone.

I would definitely go here if you're looking for something new or seeking a rarer dish. They also have VERY generous portion sizing, so it's pretty good value. If you wanted something familiar like pho or rice dishes, I personally feel that other places do them better. I have a family member who went separately who said the banh khot (a rarer dish in the US) they ordered was better than the regular Vietnamese offerings. When my partner I went, service was a little slow and distracted. They currently have the World Cup games playing on the TV for both customers and themselves. I don't mind the fanfare around the excitement for the games, but the waiter did get our food order wrong due to the distraction :( The bussed tables were pretty clean, but a lot of tables were left unbussed for a very long time due to the game too. My partner and I went with the meatball and brisket pho and bun thit nuong (except this one came out wrong and was just bun cha gio). Cyclo's pho style is on the sweeter side. I was a little shocked at how sweet it was. The bowl size is huge and comes with plenty of noodles. They don't skimp. My partner's bun cha gio was okay. Cyclo is a little more special in that they put taro in their cha gio (egg rolls). We personally weren't fans of this, but it is unique. The taro gives the filling a slimier texture. Overall, my partner and I wouldn't return again for the food unless we wanted something more new, but we do love how good value Cyclo is.

The menu is quite diverse and our dishes did come out in a reasonable time. We ordered the appetizer sampler, #34 Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm, and #72 Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang. There were 5 appetizers on the sampler plate to try - the lotus salad was my favorite, the egg roll was a bit over-fried, and while the shrimp tempura looked delicious, it was a bit too doughy for me. Nice selections, but probably wouldn't need to get it a second time. I feel like it's hard to find Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm at restaurants, but they did it pretty well and I liked the fried fishballs they had as I've never had that before. While the Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang came in a decent sized bowl, we would've liked more protein/toppings as there was a bit too much noodles. As we were checking out, they did have fried shrimp chips on the counter they were selling in addition to fried bananas with black sesame seeds sprinkled on top (2 for $5). We brought some fried bananas to take home and wow, that was probably the highlight for the restaurant. Would come back alone for these!!
