Stopped by Cafe Guieb over the 4th of July weekend and it was definitely worth it. The place was busy, but the staff stayed friendly and handled the rush well. Inside has a nice island feel. Nothing fancy, just clean and comfortable. The French toast was probably my favorite part of the meal. It had a great flavor and wasn't loaded with sugar. I also ordered the crab cake and steak loco moco. It was good as it came out, but after adding a little salt it hit the spot. I'll definitely be back. We actually had been to the one in Oahu (there's actually 3 of them there) the last time we were there, so we knew we had to go. Wifey had the "Da threee bite feast," while I opted for the prime rib loco moco (over garlic fried rice), and the kids had the french toast and pancakes. Food was just as good as I remembered, and portions are pretty large here. Come hungry, or come out with leftovers :) Service Our servers have always been awesome in the what, 3 times now that we've been there. They have always topped my coffee off constantly, are super friendly, and always willing to give their recs. Parking It's a stripmall-ish spot about 5-10 minutes away from the strip, depending on where you're staying. We haven't run into parking issues yet, but we always try to beat the crowd cuz it WILL get pretty long. I ordered Da three-bite feast as I couldn't decide...was the perfect choice. Love the Ube Mascarpone Pancakes, Crab Cake Benedict and the Loco Moco (substituted white rice w/adobo fried rice). I also ordered a side of the crab salad as it was a memorable side the last time I had it. Guieb cafe opened in 2025 and personally, I think they are still getting their system down. Understaff during holidays = long wait time, very long wait time. We ordered: Longsilog - DELICIOUS! Most simple and flavorful brunch on the menu, cannot go wrong with it. Ribeye (ran out of Prime Rib) loco moco - this was on a drier side, needed more gravy in my opinion. Da Three Bite Feast - probably the best one to try everything at once. Ube pancake was decadent and heavy, which I'm glad this was a mini size.
