I came to their pop-up in Pasadena twice. Their cute marketing got me! But on a real note, the coffee/matcha is worth the trip. The girls at the counter are sweet and service is very quick. I got the blueberry pancake matcha the first time. Love my fruity matchas, it was perfectly sweet and refreshing. Stole a sip of the cookie butter latte from my mom. It's so delicious but definitely for people who have more of a sweet tooth. The Cocoa Puff Latte is also very good, not super chocolatey at first but once the cereal sits for a bit you get more of that classic cocoa puff taste. My second time around I got the cookie butter with matcha, WOW! It was such a nice flavor combo. I'm excited to try other drinks on their menu soon!

I stopped by on a Thursday around 10:45am and had no trouble finding street parking. There were a few people waiting outside and a short line when I arrived. The space is small with a few tables inside. Before I ordered, they let me know it would take about 20-25 minutes for drinks which I appreciated the heads up. I ordered an iced matcha latte with honey and it was really good! They have a loyalty card where your 10th drink is free! I will definitely be back!

Matcha strawberry shortcake was so yum!!! I love that they don't charge for milk alternatives. The drink itself was not super sweet at all (they do not sweeten their matcha) but it was just the right amount for the drink. I loved how they added the strawberry shortcake bits, it was so unique! there is plenty of street parking! Check their instagram to see their schedule.

I found Starlet Coffee through Facebook Marketplace and wanted to support a small local business. You can check their socials for more information on their schedule and where they will be located next. A lot of people are unsure where it's located (in the Pasadena location), but it's the first door right next to the garage with the address number 473. There's street parking. I tried the blueberry pancake matcha latte with oat milk and overall enjoyed it. The matcha was hand-whisked, and they clearly take their time handcrafting each order. Flavor-wise, the blueberry pancake syrup definitely carried the drink. It genuinely tasted like a blueberry pancake/muffin. However, the matcha taste was not as prominent. Texture-wise, the latte leaned more water-based than milk-based, which you could tell from the darker, more translucent color. I personally prefer a creamier matcha, but the flavor itself was enjoyable. I'd love to come back another time and give them another try!

My sister and I love Starlet Coffee! Both times we have visited have been very great and we love staying updated on their pop up locations. I recommend ordering the blueberry matcha. The matcha is amazing quality and I love the blueberry flavor! (I'm so used to ordering strawberry matchas so I appreciate that they offer blueberry instead!) Service is very friendly always and the ambiance is casual, easy to order and pick up!

The inside is pretty unfinished with only 2 small tables. The drinks came out fairly quick (6 orders ahead of us). The drinks themselves are alright. Not the worst I've had but the matcha tastes a little similar to Starbucks matcha and my friend said the coffee latte was a little too sweet for her. Overall, the drinks are decent but I dont think i would go out of my way to come here.

The coffee here is amazing the only thing i would suggest is better/earlier hours for your customers - try it for one week opening earlier!

YUM!!! Absolutely loved my latte. I just discovered Starlet Coffee's pop-up cart in Pasadena, and I'm officially obsessed! The coffee is perfectly brewed, smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to brighten my day. The pop-up cart is such a fun little experience. Definitely my new go-to for a quick caffeine fix

If you drive by too fast, you may miss this cute little coffee shop on the corner of fair oaks and villa! There isn't much seating inside but the coffees are divine. We got the cold brew cocoa puff matcha latte and the blueberry latte and both were so delicious! The employees so kind and attentive! Definitely drop by and check them out.

the quality of the matcha was good but i didn't really enjoy the blueberry syrup and it was hard to mix both drinks. overall i liked the cocoa puff one more, the wait after ordering also a bit long

Sweetest girlies making good coffee So fun having them at an event! They did have a lot of orders but definitely were able to pull it through, and the coffee was delicious

Another week, another coffee shop! This time was the Pasadena pop up of Starlet Coffee. Found out about them through social media and wanted to give it a try for the longest time as everything looked bomb. The location offers lots of street parking and is hidden away in a shared building space. They are the first set-up once you walk in. When I went, it looked like they were still doing some light construction, but they made good use of the space that they did have. Only two tables for now as they are currently a pop up location, but don't let that knock you from coming to try. They have a small menu with what looks like monthly revolving drink options. I decided to go with the Spanish Latte iced. Honestly one of the best valued lattes in the area. For just 6 bucks, you get a bigger sized cup than most coffee shops and a phenomenal tasting drink. The drink itself was not too sweet but you still had the flavor of the condensed milk and cinnamon. To me one of the best well rounded lattes, and I'm excited to try what else they have to offer within the coming weeks.

    Spanish Latte

I ordered 3 Spanish Lattes and it took around 30 minutes to get my order, so I would not recommend coming here if you are in a rush. The espresso was weak and slightly acidic. I wish they added more cinnamon and poured less milk. I understand that this is a small business, but there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency even though 10+ people were still waiting for their order. Also, they should write down people's names on the cup because multiple people ordered the same drink, so there was confusion on who should be taking it first.

The first time I went on a weekday in the middle of the day, so it was super empty and not the best because nothing was being made fresh- the meats and potatoes were kind of just sitting in bins so although the flavor was there, the cooled down temperatures really affected the taste. HOWEVER, I visited a few more times after that, these times all late at night, which really turned my experience around. I think at those times there were a lot more people and long lines, so everything was being made fresh and it being hot just made the food taste so so much better. I love how the toppings are all self-serve, and the hot potato is my favorite side. Carne asada, lengua, and al pastor are my go-tos. You'll want to add hellaaa green sauce to everything- I could literally drink that stuff straight. Lo and behold, thanks to Christina the business exists on here and has been christened "Jiang Xiang Bing Guy"! Although he was working solo that day, when I decided to return on an empty stomach, he had an assistant helping with seasoning and chopping up the 酱香饼. There were about five folks waiting by the time I got there Sunday evening. The guy with the blue UCLA hoodie was purposefully putting on a show, since he had two phones set up for streaming. Every now and again, when he gets a request from someone, he would say "OK no problem!" and continues with kneading, rolling, and transferring the dough to the big ol' frying machine. At $10 per order, perhaps a part of the cost is the spirited mini-interactions. After paying via Venmo, I showed the gal my phone. 他是老板 she said jokingly as she handed me the food.
