We love this place for breakfast. The service is so good and the servers are very friendly. We visit weekly and all the breakfast entrees we order are great for sharing. The restaurant is nice and bright.

Solid brunch. I can see the hype but I'm not a huge breakfast guy. A little pricey but what isn't these days. I had the loco moco and it was a bit dry. My friends enjoyed the meals though.

Saw this place all over social media and knew I needed to have breakfast here! I walked in and I was seated right away. It was a Tuesday around 10am and it was not packed at all. The server got me water right away and she eas very sweet and patient while I ordered since it was my first time there. The menu had so many options and the inside was very chill and welcoming with really pretty decor all over. I ordered the sisig plate and upgraded my pancakes to the ube pancakes! The pork in the sisg was really good, tender and seasoned lightly, I didn't like the bell peppers in the sisig so I ate around them. The garlic fried rice was also made perfectly . Sunny side up eggs were a bit over cooked and didn't run as much as I would have wanted them too. I asked for lemons and squeezed it over the sisig and it made the dish just that much better! I definitely recommend doing that. The ube pancakes were amazing! They ube flavor wasn't too strong and it was balanced with the ube drizzle that was not over powering either. The white chocolate and macadamia nuts were a nice touch and the sweetened condensed milk brought it all together just perfectly! They were so good!! Over all great service, great food and i o ly paid a little over $20 for my meal! I definitely recommend this place and ill definitely be back!!

Solid local breakfast spot right by my in-laws house. Whenever I'm in Vegas visiting family, I'm sure to stop by here for the Adobo Fried Rice Omelette. The place has a regular dinerish breakfast spot vibe. Nothing fancy, gets the job done. FOOD*** Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice! I get it every time, always consistent. Can't find this anywhere else. Moist chicken adobo and rice wrapped up in an omelette. They cook the eggs so good too! Red Velvet pancakes are a must as well!!! They come with white chocolate creamy syrup! It's amazing! Try them both, you won't be disappointed They have a good kids menu as well. My nephew liked it SERVICE*** Nice people work here, they are young, could be a little more attentive. But the kindness is on point PARKING*** Easy parking lot right in front of the spot

This was our first time at this location and certainly won't be the last. Everything was so good from the kind staff to the food. Even saw staff wiping the table legs and chair legs after each set of customers left, I've never seen that before. Decor is consistent with other locations. Definitely a place to check out again and again! One of my favorite places in the city for breakfast or lunch.

Very good and always consistent with their food. There's always a wait so you know its good. Today wr had a different dining experience. We had a new, young waitress. We've never seen her before and I think she's still trying to learn the ropes. When my husband ordered his omelet, our waitress misunderstood him and she asked him how he would like his eggs cooked? My husband and I looked at each other with confusion. So we confirmed that he was ordering an omelet. Then she asked us thats wrapped in eggs right? I think just about everyone knows that thats what omelets are. When I orderd my skillet with toast, it took a long time to get my toast. My eggs got cold and the yolk wasn't as runny by the time my toast came out. Our omelet and skillet dishes came out first then my husband's pancakes and eventually my toast. I find it disappointing that pancakes come out first before toast. Pancakes take more time prepping than toast. When we were just about done eating, the waitress brought us our check and we asked her for 2 to go boxes. She never came back so I told my husband to go up to the counter and pay the bill and ask for a to go boxes. Our waitress was also up at the counter and then went to get our to go boxes. Overall, today's service was slightly disappointing compared to the other times we've been here to eat.

A healthy mix of diner / Filipino food would best sum this place up. Babystacks serves up a fresh take on Filipino comfort food but in ways you couldn't imagine. We tried the adobo fried rice omelette and the corned beef hash. Both did not disappoint and made me feel like I was getting home cooking from my grandma/lola. Service was quick but this place was packed so get there early! Nice decorations surround the walls.

This is what a five-star restaurant should be! Incredible food all round. Pancakes are excellent but the eggs are perfect. Attentive staff, tasty coffee, and kalua pork is so good. Booths were comfy. It can get hot if you sit by a window so be warned! Would definitely come back to this or another Babystacks.

The food is delicious and portions are so much I had to take half of it home for the next day's breakfast and it was still great reheated. We were seated right away (went just at the right time because it got crowded fast) service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Blueberry Pancakes had zero flavor, my loco moco beef patty was like chewing on rubber. Water tasted like it was from the hose in the ally way. My kids didn't even take 2 bites of their pancakes. Waitress didn't even ask how the food was, just gave us the bill. Going to the front and telling the cashier we took 3 bites of our food she brushed it off just like her other coworker. I've been to other BabyStack location over the years and loved every visit. This location is TRASH. From the interior to the staff vibe. Go out of your way to go to a different location.

We just had ube pancake at the newly opened Hawaiian restaurant Guieb cafe yesterday and didn't feel quite satisfied, so we decided to have pancake again to go at our all time favorite pancake breakfast spot, Baby stacks. We always had ube pancake, German chocolate pancake with either lemon ricotta pancake or the garlic rice with short ribs. The garlic rice here is definitely the best. And the pancakes here are so moist and fluffy, second to none after we compared with other breakfast spots.

This is the first time we've been to Babystacks Spring Mountain. We've been to each Babystacks location once. Ten years ago, the hubby and I went to the one in Henderson and got our meal generously paid for by nice strangers. Seven years later we went to the location on Spring Mountain when I was pregnant with our first child. And then flash ahead to today and we're trying out the Mountains Edge location with two kids. This was the best experience yet. It was a good experience even with a toddler and baby. The staff got us promptly seated as quick as they could. Service was very friendly. Pancakes were amazing. We ordered the short rib and got it with a short stack of bananas foster pancakes, the kids meal LJ scramble with strawberry shortcake pancakes, and a full stack of ube pancakes. The short rib was whatever; very fatty and not great flavor. Eggs and hash browns were standard and good. But let's talk about the pancakes because the pancakes were so good and honestly the real reason why anyone should be visiting a place called Babystacks. The ube cakes were decadent and rich. Topped with an ube drizzle and served with a side of some sort of condensed milk like syrup, it was pure ube dessert heaven. We had leftovers that we finished off for dessert later that day. The bananas foster was ooey gooey and sweet. The cakes were classic buttermilk but served with a generous heap of bananas swimming in a cinnamon caramel sauce and whipped cream. This was my favorite even though it's arguably not unique. Lastly the strawberry shortcake was sweet and fruity with a nice crunch. The base is strawberry flavored which is unique, and there was a healthy topping of graham cracker crumbs. Just wish there were more strawberries. Our toddler loved the food, though she's still too young to appreciate pancakes. The baby was an angel and slept the entire meal. Husband and I enjoyed our food and reminisced on our first time trying Babystacks Henderson. Couldn't have asked for a better Sunday brunch.

Sisig plate, huevos rancheros, ube pancakes (they put the container in the bag sideways so it got all messy)

    Do they deliver?

I dont think so 😔 I have Postmates door dash and grub hub and I haven't seen babystacks on there

What do they have that's glutton free?

Skillets/omelets, rice dishes (some have gravy/breaded meat), and a couple salads. No gluten free breads or pancakes as I asked our server.

When you go out, most places - not all, but most - you need to say medium rare if you want medium, rare if you want medium rare, and... well, that's about it, because if you order anything from medium well to well done than you just shouldn't be eating burgers. But this place, I asked for medium rare, feeling like a medium that day, and it came out the most perfect rare I have ever had! The char on the outside of this obviously hand made patty, while still being heated through all the delicious pink inside! Oh man! I don't think I need to say much more. The wife had the chicken strips and fries, which she said were "perfectly portioned at three strips." Service was as good as any place should be. And prices weren't bad at all.

I especially loved the salmon, which was cooked beautifully, and the brown rice was surprisingly so flavorful. Paired with the avocado, it made for such a satisfying combination. My toddler's favorite was the fettuccine alfredo--she couldn't get enough of it! One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the chef-owner. He was incredibly kind, and you can truly tell how much care and love he puts into his food. That passion comes through in every dish, making the whole experience feel thoughtful and genuine. Firefly has been on my mind for a couple of months and I decided to book a reservation here at their southwest location for our monthly date night. They also have another location on Paradise Road. Through Yelp, I made a reservation for 6/20/26 at 7:30pm. I guess a reservation wasn't really necessary because it wasn't busy when we showed up and there were plenty of open tables available. It did start getting a little packed towards the end of our visit, though. Tucked away in the back of the restaurant is a small, cozy bar and more regular seating. We started off with some cocktails. I got myself a La Paloma and my LTP got the Fly Tai (possible pun on Mai Tai?). The La Paloma was very fruity, had a salty orange rim, and a dried orange slice on top. The Fly Tai was also fruity and had a dried rosé on top of its' frothy texture. We were also given complimentary bread along with a scoop of butter. Next, we ordered the tapas. We weren't 100% sure how big they were going to be, so we decided on one to share, one for me, and one for him. We ordered the following; Serrano Sliders, Manchego Mac and Cheese, and Tortillas a la Española. The Serrano Sliders came with crispy onions on the side that you can put on by yourself. I'm not a big meat person anymore but these sliders were totally delicious! The Manchego Mac and Cheese was excellent and probably one of the best mac and cheese dishes I've had in a long time. The Tortillas a la Española had a very colorful orange sauce drizzled on them and they were basically like cubed mashed potatoes. The portions on each tapa were very decent and weren't too big for us, so we ended up sharing all three of them due to their size. I loved everything about this place, especially the mac and cheese.
