Expensive but not something you can ignore so we booked in with TP for a 2 night fumigation with trenching the day after they took the tent down. While everyone in person and on the phone was friendly they were very disorganized and gave conflicting advice, which we found frustrating. We expected special bags for our fridge/freezer foodstuffs but none was given so we had to clear our appliance out completely. We were given different dates and times, and received phone calls telling us the crew were on the way earlier, a week beforehand, and on the day of fumigation, then they called back to say they made a mistake and it was the original time. Hence the frustration as we were dealing with a dog, and my daughter working from home and being in office. We asked the company to call me only as my daughter couldn't answer her phone when on stage/office, but they kept on calling her and expecting instant answers. We were also told we had to contact the gas company to arrange shut off and turn on, then we were told TP would be doing it, then we were told to call the gas company at the last minute. They really need to communicate within their own business and work out a timeframe for fumigation so they can provide a consistent front to customers. They kept the house tidy when going into the crawl space in one of our bedroom closets, but outside they tread mud all over the walkway down the side of the house while putting up the tent and I had to clean the pathway afterwards.

Their guy found where the mouse was entering the house and he set traps and ultimately the tenants found it dead under the oven. It was mostly a good experience except for the melted rat glue I had to spend hours clenaing up. So, when my mom discovered termites flying iaround the livingroom, I called around for quotes. No oine would give me one over the phone. They all had to come out and do an inspections first. A few wanted to charge for just the inspection alone. So I called and hired Fenn's Termite department to send out inspectors. Juan showed up on time with his partner and they inspected the holes in the livingroom, exterior of the house and underneath in the crawl space. His guy suited up with a mask and did a long inspection and took photos to show me. The termites were building towers up to the wood floors and eating the wood. Juan suggested they do a subterranean treatment by spraying into the soil and the wood to get rid of all termites and ants and anything elses. He also suggested we tent the whole house but due to my parent's health issues, that wasn't going to be possible. We went with the spraying onlly. About a week and a half later, Fidel and Elijah showed uip in their truck on time. They even called ahead. They drilled a few holes in the livignroom floor, sprayed and sealed it. Then they got to work suiting uip and getting into the crawl space to spray. They spend a coutple of hours and assured me that all the termites and ants wouildn't be a problem anymore. There was a 1 year warranty and Fidel told me if for any reason we did see insects within the 1 year period, I could call them and they'd come out and take care of it. Fidel and Elijah were professional and polite. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyhone in need of termite service. Thank you Fenn.

I scheduled a visit and fumigation for today 4/7 (this was also coordinated with my apartment property management group). I set aside time for this appointment from 9am-11am, I have a regular 9-5 job so I had to coordinate time off for this visit. I checked in with your team at 9:30am for an eta, and hour later at 10:30am I was informed I would need to reschedule the appointment due to an access issue which your team knew since 9:01am. My issue here is 2 parts, one I was not given the courtesy of informing me the appointment would be canceled (which your team knew for an hour and a half). So I wasted my time off and I wasn't given the courtesy early on that the appointment was canceled or needed to be rescheduled. My 2nd issue is that there was no access issue as the technician stated because I was able to access my apartment without a problem. After talking with your staffing about how unprofessional this was, at 10:50 I was told the technician was on route, (so the access issue was not a problem?). So I canceled my already canceled appointment, I wasn't going to waste more of my time. Then to top it off, my apartment property management group told me that if I reschedule and cancel the appointment when the tech is on route, I would need to pay a trip fee. How ridiculous and absurd that I should be responsible for your teams lack of communication, accountability, and unprofessionalism. Instead of taking the opportunity to correct a negative experience your team doubled down. I would need to take time out of my day and job, to accommodate your team again, which has already proven they are unreliable and will point the finger at the customer. Terrible customer service, a complete lack of respect for your customer's time, and simply unreasonable.
