I assumed she didn't know what a triangle playboy looked like because when she was done , it didn't look like a triangle at all. And staff gets rude when you tell them how you wanted it after not going it correctly. Not coming back to this locations again. Staff needs to be trained more. Staff also needs to confirm what kind of wax the client is getting before waxing everything off .

Not a normal event in most guy's lives, but well worth it. She was professional and I love her laugh. It lightened up what can be a sometimes painful, no so relaxing interaction. The girl called me and left a voicemail asking if I was still coming (I was sick and busy with my kids which is why I couldn't come) but didn't mention a no show fee. I texted her number letting her know i messaged through the booking site. No response. A few days later I got charged $25 as a no show fee. Not super impressed with the communication interface and the lack of transparency. I'll take responsibility for agreeing to scheduling the next appointment, but I won't be returning.
