I use to work near here so I would come here from time to time and eat these amazing Tri-Tip…read moresandwiches! This little gem is located right outside the Home Depot and has been for as long as I can remember. California is not really known for BBQ and that's ok , but this little gem does it right. They have a variety of things and you can make a combo out of your favorite Sandwich. They have seating next to the trailer with a small awning in case the sun decides to come out. The trailer is clean and has condiments for you to use. The vibe here is awesome, the owner is freaking hilarious! She's always cracking jokes and I don't think I have ever been here and not walked away laughing or smiling. It's just her I see working but wow is she prompt and fast. You order and she gets down to getting it you fast. Exceptional hospitality! So if you have to come to this Home Depot stop by Fat Dawg and get you a sandwich or two!! You won't be disappointed!

It looked like a regular size to me, but perhaps I am used to Costco hot dogs which is much bigger. The lady working here is very nice. Overall, it was an okay hot dog for an okay price IMO.

ME LOVE HER! ME LOVE HER (foot-)LONG TIME!…read more SIT-REP (Situation Report) It's great to have a great hot dog stand only 2 blocks North of my office-site! THE SET-UP AND THE FARE In fact, this is the first prong in my ritual walk: after I grab some peanuts in the shell, I get the hot dog (usually Seattle style with Cream Cheese or German style with Kraut), and walk to Capitol Park, and find on of my favorite park benches on the Southwest Quadrant of the park. And as I munch on my hot dog, I am approached by a surly group of squirrels, led by Chip & Dale, who look at my plaintively, eyeing the little pile of peanut shells on the bench next to me. I make a few teasing feints of peanut throws, but then follow through. It's amazing to watch the little tussles between the fluffy-tailed rodents - it's amazing to imagine squirrels WITHOUT tails and what handsome rats they would make. I also imagine how this scenario would be dramatically different if my pocket-Panthers JACK & BOBBY were there with me, watching these events. Would my cats think I lost it? Would they feel betrayed? Actually, I think they'd ridicule me because that's the kind of basterds my cats are (since these are the same two that disect mice, rats and birds in front of me as we go on our walks). THE LOWDOWN But I think I've wandered off the reservation and have gotten away from talking about DOGS. These are some good DOGS! YUMMM!

Unbeknownst to my boss and coworkers I slip into a polock dog coma my fingers and keyboard reeking of ammonia hahaha I mean aroma of mustard and ketchup, relish fragrance. Sometimes I wake up curled in a fetal position naked in the bathroom after my hot frenzy oh gawd it's so embarasking, humiliating and I feel dehumanized from the orgy of hotdog bliss. This happens every Monday then I go back to work as usual.

John and his team have your hot dogs covered for your dining pleasure in western Placer County. It's mid afternoon, Saturday, June 07, 2025, and I'm enjoying the Rocklin Brewfest 2025 and I'm in the mood for a delicious hot dog. I've come to the right place, as Doggiestyle Hot Dogs was on site, and serving hot dogs for all to enjoy. This is a pop-up restaurant that servers hot dogs at events all over western Placer County. I went with a "Quarter Pound Nathan Dog," How can you beat that for a great hot dog? The dog began with a quarter pound Nathan's Hot Dog, which was grilled to perfection by hot dog chef John, on site, at the Rocklin Brewfest. The dog was simply perfect, and fitted perfectly with the large, fresh bun, which was a start for an amazing lunch. On to the condiments! The trip to the nearby condiment bar was worthwhile, as I added a cornucopia of condiments, including mustard, mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, chopped white onion, sauerkraut and especially peperoncini, which is a rare treat for hot dogs. I suppose you could call my hot dog loaded? No ketchup whatsoever, as I never desecrate a hot dog by adding ketchup. Not to mention... may I say my dog was loaded with delicious condiments? One bite into the dog I was rewarded with a refreshing "snap," thanks to the natural casing on Nathan's Hot Dog, which made the hot dog both worthwhile and simply delicious. The condiments I added simply enhanced the dog, and didn't take anything away from the amazing hot dog, and the fresh bun. Such a delicious hot dog! Chef John knows how to grill a hot dog, and the Nathan's Hot Dog he grills are as good as it gets. I tip my cowboy hat to chef John, and his delicious hot dogs! Five star dining for all of you who love a delicious hot dog.
