Absolute trash. Sad seafood. Over use of minced garlic( grow up and use fresh garlic)

We went to have dinner at Bag O' Crab last night and we were blown away. From their aesthetically pleasing restaurant, the amazing service, and delicious food. Our experience was amazing and will definitely be returning soon. We took our two boys age 4 and 7 with us, (they don't eat seafood) yet they had the best time!! They got to pick a toy/candy out of the treasure box. They also loved watching the robots deliver food to each table. It was quite the experience for them. The food was delicious! So steaming hot and so much flavor. Just as good as, if not better than boiling crab. It's great to have a restaurant like this close to home!! We loved our experience here! Everything I have tried here was good. I'm also glad they listened to the complaints about the water. I didn't go back for a long time due to the water tasting like chemicals. We've tried garlic noodles, fried oysters, fried shrimp, the boils, po boys, etc. So far everything has been pretty good. No complaints and would come back. read more

We totally enjoyed. Started out with a 12pc of Raw Oyster. Kids got Chicken Tender Baskets. Ordered all in atomic flavor. Shrimp (Head Off) 3/4Lb, C3. 1 lb. Highly recommend eating here. My husband and I went 3 days ago for our anniversary for the first time. We did outdoor dinning. The service was great but the food... on my.. it was delish! We ordered the grilled Cajun fish with a side salad, the gumbo soup, clam chowder soup, garlic noodles, and the get down and messy with lobster tail, corn, sausages and potatoes. We ended up going back on Valentine's Day because it was so good. We both got the same thing but omitted the clam chowder. They were all out and we liked the gumbo a lot better. I also got clams and mussels. So delicious. 10/10! read more

Seafood isn't fresh & the owner is really rude and has an I don't care attitude. I asked them to remake my meal & the waiter rolled her eyes as she took it back. They really need to work on their customer service especially with a manager like that. read more

Ok, so we returned to Bag O Crab yesterday, this time to try the long-awaited lobster roll, which I had with regular fries...it was delicious, albeit slightly smaller than I expected since everything else we've ordered previously has been huge! My wife ordered the Cajun fish, with salad & fries which she also enjoyed...except that they'd forgotten to include the salad...arrgghh!!! So I called & Tina apologized & said that she'll deduct it from our bill, and offered a $10 voucher off our next visit...thank you Tina! Terrible and expensive. Waitress was argumentative robot rings you your meal the whole thing was just weird as a dining experience. We sat and waited for food which took way too long everything was brought out at once order was wrong and then the waitress continued to question if I actually knew what to order not. Today I went into Bag o Crab around 9:05pm and was greeted by the manager Tina. She asked how she could help us- I said we wanted to eat in for 2. She replied with " oh no" we are going to be closing soon. I asked what time they closed and she said 9:30pm yet they wouldn't serve us. She followed by saying that the last seating are at 8:45pm. We have visited a few times and have yet to be disappointed in the food. This was our first time dining in, and the servers were incredibly friendly from the moment we were greeted to the moment we left; however learning that the obnoxious cat food drop off robot they use to bring food to your table is taking 5% of their tips was devastating. They are literally paying for the robot that will soon absorb the sole purpose of their jobs. I can understand having the robot, the novelty seemed nice and many customers seemed delighted by it, but I don't think they'd feel that way if it was known that their servers were paying for it. I left the restaurant feeling ill an hour later. I felt bloated and indigestion. I was also having an upset stomach. The only meal I ate before was breakfast but it was 8 hours earlier. My parents also felt stomach issues after eating the food. I think it was the calamari it was super chewy and hard. read more

I don't understand the 5 star reviews here, did we go to the same restaurant? Yes, I expect seafoods and crawfish that has to be flown in to be pricey, but the portions were amazingly small. I spent big money and had to go down the street to McD's after. Flavor was not bad, but the service needed help. I think more training for staff maybe; we got regular fountain dinks and literally had to ask for them to be refilled the entire time. I am not one to take pictures of my food but I whole heartedly agree with others about it being over priced or under portioned. read more

Horrible service. Sucks because I was really excited to try this place. We made a reservation, arrived on time, and still had to wait 10+ minutes for our table (mind you no one was sitting there before we walked in). Service was so so before we ordered. My food was entered in wrong so I never got it. And after the rest of my party got their food we never saw our server or anyone for that matter (we were stuck in the back of the place) for 15-20 minutes. After we finally managed to flag someone down I was told that it was my fault my food was wrong and I'd have to pay for the wrong dish and the food I wanted originally if I wanted to eat. The server also talked down to us like we were children. Will not be coming here again. read more

This is the best crab I've ever had hands down. The sauce is beyond delicious. I order the food from Grubhub and it was hot and very fresh.

Did a phone order around 9ish got there 9:35 we pay and sit down to wait for the food they close at 10 lady on the phone says 15 minutes...another customer walks up to pick up an order it's not ready yet the customer leaves and then a few minutes comes back and ask for her order....as soon as the lady walks out the door the cashier wants to make comments... Oh people are so impatient and rude etc...and another customer that is sitting there chimes in on rude customers....so they start chopping it up... I get a text saying that my food is ready.. ok the cashier hasn't told me anything about my food I am sitting right here... customer and cashier still talking laughing etc... 10 mins later while everyone is leaving and cleaning up she turns to look at us and ask what our order was... our food was there with her the whole entire time... she smiles and says to us it's still warm....she put my name down wrong.. which baffles me the fact that u ask for my phone number and name when I paid...even if my name was wrong u have my phone number better yet when the to go foods were coming out u could've checked with us...I get it some customers r rude but NOT all customers r rude..but u were so intrigued about this rude customer that you forgot ur at work..Food was ok given by the time we got home it was lukewarm it could've been better.. I orders the lobster combo with xtra potatoes and sausage inside and a shrimp combo for the little sis along with garlic noodles...
