Cracked the fried coverings to try to reach a shrimp. Two thin sliced of shrimp with tastless cabbage and a few noodles. Egg rolls with no taste included. P1 -watery soup. My husband ate this, but left a pile of hard noodles. R21 -Shivering steak - tasteless, over-cooked beef. Even the white rice was bad! Soft and gummy. We paid fast and left quickly. I've been coming here as my go to Pho place! I've loved the Pho noodles! I've tried basically all types here, and I have enjoyed their broth so much!! It tastes very savory and natural! I don't love the services because they always seem to be understaffed so you don't get the best dine in service. My orders don't typically get placed correctly. But I love the quality of the food. Always good food but bad service, this is our third time trying this place. The food always is a hit but you might as well serve yourself. The folks in the front should be washing dishes not greeting and serving customers. Never smile, drinks always go to wrong table when only 3 tables in there. The kids are on drugs or hung over, keep them in the back of the restaurant.. also tables are staring at each other watching servers play on phones and eat while we wait to get drinks or our check. So, I went for pho 2 days in a row I liked this place better! The decor is more upscale and seems cleaner. They allowed me to modify the order from what was on the menu, so that was nice. The flavor of the broth was just OK and the steak was kind of flavorless. The calamari app was the beat part of the meal. So I was meh but will come back and try something else on the menu and hopefully update my review to a higher star rating. I will say that my husband got the hot and sour seafood pho and added chili and chili paste to it and finished the entire thing off and said he would give it five stars. The only reason I am not giving five stars is for the service. When my boyfriend and I walked in the workers all just looked at us, and it took them a minute for someone to step up to greet us. I've been going here for a few years. It's normally my go to pho place but the last few times I've been disappointed by the quality of the food. The shrimp spring rolls once had brown lettuce inside. The bottles of siracha were brown instead of red, really odd to me. The pho is pretty consistent though. The egg rolls are ok, they seemed extra greasy last time I had them. I always ask for extra limes with my pho and they bring them. The service is pretty good but they get busy and it's hard to get basic things like more napkins or drink refills. read more

Been coming here for years and have noticed over the last year their food going downhill. Their pork and shrimp eggrolls that we ordered for pickup today were mushy and had zero pork or shrimp in them and was mostly a cabbage coleslaw mix. Their pho has little flavor except if you order the hot and sour broth which is not very spicy anymore. I rarely make a review like this so I would just like to highlight a few things. The price is reasonable and you will get a "bang for your buck" here. We had a meal that filled us for $35 (before tip of course) with inflation this can be a great and affordable date night. Maybe we ordered the wrong things! They are always busy with takeout orders when I come in and it can take a minute or two before they realize that you aren't there for a pick up and want a table.
