I found out about this place through Instagram, where I watched a reel of them preparing and cooking their Dirty Dog. And I was like, I have to come check this place out and see what they have. They have food trucks in Chinatown and Centennial but this location on Durango and Windmill is an actual restaurant, next to 7-Eleven. They have a small menu, but their food portions are insanely massive. I ordered their green chile burrito (and added sour cream for $1.00 extra) and my LTP ordered their cutty cheesesteak, where we both got the causal 303 fries on the side. It was a little bit on the expensive side totaling to about $40 for two main food items, but still well worth trying out. We took our food items back home with us, and I realized that my takeout container had a little bit of weight to it when I took it out of the bag. My burrito was huge and it was PACKED with chicken slices and pinto beans, hence why it was so heavy. However, the green chile, which seemed to be put on both ends inside, was a bit spicy. The middle of the burrito didn't have any spice at all. In all honesty, I have no idea how I finished the whole thing. The cutty cheesesteak was at a similar size and was basically a steak hoagie. The 303 fries were also seasoned perfectly. A popular food truck in town now has its' own indoor restaurant in southwest Las Vegas. Everything we had here was really good! read more

I finally made it to the new 303 In The Cut brick-and-mortar location that just opened earlier this month. I've been a huge fan for years--ever since they were running the food truck in Centennial and Chinatown. It's easily one of my favorite guilty pleasures. If my wife is out of town, you can bet there's at least one meal (or two) from 303 on the agenda. The new spot even has a small indoor dining area with both high-top tables with stools and regular tables with chairs, so you've got options. I've made it through nearly the entire food truck menu (still need to try the cheesecake sandwich, but the night is still young). It looks like they've added a few more items at this location, so I've got plenty left to explore. My go-to is the cheesesteak with cheese sauce, upgraded with the Crackin' Fries. Even at an extra $12.50, the combo is big enough for two solid meals. I stopped in just before 9 PM on a Saturday and was surprised to see a small line, but the kitchen was lightning fast. Here's my tldr: Good but a little pricey. Will be back to try the fries. Went for the burrito. Between 1 drink and two burritos it came to about 45 dollars which.... Is normal with shrinkflation these days. I got my burrito without a tortilla so was happy the kitchen could modify it to do that. They just served it in a to go container. It made it not nearly as appealing visually but taste wise was still legit. The trick to this place is make sure you add their orange sauce in your burrito. That's what made this stand out for me. Decided to check out this place because the owner did a great job advertising on TikTok! The power of social media. I saw the post the day we arrived in Las Vegas and vowed to get it before we leave. We stopped by the restaurant that newly opened since it was closest and it has better hours than food truck( late hours). Came around 7pm and surprisingly it was not busy. I think maybe it's new? Since we are from out of town decided to get the 3 items that TikTok made me drool over. - Dirty Dog: this is the reason I wanted to go here. The extra layer of cheese sauce on top is $2 which I feel should be free for a cheesesteak on stop? I know that has cheese mixed already but $2 extra for cheese sauce is expensive for not that much. The total is $16.50 (with cheese) and no sides. It's not as big as I thought and for that price, it's quite expensive. You won't get full off of that one order to be honest. The food itself is good though. The hotdog has great flavor and cheesesteak is also good. Not sure if the extra cheese made any big difference? - crackin' chicken fries- they offer half and full order. Decided to get a full order and I think it's was $18.50 (half order is 14.50 so decided to get the large) honestly they prob added more fries and not a lot more chicken? But not sure. But I think the portion is better than the dirty dog. Definitely Sharable. Nice flavor and I enjoyed the sauce as well. -Tiramisu: the best in Vegas? I can't really say but to me it tastes like a typical tiramisu at most places you can get or even your homemade one. $13.50 for this. It is a big piece but idk if it's worth $13.50 for it? It is good but probably will not get again. Overall, not a bad experience. I did enjoy the food except it was a little pricey. $52+ for the 3 believe for dinner is expensive for just a typical takeout night. Seen their food truck all over Insta, but it was always such a far drive for me. Now it's kinda dangerous to say they opened right down the street from me My husband has stopped by at least once a week since they opened for pickup! We've tried the cutty cheesesteak and the crackin' fried chicken fries. The cheesesteak could've used a little more flavor, but the sauce definitely helped. The portion for the chicken fries was huge, easily fed our family of four. And our favorite... the green chile burrito I will say, our most recent pickup order wasn't the best--the chicken came out a bit dry and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Had to check out the actual restaurant location to my favorite food truck! We got the Cracking Fried Chicken Fries, Green Chile Burrito and the Tirramisu. Absolutely phenomenal. The restaurant itself is a nice little start up. (Proud of you guys) theres seating for a few families and a couple of tvs, there is a bathroom. Food came oit piping hot and freshly made to order. Literally drove 3 hours for this food. It was my son's birthday and this was his choice for birthday dinner. We've had our eye on this place for awhile knowing the store was coming soon. So glad we stopped by today. We've been missing some green chile, and this does not disappoint. Full roasted flavor, some lip tingling spice- just want we wanted. We also ordered the Cutty Steak. Wow. The bread was slightly crispy and dusty get soggy with the cheesy meaty goodness. The green chile smothered fries? Incredible. The seasoning on the fries almost competes with the green chile, so next time we'll ask if the fries could be plain. I did not come late night, but definitely got that get right!! Messed around and found out this place comes through with the flavor!! The burrito was excellent!! The salsa and cheese sauce were both amazing!! Crackin' Fried Chicken Fries were amazing as well. Sauces great and the fries alone have incredible seasonings on them, also nice and crispy. The drinks were very good and refreshing. Absolutely fire desserts!!! The tiramisu is the best I've had!! We came in on Saturday night around 6:45pm and waited about 12 mins for our food from the time we ordered. So that was good. There isn't much to the menu, if you know you know. My husband and I I had wanted to try them since last year at one of their Food Truck locations but never made it out to any of them. So glad we got a restaurant closer to home! I ordered a half size of the Smothered Green Chile fries and half of the cheesecake. My husband got the Smothered Green Chile burrito with Crackin fried chicken fries and tiramisu. It came to about $70. My fries were good and my husband loved his burrito. I'd say is if you can't have a lot of sodium this might not be the place for you. The cheesecake was okay but different because there was definitely cinnamon in it. Not bad ,just wasn't expecting cinnamon. The tiramisu was delicious, the chocolate used is a rich dark chocolate flavorful kind. Not sweet or watered down. The half sizes were a good size for me. Very flavorful and very filling. I had been waiting to try them for a while. The truck out in north Vegas was a bit far so I was stoked to see them open in the SW. Went in to try the green chili burrito, and was not disappointed. Tried 303 in the Cut for the first time last week & so glad I did! Not a large menu, but I like the simple things done well. I went with the 1/2 order of Crackin Fried Chicken fries. It was still a lot of food. With cheese sauce on the bottom & some of the most well seasoned fries I've ever had in Las Vegas. Talk about a taste explosion. Then large chunks of fried chicken. Evenly balanced with the fries. All topped with 2 sauces, the garlic aioli & the 303 sauce. Soooo good I'm definitely coming back. The best seller is the green chili burrito. Not the biggest green chile fan, but I might have to give it a try. The staff was very friendly & the owner Guiliano even stopped by to chat with me while I waited. Got there around 7 and it started to get busy!! It was a Sunday night. The customer service was great the girl taking our order was sweet! I did feel bad though because she seemed super busy handling EVERYTHING in the front. I understand how food service can be so I hope they can get to a point where it doesn't seem so stressful for her. I know it's new so they could be learning their rushes still. Overall the food came out decently quick and hot. The flavors were all there. The sauces were amazing. I loved how crispy the chicken was on the fries. And the fries were cooked to perfection. The burrito was amazing, i loved the crisp to it. I think a side of sauce to go with it would make it 100 times better so I'd definitely request that next time. Had the green chile burrito which was so delicious and full of tender pork, beans, green chile. Flavor bomb!!!! They gave us a little container of the green chile sauce which I poured all over the burrito, really flavorful. Would ask for more next time as I used a spatula to get every last bit of it out. We also ordered a cheesesteak and loaded fries with the fried chicken tenders on it. So good and they don't skimp on the chicken at all. Truly great food and so happy they are just down the street. Heard about this spot on social media as we were planning our Vegas trip to see Backstreet Boys. We hit it up after the show, bonus it's open late! FINALLY went here now that they have a brick and mortar 10 minutes from me...I should have waited in line at their food truck because this place is ridicules delicious...the place is so damn cute but very small inside so hopefully they expand...I did take out and started with the dirty dog w/fries upgraded to crackin chicken fries with cheese...I did get the sauces and cheese on the side because I'm just one of those crazy people who need to taste the sauces before putting it in my food...the hot dog is perfectly cooked and the Philly topping was amazing so tender with just the right amount of onions and peppers...I really didn't know if it would work but it really did...adding the cheese is next level...the crackin chicken is phenomenal...cooked perfectly on top of the crinkle cut seasoned fries that gives it a kick...I do love the cheese sauce since it is nothing like any other cheese sauce I had before...the 303 sauce has a great bite to it...the garlic aïoli sauce I truly loved and think I would put that on everything...I also tried the prickly pear limeade which was so refreshing that I could drink a gallon of that stuff by myself...I did order the cheesecake sandwich in the cut style because I was sick and tired of seeing his damn TikTok about it and worst of all I don't even really like cheesecake to begin with...but OMG was it f*ckin delicious...but get the extra sauce if you like toppings on your cheesecake...I'm already excited to go back and try the burrito and tiramisu (another dessert I don't even really like)...side note: I could only eat half of my meal but it does warm up nicely in the air fryer the next day...ALSO, I was very sad that my favorite Hawaii place closed down this year but since 303 in the Cut took its location I'm not as sad. read more
