This place has solid food. Burgers are good. You can build your own or ordered a pre-designed burger. They offer a couple of sides and a great variety of shakes. The restaurant is clean and the food came out fairly quick. I appreciated the kids menu and the crayons for baby to color. The service was lacking a bit.. but our waitress seemed to be new or just a bit aloof. My husband and I both made our own burgers and we were both very happy with the food. I asked for a table of one & the hostess attempted to seat me at the farthest table to the back, next to a noisy kitchen. I declined & asked for a booth. - There was a table with a family that clearly had NO control over their children. One of them kept saying "mom look we're in the ghetto ratata" ..others were screaming. - After ordering my food I looked over the menu again & decided I wanted to make a change with my burger. It was very hard to get the attention of the wait staff here. One even stopped at my "excuse me" attempt, and kept walking to the next table. After trying with about 3 different waitresses I got up to address the hostess. (Very very embarrassing) Once my waitress noticed the small commotion, she was very attentive and talked to me sort of slow afterward, which I also didn't like or appreciate. Both employees were very passive following the short conversation. I asked to be appointed a new wait staff. - A man named Mike took over & his energy was immediately refreshing! Mike is awesome. - My drink was beyond exceptional. I loved it. - Food was great. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids and got chicken in place of my beef. - The remainder of my experience has been good. My waiter was very attentive and came by occasionally to check on me. Have you ever had one of those weeks when you just HAVE TO have a good burger? Well that is indeed the week I had and I was gonna have a burger one way or another. I decided to head down to Bad Daddy's after scrolling through some reviews and drooling over pictures. We came in around 7:30 on a Friday night and it was pretty packed. We had to wait about 15-20 min before we were seated BUT there was an awesome patio/waiting area where we were able to sip on some beers while we waited. After being seated we immediately put in an order for some fried pickles because we were starving. Shortly after, we put in our build your own burger orders. My husbands burger consisted of the 7 oz beef patty, brioche bun, american cheese, ketchup, horseradish mayo, avocado, fried egg, and the buttermilk fried bacon. For his side he ordered the house slaw (crazy I know). My burger and honestly my favorite consisted of the 7 oz beef patty, brioche bun, HOMEMADE american cheese, horseradish mayo, guac, FRIED mozzarella, buttermilk fried bacon and for my side I ordered cheese tots. I can honestly say I've never seen my husband wolf down a burger so fast so I think it was probably one of the best burgers he's ever had. As for my burger, it was hands down the best burger I've ever eaten. It was messy but the ooey gooey fried mozzarella just made my tastebuds and my belly so happy! Some things to note were that we both agreed that the buttermilk fried bacon was pretty excessive and the batter was pretty overpowering. We both ended up removing the fried bacon from our burgers. AND sadly they never brought our appetizer. However, our server was very apologetic and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer next time. BUT I must say that after that burger, there was definitely no room in my belly for any dessert or appetizers. So I say again, if you are looking for a delicious burger stop by one of the many Bad Daddy's locations throughout the Denver metro area! read more

This burger spot is having staffing problems like most, during my visit. My husband's burger is in the picture. My burger is not in the picture as it was very over cooked. Our waiter was nice and attentive but overwhelmed with tables AND front orders. EVERYTHING is Ola-cart. The prices are average for an High end burger spot. This place is awesome. The only thing that would make it even better would be proper patio blinds on the west side. They put the pull down tarps down and it still bakes with the sun heat. Otherwise this would be the perfect patio. More importantly, the food rocks. The burger with truffle, mushrooms and arugula is my jam. Though it might not be the first thing that comes to mind at a burger place, the salads are pretty awesome. We like the greek salad, and if we are being bad we get a side of tots. Normally you would just warm it up, but old, reheated french fries and chicken sandwiches just aren't good. The food itself missed the mark today and I'm sure long delivery time from doordash contributed to that, but I spent $50 on a meal that ended up in the trash. Let me be clear, the food here is normally good, but eat at the restaurant. Do not get it delivered. You need to have it hot and fresh. Go visit them in person, please. First off, curbside was not an option. I called in to ask how we would be notified when food was ready since we ordered online and host said she had no idea. Then food took probably 20 minutes longer than promised and they were far from busy. When the food was finally ready, host looked for our drinks, didn't see them and just gave us our food like we didn't order any. The receipt on outside of bag had the drinks highlighted so they wouldn't forget them. Why pass off the food just because you are too lazy to check the order for drinks? Took food to the car and we all started to eat since we had waited so long. Was not going to eat inside due to the pandemic. All the food was cold, old and just not good. You can tell when a new place opens in the 'burbs because the level of excitement and traffic is off the charts. That was Bad Daddy's on the past opening weekend. It was practically busting at the seams with people waiting inside and out. I will say they managed the crowds well and our wait in a seemingly sea of people was short (15m). We were sat in the bar area at a pub table and our waitress came right over. She was very friendly and explained the menu and pointed out some of the popular items. We ordered a couple beers (they have a good selection) and an order of their fried pickles. The pickles are sandwich stacker sliced with a thin breading, fried crispy with ranch. They had a good flavor and you get a big portion. For lunch, the hubby ordered a bacon cheese burger on steroids and fries - as expected it was huge. I went with a non-burger Burger, the Chicken Club. I have to say my club was totally different than expected in a good way. Their house made American cheese was oooey-gooey and the combo of the chicken burger with the ham and the bacon gave a wonderful flavor. The fries were plentiful, although a touch limp. Best cheat meal you can have and biggest regret you gonna have from eating loads of delicious sweet potatoe fries, yummilicious burger and washing down with brews you can only get in Colorado. We were given a choice of an inside booth or outdoor patio dining. It was a bit warm on our visit , we chose the indoors booth and it accommodated 5 adults just fine. Order of drinks was taken right away and the food came out all in a reasonable time. The decor was a rockstar music/sports bar scene. Very causal , but not divey. They do have an actual bar area. I didn't notice anybody seated there. They have several TV's playing sports too. It was good expected service. Not quite 5 stars as some ingredients were missing on our dishes and 4 out of 5 only ate half of their food out of the overwhelmingness of the dishes. A slight bit too salty was mentioned. Big Daddy's rocks margarita will knock you on your butt if it's your first drink at this altitude. The 2 limit is with good reason! The food? Artery clogging goodness! If you think your thighs are looking too thin, make a b-line to Big Daddy's. Their happy hour is pretty great with food and cocktail options. The fried pickles and long and thin. Pretty good but being from the south I'd have to say I've had much better. Best tator tots EVER. I don't think I've even considered tots since I was 10, but these could possibly become a new food group! Having heard such great things about Bad Daddy's from others and feeling particularly hungry after a day of errands and pampering I decided it was my turn to try 'em out. I swang in at about 2 o'clock and grabbed a table in the bar area. Works great for me since I was flying solo that day. The bartender was also my server and he was quite friendly. He reviewed the menu and made a couple suggestions based on both popularity and personal preference. Then he gave me ample time to make my choice. They have quite a few options ranging from gluten-free, salads, to build your owns. I opted for BD's All American Burger with American cheese and a side tots. It was definitely tasty. Though once I cut it in half it got pretty messy. Not to worry, they anticipate these things and have a roll of paper towels on the table for you when the one napkin just won't cut it. I didn't get a chance to sample any of the beer offerings, but there were definitely some great local names topping that tap list. Came here with a friend to enjoy a nice evening while watching the Nuggets game. This place totally fit the bill. No rushing us through the game. Food: I got the badass burger and I will admit it was much larger than I expected, which might mean I don't quality based on it's named. The deep fried bacon is no joke. They look like chicken tenders, so they add a lot of height to the burger. Hamburger was cooked great to a medium-rare, which I was happy they would do. Very juicy. Not sure if I'm proud of myself for finishing. But I felt I had to because I was caught so off guard by it's size! Service: we ordered nachos and they must have had a delay in the kitchen because it came out with our food. The waitress addressed it being delayed and said she was going to remove it from our ticket. I would have given this restaurant a solid 4 star but this mishap was handled so well that I pushed it up to a 5. Great service all around. Atmosphere: The reason I would have not given it a 5 before this is the restaurant had four dirty tables when we sat. Those were not addressed for at least 15 mins of me sitting around it. Open for dine in!! Mask to enter and walk to your table, then you can take it off and no one was putting back on as they were exiting. They're not taking reservations so when my girlfriend and I arrived we had to wait a little before they text to say the table was ready. Initially they said 30 minutes but it was more like 10. We were given a highlighter with the menus so we assumed we just needed to highlight what we wanted. Made it easy for me with my DIY salad. The salad was ok. Very salty overall. I got fried chicken, bacon, avocado, beans, corn, feta cheese, cucumber etc. The feta cheese tasted a bit like tofu, the salad wasn't tossed very well and the chicken and bacon together was too much salt. My girlfriend is vegetarian and ordered the mushroom burger. It doesn't say in the description that it comes with a beef Pattie but it did. Beware that if you come here to eat you better have the whole afternoon open cause it will take you 45 min to get your food after you order it.
