    Water damage/maybe molding?

Came here about a week ago and like everyone says, the way ordering is set up makes no sense. I was there when it was very slow and believe the business should definitely work on this. If they had a setup similar to other eateries like Artelice or Laduree, it would flow way better. The way that it's setup now with a viewing area with staff to only answer questions, then ordering in the back of the business, then backtracking to the coffee station to grab pastries, then going to the front of the store for cutlery and napkins and THEN going back to the coffee station to get any drinks... whew a mess. Can't imagine how bad it is when it's actually busy. Got the plain cinnamon roll and it was just okay, especially for the price. I feel like they use one type of cinnamon (ceylon cinnamon, maybe?) instead of a mix. It was very strong on the drier notes some cinnamon varieties tend to have. The espresso was ok. I wanted to try other drinks, but the prices were highway robbery. The price of the London fog latte being 7.50??? Crazy work. Especially since the menu does absolutely nothing when giving descriptions on what is in or on each oroduct (ie - store made syrup, earl grey tea harvested from the alps itself, the cinnamon roll explaining if it's frosting or cream cheese, etc) Additionally, I was drinking my espresso, tilted my head up, and saw this... nice thing to look at while I was eating right underneath it. Yikes

Please bring back the strawberry cinnamon roll! This was so so good! It was only available on the Saturday before Mother's Day, but please bring this back again! Thank you kindly.

It's a blink and you'll miss it bakery, so let me explain exactly where it's located. It's across the street from Fogo de Chao, and near the old Tokyo Chick. It's a small storefront so don't drive too quickly! Now that's out of the way, I went early on a Thursday morning so it was right when they opened and before the rush began. They have a ton of pastries and cookies to choose from. I went with the cinnamon roll because I heard so many good things about it. First, it's deceivingly big. Is deceivingly a word? Well, it is now. Anyway, it's not too sweet so those who don't really have a sweet tooth will enjoy this. And it's fresh!! The staff was super sweet and patient with me as I couldn't decide what I wanted (I mean, check out the photos). I highly recommend and I will be back!

I been wanting to try out the cinnamon rolls for a while now, I got to try the Matcha & Classic, along with some cookies, and I ended up enjoying the cookies more than the cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls were good, but nothing spectacular. The Smore & Toffee cookie were for sure delicious. It's definitely a good spot to try out if you are craving some baked goods.

Such a great shop to try some new desserts. I tried the chocolate chip, matcha, and double chocolate cookies. All were perfectly soft and flavored. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable at answering questions we had. They have a nice seating area inside with great music playing. I'm so glad we found this place. I can't recommend this shop enough. I will definitely be stopping by to try other items!

Seen lots of hype for this spot on TikTok but overall it's just like any other bakery. The toffee chocolate chip cookie was good sweet nothing special and the s'mores cookie was okay like a 7/10. Overall the options are nice but they dont warm anything up for you so it's cold and honestly it's kind of dead inside. I don't know the hype made this place sound super good but it was just okay disappointed forsure.

What a cute little bakery! We tried their carrot loaf and it was so thick but moist, definitely not too sweet which I love. Parking is just street parking in front but honestly we got very lucky and didn't have to search for too long. You can see a display case with their food items when you walk in and place an order at the front our loaf came out so quickly and it was very good. Next time we're down in Southern California we'll stop by to try their other foods! Congrats on the new bakery!

I love chewy cookies and came here to give them a try. I first bought a matcha flavor to see if it is the chewy texture I like. It didn't disappoint! Then I ordered red velvet, smores, and oatmeal raisin. All the flavors tasted pretty good. Not crazy sweet and with a consistent chew texture that I love! I would definitely come back for more next time I am around! The only thing that was a bit weird to me was I had to order at the register instead of just directly at where I can see the cookies. So I had to remember what I wanted without looking at the flavors. The ambience is definitely a fancy little shop for cookies.

S'mores (yummy), matcha, peanut butter cookies!

The cinnamon roll latte was such a win. I asked for it to not be too sweet and they nailed it. I love cinnamon in coffee, and I got it with almond milk -- so good. The classic cinnamon roll was solid too. I also tried a few of the cookies. The matcha cookie was just okay since it didn't really have much matcha flavor, but the peanut butter cookie was good and the s'mores cookie was definitely my favorite of the three. Their cookies are thin, but pretty big -- about the size of a CD, which is exactly how my daughter described them My favorite item was the tiramisu loaf. The cream topping was delicious and the chocolate cake was super moist. I'd absolutely come back for that and the cinnamon roll latte next time I'm in the area.

2.28.26 Matcha cinnamon roll (not my fav) and classic brownie (amazing)

I've been eyeing this place since seeing the matcha cinnamon roll and finally woke up early enough to try it this weekend. It's a small storefront with limited seating and tables inside. Parking is street parking and wasn't super difficult on a Saturday morning. The line wasn't terribly long around 11am and moved pretty quickly although the cashier definitely didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I ordered the matcha cinnamon roll that I was so excited to try but was disappointed by the flavor. The texture was very good though but I don't think I would get it again. I also got the cornbread cookie and double chocolate cookie which were pretty soft and thin. Their new pound cake was extremely sweet and dry so I would not recommend it. The star of the show that surprised me was the classic brownie. I would definitely recommend this one since the chocolate wasn't overly sweet and the texture was perfect.

I came on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, there is metered parking on the streets. Bakery was easy to spot, there was a small line out the door. Since I came later in the day they were sold out of several items like the banana pudding and carrot cake. I tried the cornmeal cookies it was delicious, soft and sweet. The s'mores brownie was rich and delicious really enjoyed that one. If I'm in the area I'd pop in again.

I have been wanting to try this place for months! I have been a follower of Ashley on TikTok for years. I was so excited when I found out she opened her own bakery close by. She used to sell her cookies online and they always looked divine. I was lucky to find some street parking on a Saturday morning around 10am. The line wasn't that long when I arrived luckily but it was packed inside. The interior is beautiful, she designed it well. The display case of pastries was a dream. Lots of cookie flavors, brownies, loafs, cinnamon rolls, and cakes. I ordered a cinnamon roll, a s'mores brownies, a toffee cookie, a strawberry tres leches, banana pudding and red velvet cake and a strawberry matcha. The total was around $55. The baked goods were packed pretty fast and I waited an additional few minutes for my drink. You can taste the quality in her baking. She knows what she's doing. The cookie was great, great flavor and texture. The strawberry tres leches was my favorite!! I also loved the s'mores brownie, it was decadent and rich and I love the generous portion. The red velvet was also really good, nice flavor and moist. The cinnamon roll was also really good, so soft!! The banana pudding was my least favorite, a little too much vanilla wafer for my preference. The strawberry matcha was also not bad. Good matcha flavor and quality. Overall, it's been a while since I've had such a positive experience with mostly all items I've ordered at bakery. Amazing addition to Pasadena. Also great vibes inside. Love that they sell yesterdays cookies at a discount too.

I ordered the Sesame Halva which is their vegan ice cream made of Halva ice cream with sesame & coconut. OMG, I've never tasted anything like this before. I love anything that has a sesame profile. If you like that nutty, sweet, and earthy flavor this one is for you. I could taste the coconut, but it wasn't overpowering. There were also little chunks of halva in there that added a slight bit of sweetness. The texture was similar to cookie dough, but softer. Aside from the taste, I loved the simple presentation of the small rose on top of the scoop. It made it look elegant. As you can tell, I am definitely coming back and highly recommend stopping by.

On our most recent visit - admittedly our first in a while - I was surprised that the flavors mostly seemed like repeats from a long time ago. Of course, you want to feature what is most popular, but I remember previously seeing things that were truly one of a kind, even for them. (Out of curiosity, I visited their website and the seasonal flavor blog hasn't been updated since spring 2021). None of this is a deal-breaker, but the feeling of "tiredness" permeated my interaction with the staff, too. There was no joy behind the counter, which I found odd for ice cream that is supposedly about the love of travel. When I tried to order a scoop of one flavor, I was told that I couldn't have it because there wasn't enough left for a full scoop. When I asked if I could have the half scoop that remained and just combine it with another flavor (trying to solve the problem for them), I was told that they aren't allowed to do half and half splits anymore. Fortunately, another employee showed up at that very moment with a fresh full tub of that flavor, but it still struck me as odd. They were also out of cones because of another problem. I am giving them four stars because the ice cream is still great and definitely worth a try if you've never had it, but I hope they can maintain their spark and magic as they continue to expand.
