Decent place to get your churro fix. The churros are soft and warm and no soggy inside. The churros are sugared very well and not too overwhelming. Their horchata latte was very good and also not overwhelming or sugary. The atmosphere is very casual and cute. They have lots of hanging swinging chairs and the backside patio is a nice open space to just chill and hangout. They also have a breakfast food menu and large coffee/tea selection so you don't have to go just to get churros. Parking is a pain to get to but there's plenty of street parking in the main street and residential areas. read more

Ambiance: In contrast to the outside appearance was tucked away a cute little dessert shop. Vibrant colors and aroma was a perfect way to entice your tummy to order more. There were games to play and cute seating inside and outside in the back. Music was playing and had a vibe for sure. Food: I wish I had taken photos of the churros, but as it was a to-go order it was just in a box. I wasn't certain if the presentation would be the same. Overall the churros were tasty and FRESH! The interior is really cute with murals, an outdoor seating area, and hanging swing seats. There's even a shelf with games such as Jenna! The first obstacle is the parking. We waited for a car to leave - it was blocking the driveway. Then, there was another car in the access aisle. After those 3 cars left, we were able to park in one of the 3 stalls in front of the shop. Street parking is also available. I got the Avocado Toast (just ok) and the Churro Bites (12 pieces made from 3 churros). The inside of the churros seemed like it could be cooked longer. The outside was sugary and cinnamony-crunchy! FOOD - I was doing a small series on finding a Pumpkin Spice Latte and my friend had recommended me this place. Sure enough, I order their version of a Pumpkin Spice Latte. At first glance, the drink itself has a very distinct orange pastel color, topped with a similar foam. Hardly any pumpkin flavor came through and no coffee flavor either. Have given this place a try a few times now. Today will definitely be my last though, I ordered their churro bites with the cajeta topping. I couldn't eat more than one to be honest, the churro bites in one box were a bit tough to bite into, the cajeta had a plastic synthetic flavor which made it hard to keep eating. The churro bites in the next box were softer but now raw ish in the middle. My horchata frappe was the best thing in my order and that's it. Ok more like 3.5 Stars - and I'll already preference by saying I'll come back and give it another shot! Its not that anything was bad but I always ask myself - Would I get it again - Would I come back - Would I recommend it My gf and I shared the abuelita (churros + chocolate dip). And it was good, came with 3 pieces. Would I get it again? Sure, to share. But not sure I would go out of my way to get it. I asked for a coffee recommendation - I usually prefer something not to sweet and the person working agreed and suggested one that was pretty much black coffee and some kind of sweetener. I came here with a friend after a workout. She got a coffee drink, I got the chamomile tea and we shared an order of the original churros. Everything tasted great! The ambiance of this little shop is SO cute and SO colorful! It reminded me of Mexico City. They also have an outdoor area that was cute to enjoy our drinks and dessert. This is my third time going and service has changed. Waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks I had the iced pistachio latte and it tasted like pistachio ice cream it was delicious. The good: The outdoor yard space is amazing! It's hip, colorful, and fun. It's a great spot to checkout when you want to hangout with friends or when you have kids. There are lots of Instagram-worthy spots. There are neon signs, avocado chairs, giant Connect 4 game and a lot of space to hangout. There's an indoor area too but it is a little bit smaller. They have small tic-tac-toe games for you to play. This place is getting an extra star just for ambience. We tried the churros abuelita (with chocolate sauce) and churro rellenos (stuffed with caramel). The bad: I tried the hibiscus guava tea and it tasted like medicine. The parking lot is very small. You have to mostly park on the busy street. The chocolate sauce might have been condensed milk mixed with chocolate (?). It had a milky color to it and wasn't like the chocolate sauce you'd imagine getting in Spain. I thought the churros were a bit heavy and the caramel sauce in the churros relleno was just okay. The churros are probably the best I've had - perfect texture with the icecream and marshmallow!! I could've probably eaten ten more churros in the sundae. The place is not big there are a few tables inside but there are more in the back outside in the patio. This place specializes in churros and made fresh to order. The staff were friendly and helpful.
