However, that evening my sister noticed something unusual with her ring. One of the melee diamonds no longer sparkled and had a visible line across it. She was able to clearly see the damage with the naked eye, and she sent me photos where I could immediately identify the broken stone. When I saw her ring, that broken diamond is very obvious. We took the ring to a reputable jewelry repair shop for a second opinion. He confirmed the damage and provided a written estimate of $80 for the repair. We returned to speak with Danny in hopes of understanding what might have happened during the cleaning process. Unfortunately, he was dismissive and insisted that my sister must have caused the damage herself. This explanation didn't make sense to us--she wears this ring daily, did not take off her finger only when she tried to examine the diamond, and it has never dropped it or exposed it to anything sharp that could cause such damage. The diamonds are high-quality and were in excellent condition prior to the cleaning. We also asked to review security footage from that day, but Danny told us all the cameras in the store were fake, which raised further concern. The ring was out of our sight for approximately 20 minutes during the cleaning, and we believe the damage may have occurred during that time. While accidents can happen, what was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. We felt dismissed and disrespected when all we wanted was a fair explanation. We're now left with a damaged ring and no accountability from the business. We have reason to believe the damage was not accidental, but the result of improper handling or even worse intentional damaged by Danny. I'm sharing this to caution others who may consider using this store for any jewelry services.

Very professional and they even let us watch them cut out and fit the diamond into the ring. After the cutting and fitting was done, another person (the owner) reinspected the cut. What was even better was that, their diamond has the serial number inside of it that matches the diamond GIA certificate form that they give u alongside with the ring. So through a telescope, the owner let me see that the serial number inside the diamond ring that matches the serial number of the GIA diamond certificate paper work.
