This place has awesome food. Their create your own grilled chicken sandwich is delicious. Their texican chicken salad is so good! Their parmesan garlic fries are amazing! We used to eat here a lot more frequently but during covid we had to do takeout with the inside being closed. Takeout from here is a bad idea because they can't ever get the order correct. We even sent back an order 3 times and waited well over an hour once and it was still wrong and the rest of our food was cold. Not to mention nobody on the phone that took our order mentioned that fries don't even come with the burgers anymore. A la carte fries were like $9! Prices went wayyy up and you get less. Burgers were cooked perfectly (medium). Nice and juicy. Hubby ordered the "Bad Ass" w/ buffalo. It was freakin huge. He really enjoyed it. I got the "magic mushroom". Soooo juicy. I did add a little salt. Wings were also cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside juicy on the inside. Fried pickles were delish. Service was good. Hostess was very friendly and waitress was on top of it. Didn't take much photos of the food but got one of the pickles. The only thing I can say that made me a little disappointed was that I ordered a Tipsy peach and it was very sweet and didn't have fresh peaches on it as the photo displayed. Sometimes I love Bad Daddy's and sometimes I don't. If you go on a Friday or Saturday -you will probably have to wait. The burgers are popular , I especially like their turkey burgers and I love the sweet potato fries! This restaurant is a hit or miss in service and consistency. Each time we go we have a different experience. Last night, had to ask three times For silverware "the knives were being washed" and our food wasn't cooked properly and the portions were off. My overall impression of this chain is that it's a fun place to go for burgers and drinks (duh!) and that the food is good, but that the focus is on the toppings rather than the meat. I don't mean to suggest that they don't use quality meat, but I like a thick, juicy, beefy burger and I didn't get that either time. Will not be returning! We (party of 5) arrived somewhere between 6-7. Hostess was friendly but not energetic/happy at all. Seemed like she was glued to the floor or something- flag! Did not look busy, not sure why we had to wait -flag! There was a guy dressed in all black standing beside her awkwardly- no acknowledgement/look from him at all-flag!. At first I thought he was a customer. We soon found out when our buzzer buzzed that he was the one to escort us to our table- not sure if he was manager or supervisor- no name tag. Flag! Our waitress "C" comes does the spill and we begin to order. When it was my turn I order a burger and she asks "How do you want it cooked?" I said "medium". Her response, "so lots of red and pink on sides".... ah... huh?! My husband very politely interjects and says "that's medium rare, she just wants medium- little pink in middle" the waitress corrects him and says the same thing she said to me again.- flag! Perplexed by her response, my husband attempts to explain the differences- not rude at all. But waitress "C" was not getting it. Seeing that this was not going anywhere and clearly she has no clue I say "well done" she jots something on her pad and off she goes to submit the order. No checkin, refills or drive-by The interaction seemed to have hit a nerve with her because she drops food off and never came back to check. My husbands burger was almost burnt, no napkins (paper towels are supposed to be at all tables- per waitress "C" audible acknowledgement) ketchup bottle empty, no refills etc. Instead she sits down with maybe her bf or friend at the table caddy corner to our table- back towards husband. Even awkward guy in all black stops by to chat with them... meanwhile drinks are left empty..still no napkins..nothing. Husband makes attempt to get attention by saying "excuse me ma'am" but waitress, goes opposite way. Rude! Finally she comes over to get plates etc. and begins her send off. Talking more now about nonsense.. the weather for the weekend, her plans etc. Obviously trying to make up for the lack of attention and trying to "earn" the tip. So irritating! Instead of saying anything to her we paid the bill and left an appropriate tip for the service (or lack there of) We are not confrontational people but we will speak up when we feel something is unjust. Her lack of follow up was very disappointing. The awkward black outfit guy was so weird and left me with more questions. Other waitresses were happy, attentive and eager to serve. While ours had a chip on her shoulder. Again not a packed house but football was on so everyone was either eating or watching game. Kitchen was not busy, food came rather quickly. But nevertheless this final visit was was just that...final! I would like to leave this final suggestion to owner and or manager- teach your serves cooking temps! It's a burger not a steak. Also, hire people who give a crap about the job! This was only the second time going there. My burger came cooked well as ordered... But it was just meh. The meat didn't taste like anything- not even salt and pepper. The mushrooms tasted canned. The fries were the really thin variety, and not even crispy. The ranch was some chipotle ranch nonsense, which I didn't eat. I did have a cocktail- see my picture. My boyfriend and I were shopping at Park Meadows and decided to pop in for a quick bite. This was our first time coming here. The wait time was about 10 minutes at 2PM on a Saturday, which we didn't mind because it was nice outside. I got the salad and my boyfriend got the Bad Ass burger. My salad was about 6$ and his burger was 14$. My salad was small. Very small. The only reason it filled me up remotely was because i ordered chicken on it (for 3$ extra). The only reason I'm giving this restaurant a 3 is because my salad was good. Small, but good. I tried my boyfriends burger and it definitely wasn't the best I've had. The service wasn't very great either. I had to get up and ask a bartender for a glass of water due to the fact that our server was no where to be found. The restaurant also wasn't very clean. Trash on the floor, menus on the floor, etc. Red Robin is a lot cheaper and has better quality burgers. Also this restaurant is a Pepsi restaurant which is a bummer for people who dislike Pepsi (me).
