I'm so glad we came here today. I've seen these pop up around town but have never been. I have the Atlanta Passbook so I decided to try it today. The hostess was not as friendly but our server, Leslie, and the food totally made up for it. Leslie was great..friendly, helpful and attentive. There's nothing like great customer service for me. We got the bistro burger with a beyond patty..yep we kept the bacon on it! It was so good. We also got wings and a kid's cheeseburger. We decided not to get the wings tossed in a sauce and that was probably not the best idea. The wings themselves are not really seasoned throughout. But everything else was great. Had a chance to drop in today and try out Bad Daddy's. I was skeptical giving the mediocre rating this place had gotten. I have to say, the meal I picked up was pretty good. I ordered a classic southern and switched out the American cheese for cheddar, as a true chili burger should have. It was topped with chili, relish, and cole slaw. The fries I got with it were crisp and salted right. It even comes with a honey BBQ type dipping sauce. Round it all off with good, friendly service, and you have a pretty good combination. I did ask for my burger medium but received it done as far as I could tell. It was still pretty good. I prefer a lighter packed burger as well. It's good enough to drop back by and have another go at it, which I plan to do. read more

Came to Bad Daddy's on a Friday night! You have the option to create your own burger or order their standard options! I threw a lot of fun things on my burger, I got the turkey burger which was delicious and a side of regular fries! Careful when adding multiple sauces to your burger, the cooks definitely don't hold back on sauce portions! Which i LOVED, m it was just hard for me to enjoy my burger cause i added like 5 delicious ass sauces lol ‍! They all sounded & tasted REALLY good though! So it was worth the mess! Comfortable burger joint in a strip mall. They have a full bar with several drafts. I had the Western BBQ burger and it was good, but not great as it was not really juicy. My wife had the salmon bruschetta sandwich and she felt the same about that; good but not great as it was a bit overcooked and dry. She would suggest a different bun than the multi grain bun they use for the sandwich because she thought it was pretty tasteless and dry. Fries were excellent. This burger bar was recommended by my brother who's opinion, as a chef, I trust more than most people about food. I had the Bad ass burger with tater tots, and I think it was an excellent choice. I often have experiences with restaurant burgers where the burger seems to only be seasoned on the outsides, or smothered with sauce to make up for the fact that it's not seasoned at all. However this is not the experience at Burger Bar. Their burger was seasoned perfectly throughout. Not to mentioned, loaded with toppings and fillings for the burger itself. Called the store, and a stand in GM, named Mike, said he could do nothing about his restaurant providing half of the food, with in a $43 order. Just said the real GM would return Monday (Brandon). I offered to bring the full order back for a refund. Said No and that he couldn't help. Piss poor customer service. What kind of leadership do you have with your brand? Our first experience was not a great one. First we waited 5 minutes to be seated and 10 minutes to be greeted. Finally the manager came by and asked if anybody had taken our drink order - nobody had. She apologized and brought our beverages. When the server finally arrived and took our order, we waited over 20 minutes for our burgers. My wife's burger was not made correctly. We waited an additional 10 minutes for her burger to be corrected. They ultimately agreed to comp her meal. The food was the only positive aspect of the experience for me. My burger was hot, thick, juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly as ordered. The Build Your Own Burger is an excellent concept, and they have a wide variety of toppings. Maybe it was just because there was low staff or new staff that made me feel like their workers didn't know what they were doing. First off it was FREEZING inside. Every guest had their coats on including myself and the people In my party. Everyone ordered their own burger which was nice. I ordered a custom salad. Would you believe my salad came out LAST. It also looked like a pretty pitiful salad too. The toppings looked like they were from the bottom of the bag and the chicken was undercooked. First time giving try at this joint and ordered Emilio's Chicken and Magic Mushroom Burger for delivery. Magic Mushroom Burger was above average but Emilio's Chicken needs to be fixed. - Bacon was WAY overcooked. Its complete black as seen on photo - Guac was not fresh... (I know keeping up with Guac ingredient is difficult but as a restaurant, they should consider freshening up their ingredient) - Fried Chicken was hard, not crispy. Seemed like they overused their frying oil. (I've worked as a cook years ago and I know when a restaurant uses fresh frying oil or not) and its clear this restaurant overused their frying oil. Came here because I was craving burgers after a long day of home goods shopping and trying to put together the most impossible lamp from target. My friend and I built up a giant appetite trying to figure out how to allen wrench impossible things together. We decided to get an order of the fried pickles to share. She got the magic mushroom, medium, and I got the pastrami reuben, medium rare. Both of us decided on sweet potato fries for our side. The fried pickles were super tasty! The pickles were cut long ways which I'd never seen before, but which I enjoyed more than the traditional cut. More pickles, less breading is always a win. The burgers were both super tasty, I asked for mine to be put onto a brioche bun instead of the rye bread it's served with. The pastrami was in thick slices. The beef patty was cooked to a perfect medium rare. My only complaint is that I couldn't really taste the thousand Island or the sauerkraut. My friend said her burger was also tasty and cooked to perfect medium as requested. The only thing is she wishes the truffle aoili wasn't so messy on your hands to eat. She said she'd request the aoili on the side next time. I also had a glass of their Bad Daddy Amber Ale and I'm not mad about it. Unfortunately things have gone south. We were so looking forward to a juicy burger today. Didn't get it We ordered our burgers well done. They came to our table charred but pink in the middle. Patties had zero taste. Meaning they had zero seasonings. The bread had more flavor. We ordered tater tots. Fries were brought to the table. We ordered fried pickles. Fried salt in the shape of pickles arrived. They took the pickles off the tab, but sadly we left without experiencing a great burger. Should have gone to Checkers. Food was meh and the service was non existent. I ordered the patty melt and the bread was barely toasted, not even close to being grilled. The meat was way over salted. The only saving grace to the food was the tater tots. The service was totally non existent. Our order was eventually taken and we waited forever for food. No one ever came back to refill drinks or even see if we needed anything after the food came, or at all. I eventually walked up to the bar to get a water refill. I did the same to request my check and a to go box. Our waitress was just standing back there. Several minutes after the request she finally brought the check. I've visited Bad Daddy's twice and had one great experience. The food was great the first time and I was impressed with the variety on their menu. There are many pre-crafted burgers to choose from or you can build a burger to your preference which is super flexible. They also had a decent number of salads to choose from and sides. We ended our meal with a milkshake that was rich but also good. It also provided a good spot to eat with friends as the atmosphere was fun and upbeat inside. Recently, we placed a to go order and ordered two burgers with sweet potato fries. One burger was great and cooked well but the other was raw. As soon as I took the first bite I knew the texture and consistency was that of raw meat and that was confirmed once I looked inside. Unfortunately because it was a pickup order and we had already made it home we couldn't do anything to correct it other than put it in a microwave to finish cooking. This pretty much ruined the burger as it made everything soggy and took all the flavor out of it. Hopefully next time our experience will be more like our first visit. read more

I took Asaye' recommendation on the Sam I Am burger. Upgraded to buffalo, gluten free bun with side of slaw. Wow! The ham, buffalo, egg, cheese, pesto were the perfect match.
