    Cracking fried chicken fries

The cashier was friendly and helpful better then I expected. We got the crackle fries with buffalos sauce and something else in it and omg it was amazing!!! And how course I got my tiramisu for my bday

    Burrito no tortilla

Here's my tldr: Good but a little pricey. Will be back to try the fries. Went for the burrito. Between 1 drink and two burritos it came to about 45 dollars which.... Is normal with shrinkflation these days. I got my burrito without a tortilla so was happy the kitchen could modify it to do that. They just served it in a to go container. It made it not nearly as appealing visually but taste wise was still legit. The trick to this place is make sure you add their orange sauce in your burrito. That's what made this stand out for me. Will be back to try the other options especially because this place is close to home!

Just outside the Vegas strip, this is a great find! We were welcomed by the staff to include the owner. They were all very friendly and helpful with the menu. Their menu is small but offers a few choices. I went with the #1 seller (green chili burrito and crackin' fries). This is a large portion so two can share.

I have seen so much of this place on social media and finally got to try it. Just a fair warning, this place gets quite pricy and adds up quickly. The food is a lot and thank goodness my husband and I shared. It was pretty good but very heavy. I have to rave that the tiramisu was delicious and I can see why people say it's a must try. I don't think I would be back for anything by the tiramisu but recommend for all those who are curious about this place to try it for yourself!

Dirty dog with cheese sauce (extra cost)

Decided to check out this place because the owner did a great job advertising on TikTok! The power of social media. I saw the post the day we arrived in Las Vegas and vowed to get it before we leave. We stopped by the restaurant that newly opened since it was closest and it has better hours than food truck( late hours). Came around 7pm and surprisingly it was not busy. I think maybe it's new? Since we are from out of town decided to get the 3 items that TikTok made me drool over. - Dirty Dog: this is the reason I wanted to go here. The extra layer of cheese sauce on top is $2 which I feel should be free for a cheesesteak on stop? I know that has cheese mixed already but $2 extra for cheese sauce is expensive for not that much. The total is $16.50 (with cheese) and no sides. It's not as big as I thought and for that price, it's quite expensive. You won't get full off of that one order to be honest. The food itself is good though. The hotdog has great flavor and cheesesteak is also good. Not sure if the extra cheese made any big difference? - crackin' chicken fries- they offer half and full order. Decided to get a full order and I think it's was $18.50 (half order is 14.50 so decided to get the large) honestly they prob added more fries and not a lot more chicken? But not sure. But I think the portion is better than the dirty dog. Definitely Sharable. Nice flavor and I enjoyed the sauce as well. -Tiramisu: the best in Vegas? I can't really say but to me it tastes like a typical tiramisu at most places you can get or even your homemade one. $13.50 for this. It is a big piece but idk if it's worth $13.50 for it? It is good but probably will not get again. Overall, not a bad experience. I did enjoy the food except it was a little pricey. $52+ for the 3 believe for dinner is expensive for just a typical takeout night. I would go back again to get the crackin' chicken fries because I generally love fried chicken more. Have to say the customer service is great, warming and welcoming.

Seen their food truck all over Insta, but it was always such a far drive for me. Now it's kinda dangerous to say they opened right down the street from me My husband has stopped by at least once a week since they opened for pickup! We've tried the cutty cheesesteak and the crackin' fried chicken fries. The cheesesteak could've used a little more flavor, but the sauce definitely helped. The portion for the chicken fries was huge, easily fed our family of four. And our favorite... the green chile burrito I will say, our most recent pickup order wasn't the best--the chicken came out a bit dry and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. But prior visits were much better, so I'm hoping it was just an off day. Also can't forget the cheesecake & tiramisu, both were sooo good and the perfect way to end the meal!

We've had our eye on this place for awhile knowing the store was coming soon. So glad we stopped by today. We've been missing some green chile, and this does not disappoint. Full roasted flavor, some lip tingling spice- just want we wanted. We also ordered the Cutty Steak. Wow. The bread was slightly crispy and dusty get soggy with the cheesy meaty goodness. The green chile smothered fries? Incredible. The seasoning on the fries almost competes with the green chile, so next time we'll ask if the fries could be plain. And of course we saved room for the cheesecake- rich, creamy, and perfect. Glad that it's close by to satisfy all of our cravings.

Holy Sauce! So much food! My burrito was screaming excellence! The chick and fries were beyond! Highly recommend trying this place out!

303 in the cut is so good. Finally went to their brick and mortar spot to eat lunch out of the heat. So good. Everything is so good. Got the cheesesteak dog for the first time and it's great. Last time I got the cracklin fries which are awesome. My favorite is probably still the green chili burrito with the queso sauce

Tiramisu, Green chili fries with fried chicken instead of smoked chicken, and Dirty Dog (Philly cheesesteak hot dog)

We went to the actual restaurant, there's also two food trucks in town as well. We wanted air conditioning and to sit down, so came here as first timers! From the start it was great, the girl taking orders was very friendly and helpful. The biz itself is very accommodating to special requests, we appreciated that. We switched our smoked chicken out for the fried chicken. We got the dirty dog, delish, great snap to the hot dog, the Philly portion was cheesy and flavorful. The only thing I'd change is the grilled bun was pretty greasy and tasted like a flat top grill lol. Not that big a deal though. I didn't love the 303 sauce, it's very chili powder flavor heavy and over powered our fries, but LOVED the roasted garlic sauce! It's a little peppery and so good! The fries were cooked perfectly, crispy and I'd def get them again! The tiramisu is what I really wanted most, I LOVE tiramisu. It was strong and tasted fantastic, but....and this is only personal preference, it has too much mascarpone/creaminess for me. We were digging thru all the cream to get to the lady fingers part. Without so much cream, it probably would be the best tiramisu I've had! It'd also be super nice if they had a soda fountain instead of cans, but again just a personal preference. I def want to go back and try some other versions of the fries and the cheesecake sandwich now! We'll be back soon!

What a vibe! The customer service was amazing. I ordered the green chili burrito and it was phenomenal. The place is very clean. I upgraded my green chili burrito with the crackling fries. So much flavor. I've been to his other food trucks and I'm telling you this place was a great experience.

So happy that this place opened in my area. Everything I've tried with 303 In The Cut was amazing; definitely not basic- upgraded Philly Cheesesteak, and one of the best Burritos in town. Sauces are all very tasty too. Also, their Tiramisu is heaven! Service was quick as wel. Will come back for more soon.

I did not come late night, but definitely got that get right!! Messed around and found out this place comes through with the flavor!! The burrito was excellent!! The salsa and cheese sauce were both amazing!! Crackin' Fried Chicken Fries were amazing as well. Sauces great and the fries alone have incredible seasonings on them, also nice and crispy. The drinks were very good and refreshing. Absolutely fire desserts!!! The tiramisu is the best I've had!! The cheese cake is super good as well with the berry compote that pairs so well with cake and crust nice as well. Employee at the register was really nice and the owner came by and checked in as well, which is always really cool too.

The food was good and reasonably priced but some off the extras I wanted never showed up because they were so busy with Fans. The beers were ok but not very cold. So, they have about 15 TVs in there and I just asked if I could have one out a bank of 5 to watch the Ohio/Texas game. The manager said this was a iowa bar and I shouldn't have come in wanting to watch something else. Before the fan takeover they had all of the games on. He did eventually put the O/T game on but said if they complain he'd have to change it back. So, I told him I'd take his advice and not ever come back. This is Vegas folks. Lots of Fan bars but they all still respect everyone else's love of other teams. Again, way to take care of customers that would come back on more that Saturdays in fall.

When you go out, most places - not all, but most - you need to say medium rare if you want medium, rare if you want medium rare, and... well, that's about it, because if you order anything from medium well to well done than you just shouldn't be eating burgers. But this place, I asked for medium rare, feeling like a medium that day, and it came out the most perfect rare I have ever had! The char on the outside of this obviously hand made patty, while still being heated through all the delicious pink inside! Oh man! I don't think I need to say much more. The modern decor is nice and the service is very friendly, if albeit a little young and inexperienced. Had read the reviews, and a popular biscuit place is always intriguing. But for the 3 of us, it just missed the mark. We got the fried chicken with gravy and biscuit, loco moco, and shrimp and grits. Each of the dishes had UB's own spin on these classics, and unfortunately their spins just veered too far from what makes these classics memorable. The fried chicken and hash browns lacked salt, so much so that I had to get up and find a salt shaker. Mind you I'm a person who doesn't like things too salty. The chicken with the gravy was fine but nothing crazy. Biscuit was above average, light and crisp, I found the strawberry jam a little runny and hard to apply with a knife. Just occurred to me now, I should have used a spoon. But for a place with "Biscuit" in their name I was expecting to be more blown away. I've been to top tier bakeries all over the country and have had very elite biscuits, to which these don't compete. It's still like a B tier biscuit which is very good, but not an S tier biscuit or even as A. Not elite. The loco moco was drenched in gravy and had a small amount of rice under the bowl of liquid. For any Hawaiians or people who like the original dish, the proportion should be a deliberate amount of rice and the sauce should only cover 30-40% not 200%. And the meat was not ground beef it was shredded beef, with a tart gravy. Just way too far off the original to enjoy quite frankly. Loco moco should be simple. The shrimp and grits I didn't taste. But there was so much dark sauce and other ingredients it was hard to see the shrimp or the grits. I've never had this dish before, the original, but my assumption is it's more of a simple dish where you can taste the simple flavors. All I know is our guest barely touched it, and brought it home hoping her husband would like it. That's like a .5/3 success rate on our dishes. We also ordered the big cinnamon bun which was supposed to be a popular item. I found it to be dry and not unctuous like an over the top, viral like cinnamon bun should be -- llama mama anyone? I think they use the biscuit dough, which again, another twist they put on that just doesn't really hit for what my brain is expecting and craving. All in all we were pretty underwhelmed. It passed the eye test with the high ratings, niche biscuit brunch crowd, well presented dishes, modern decor. And I certainly don't mind innovation, but anytime you add your own twist to a classic, the key is not losing the integrity of what makes it great. For my pallet and sensibility, they just aren't successful in this. For the younger generation that doesn't maybe know about the classics as much, it's clearly popular and I say to each their own and if they love it and clearly they do, I think that's fantastic for Union Biscuit and all of their faithful clientele. I know the dishes look great in the photos and I do think it's worth giving a try. But sadly it's just not for us.

Firefly has been on my mind for a couple of months and I decided to book a reservation here at their southwest location for our monthly date night. They also have another location on Paradise Road. Through Yelp, I made a reservation for 6/20/26 at 7:30pm. I guess a reservation wasn't really necessary because it wasn't busy when we showed up and there were plenty of open tables available. It did start getting a little packed towards the end of our visit, though. Tucked away in the back of the restaurant is a small, cozy bar and more regular seating. We started off with some cocktails. I got myself a La Paloma and my LTP got the Fly Tai (possible pun on Mai Tai?). The La Paloma was very fruity, had a salty orange rim, and a dried orange slice on top. The Fly Tai was also fruity and had a dried rosé on top of its' frothy texture. We were also given complimentary bread along with a scoop of butter. Next, we ordered the tapas. We weren't 100% sure how big they were going to be, so we decided on one to share, one for me, and one for him. We ordered the following; Serrano Sliders, Manchego Mac and Cheese, and Tortillas a la Española. The Serrano Sliders came with crispy onions on the side that you can put on by yourself. I'm not a big meat person anymore but these sliders were totally delicious! The Manchego Mac and Cheese was excellent and probably one of the best mac and cheese dishes I've had in a long time. The Tortillas a la Española had a very colorful orange sauce drizzled on them and they were basically like cubed mashed potatoes. The portions on each tapa were very decent and weren't too big for us, so we ended up sharing all three of them due to their size. I loved everything about this place, especially the mac and cheese. The ambiance that had perfect date night feel to it and the service was excellent from beginning to end. I would love to come back again!

The happy hour is great, the food comes out quickly, and there's always something good to snack on while enjoying a drink. We've been back multiple times and will definitely keep coming back. Great spot for a quick bite, drinks, and a good atmosphere!

I didn't care for the cheap seating. It was uncomfortable. The cafe looked clean but wasn't anything special. The service was friendly. I might return to splurge on a pastry, but probably not.
