He told me that I could not exchange a clearly defective vape for one that works as some are just defective and that's not his problem. I honestly wish I would have recorded this interaction, but I was in complete shock with the way I was being treated. I could not believe the way this man was speaking to me. I left the store shaking with tears in my eyes. This experience was absolutely terrible! Do not waste your money here. This is a review on renting a U-Haul at this location…read more Did a truck and car dolly rental pick up here. The pleasant young lady who did the truck rental was very quick and efficient while making sure we knew our choices (insurance or not) and to take a picture of the gas level (and make sure we matched that when we dropped it off) as well as checking any damage (we always take pictures and videos in case there is any questions at the drop off). When we picked up the car dolly, the manager helped us connect it and load the car. Again done in a friendly manner and efficiently. I normally do U-Haul pick ups and drop offs at U-Haul centers because it is not the main job at other locations, but I would defiantly recommend this location to anyone needing a U-Haul.
