I can even retrieve my family's items back from a vehicle that bjm towed. They were awful and rude. This is in Gallup New Mexico.

Thankfully, rain made today a slow business day and I was next in line. Tireni was assigned to my appraisal. Took a quick 2 minute survey of my details, and put my car through the process. They estimate. 30-40 processing period. I gave up my keys at 2:10p, my car was moved at 2:17, returned at 2:32 and I received my appraisal at 2:43. A very well timed process. Fast forward a month, I ordered a car to be delivered from Louisiana location for a test a drive. $200 non-refundable. It took two weeks and the tracker sucked, rarely updated. But it eventually came in. And the test drive process was a breeze, again in and out in less than 20. The gal hated the car (Genesis gv70 Electrified). Too cramped, but very pretty. So we passed, but the staff and service was easy and non-invasive Definitely recommend if you're looking. No negotiation, but no hassle either.

They informed me that the issue is with the engine coils. My check engine light has been coming on for the past five months, and the dealership has had my vehicle for a total of three months during that time. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Carmax is selling bad cars and refusing to own up to the mistake. Giving me a run around PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Service department is very incompetent. I am still stuck with this vehicle. This is now becoming a civil matter and I hate that my experience has to come to this matter since no one seems to HELP ME. Everyone seems to be lost when asking for assistance on this matter.

LOWBALLERS ..Take your business to Carmax where they pay more. I was curious to see the difference…read more This guy here knew nothing how to value my simple bmw. I didn't bother asking for more because I simply just didn't want to do business with them. Their offer was insulting. I think they get paid more commission for how low they can buy vs selling. It's easy to lowball desperate people. Me I am not desperate.. just getting values. Verdict Carmax offered 4K more (appraisal is 1 day apart). Picture is proof! ****Update I took my car to the main location at Stafford and they gave me 5k higher then this previous offer. In summary the appraiser at this location is a moron!

Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced…read more This is the fourth automobile I have purchased from the company formerly known as Texas Auto Direct (now known as Vroom). The automobile I purchased April 2, 2019 was a beautiful 2017 Fiat 124 Spider. The purchase price was great at $18,480. I had my financing in order, so this should have been a very easy transaction. My paperwork was completed on April 2, 2019, and I hoped to take delivery by April 8, 2019 because I would be out of town after that date. This became a problem because there is really no number to call to check on your delivery date. I wasn't please with the communication regarding delivery, so I called their customer service and arranged to pick the vehicle up in Stafford, Texas. This was a five hour drive for me, but I felt better knowing I would have the car prior to my vacation and wouldn't have to deal with the poor delivery service anymore. It took about ten irate phone calls with their delivery team before I finally got to speak with someone in Texas that could help ensure the car was ready. Before pick up, I was contacted by Lupe Espindola, who assured me that the Fiat would be ready on April 6th, and that I could pick it up at 9 a.m. and simply drop off my trade. So that is what I did. This part of the transaction went well. The car was ready on time, clean, and I left my Elantra in their parking lot, as instructed. After I got home, I realized I'd left my garage door opener in the old car, so I texted Lupe to see if he would mail it to me. He said he would. This was a lie. The next snafu was them mailing me the title and other paperwork that I needed for registration. In Louisiana, you have only so many days to register a newly purchased vehicle. The paperwork took so long that I was assessed a late fee by the state of Louisiana. When I DID get the paperwork, I realized that I had been charged a $499 delivery fee. After all of the hassle I went through to go pick the car up, I was astounded that they delivery fee was charged. I e-mailed and called several times about this issue and was assured a check would be sent. This was misleading. The check was sent a week later; however, it went to my lender, USAA. Not to me as was suggested. Three months later... after a phone call from my old lender, Capital One, I found out that Vroom NEVER PAID OFF MY TRADE IN. Capital One said I had two days to arrange for payment or they could report me to the credit agencies. I called the service line that I had become so familiar with over the past three months to tell them about the situation. I demanded that they pay off my old loan immediately or redeliver my Hyundai Elantra back to me. After all, I was still technically paying for it. After about 10-20 phone calls with their "service" department, I was informed that they could not wire the money that easily. Instead, they would have to send me a new set of paperwork via FedEx. I was assured they would call me, though, and arrange for delivery of the paperwork. Instead of calling me back like they promised, they proceeded to send the paperwork to my home address. I happened to be in California at the time, so I was pretty enraged with that. I called them back several more times to ensure that the papers were sent to the place where I was staying in California. They did assure me that they would go ahead and pay the balance of my trade before they received the returned paperwork. This was a lie. Before I received the final paperwork to have my trade in payed off, I got a call from their DELIVERY DEPARTMENT. Amazingly, the sequence of events had set off some kind of automatic pick-up request for my old trade-in. A guy from Texas calls and asks me what day he can pick up my Hyundai Elantra! The Elantra had been dropped off in Texas THREE MONTHS EARLIER. This company is the worst. Their various departments don't communicate with each other, they don't communicate with customers, and they aren't honest when they make promises. I called them several times after the whole ordeal to ask for some type of compensation for this disaster of a transaction, and they did nothing. Had they reached out to me and made some type of offer for all of the time and frustration they caused, I wouldn't leave such a negative review. The truth is, you need to read this review and avoid the company at all costs. You might save $1000 on the price of a used car, but think about what your time and well-being is worth. You don't want to risk it. I can only imagine how much worse it could have been if the car I received had problems. DON'T EVER BUY FROM VROOM. If you have any questions about this review, e-mail me at hazmatofficer@gmail.com. I have all of the names, e-mails, texts, and call logs from this transaction, and I'm happy to share. In total over 40 e-mails had to be sent, over 40 calls were made, and there is also a log of text messages.

We came in ready to buy, but what should have been a straightforward process turned into nearly five hours of waiting, largely due to the team's complete lack of urgency. This was especially noticeable since the entire store was empty on a rainy day, with very few other customers around, yet everything still moved at a crawl. Instead of getting paperwork done efficiently, there was a constant push to upsell GAP insurance, with repeated lines about how they could "lower my payment" if I added it. It felt more like a sales survival camp than a customer-focused process. I made it clear early on that I had a prior engagement and needed to wrap things up before then. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem but it absolutely was. We ended up having to leave and asked them to have everything ready when we returned. When we came back, things somehow got worse. Salespeople and managers were standing around vaping at the welcome desk and casually talking negatively about customers before even acknowledging us, and once they did, there was still no urgency, just slow, meandering movement to finally complete the paperwork. One star only because we did get the car we came for and I cannot give zero. But be warned: expect to waste your entire day dealing with a team that shows little respect for your time or urgency in closing deals. LASTLY, ensure the car they're giving you has oil in it. Ours did not and they are in zero rush to get that work done... and by zero rush I mean they've quit responding.

Buying a new vehicle is never a wonderful, glorious, fun experience but EchoPark Automotive came…read morepretty darn close to it. First off, this place is HUGE. Seriously it is massive and reminded us of an airport terminal. Clean, crisp, gorgeous. We were in the market for a used vehicle with lower miles and under $30k... originally we were eyeing a particular vehicle we found online. Just before arriving, we found a second vehicle we were interested in. We liked the fact that this place posts the actual price. There's no haggling here like traditional dealerships. Takes some of the stress out of buying. We met Ken (the manager) and Jacob (our salesman) upon entering. They were both WONDERFUL. Jacob was upfront with us and said he has been there a month. Honestly, we have bought numerous cars over the years and Jacob was THE BEST salesman we have encountered. He was not a sleazy, scummy, arrogant (typical "used car salesman" vibes). He was kind, caring and genuine. (Unless he really WAS a good salesman, tricking us... unlikely). It was actually hard to decide between the 2 vehicles but we went with the one that still had remaining factory warranty on it. Paperwork takes an eternity like expected as we didn't go through the process of pre approval with a bank. Despite closing at 9pm, Jacob stayed until 11pm to get our stuff finalized. As for our trade-in... ahead of time, I put in our vehicle info into the estimator and got an ok price. They have a $500 bonus if you sell it to them within 48-hours of the estimate. I know they do this to out added pressure on you, create urgency but we wanted to get a new vehicle soon anyways. The main "negative" as of now is that this place adds a $699 appearance protection plan to all their vehicles. You can NOT get out of it. They explained that they area high volume dealership and they sell their vehicles for less money and use the $700 to recoup some of the cost. But even with the $700, we felt good about the cost of the vehicle. So as of now, the car is running great and we HOPE we weren't sold a lemon like some other reviewers said. Fingers crossed!

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!
