This local neighborhood breakfast spot offers fresh bagels, smears and brewed coffee. Food: I ordered a bacon, egg white and cheese egg bagel. It was really good and they don't skimp on the bacon or eggs. Also they have egg whites! This is a huge plus! You can buy Ceremony Coffee here! (Which is a popular coffee roaster in Baltimore) I also ordered half a dozen fresh bagels to go, even a day later the bagels are still delicious. Service: The staff here is friendly and focused on giving each customer excellent service. Ambiance: Minimal. This is a very popular local gathering place on Saturday mornings. They have newspapers available for guests to read while you sip on your coffee. This place is busy on weekends, I think this is a popular local breakfast spot. I saw groups of friends, families, and high schoolers, enjoying their breakfast. If you can't find seating inside there's overflow seating outside, just make sure you order a coffee to stay warm. Overall: Locally owned and operated. Family friendly Lots of seating Fresh bagels Large portions Local hang out I'll be back!

Yaaay! A great bagel place near my house! The bagels are really good. They've got just the right crunch on the outside and texture on the inside. And they offer a great variety too. The staff is so friendly! They welcome you as soon as you enter and are glad to take your order. Lots of windows so it's very bright. I'm looking forward to going back often! So glad I stumbled into this place because I'd given up on getting good bagels in my neighborhood.

My family had a delicious breakfast at Bagel Bin! Our order came quick and the bagels were big and flavorful. Any place that serves porkroll breakfast sandwiches is a win in my book. Good space inside to sit and enjoy

Since bottoms up bagels closed, I have been in the hunt for good bagels. These are not a 1:1 replacement, but this place is great. Service was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Most importantly, the bagels were good! My wife and I went with our pups early on a Sunday morning, and we might need to make this a weekly thing. Ready to go back soon.

We're during lunch hours and it wasn't crowded but still lots of takeouts order. It was our 1st time dining in so there's a lil bit confusion of where's line to order and who's taking order, a lesson to learn maybe we should just order (talk) louder next time. We had blueberries bagel with cream cheese, you can definitely taste the blueberries in every single bites. That's our lil one favorite! The jalapeño bagel egg salad was outstanding with jalapeño hot hint, it's definitely a repeat order! The everything bagel with Meat (bacon), Egg and cheese was delicious! You should try!! It was like visiting your grandparents for breakfast experience, and make yourself like home! Overall everything was great! We'll back for more bagels!

Popular restaurant and café, good food, many coffee and tea varieties, including dry packaged…read more Café Jun is a restaurant and café in the Forest Green shopping center on US 40. It's a smallish space and indoor seating was really full at 11 AM on a weekday. Because of rain, the outdoor benches were not in use, and I saw closed-up patio-umbrellas too. I ordered from a kiosk or you could order online or in person. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was made quickly by welcoming staff. It was a regular size croissant with very light cheese and a layer of crispy bacon pieces in a well toasted croissant. The flavor was good. This café also sells a number of beverages, including fresh ground espresso, and various teas And they sell some bakery goods, candies, and quite a variety of dry-packaged teas and coffee. The parking right in front Café Jun can get pretty full, but there's plenty parking in the rest of the shopping center. You can enter the shopping area from eastbound US-40 Baltimore National Pike, or from westbound Frederick Road. It's just east of Centennial Lane/Bethany Lane and about a mile West of US 29. The larger shopping area has a diner 3-strip mall sections, one of which is called Princess Shopping Center, so I'm a little confused which mall-name covers which shops. They have a summer concert planned! That should be fun!

People do seem to respect the 90MIN seating window though so you should be able to find a seat. You order and pay at the counter first and then they give you a table number card. This is how they find you to serve your food. I ordered a regular matcha latte, a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on croissant bread and their famous croffle. I loved their matcha latte. It's pre-sweetened so no need to add extra vanilla syrup or anything. This does not taste like a traditional matcha, which in my opinion tastes like dirt. This is a sweeter, dessert like matcha. I didn't care for the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. It was kind of dry and it tasted like something was missing. The croffle was amazing. It has a nutty, pecan like taste to it and it was topped with vanilla gelato and blueberries. I couldn't really taste the maple syrup but it was delicious nonetheless.

From the outside of the building, you wouldn't know that there's a speakeasy inside, but that's what makes it fun. There's a handful of tables inside and a small shuffleboard too. There's an area outside that I have not been able to check out yet due to it being February when I was there. Kelvin gave me a great story about Uncle Nearest and told it with such enthusiasm too. Kelvin brings this great energy and is one of those people where you can tell that he loves what he does. The whiskey selection in here is phenomenal! So many different ones that I want to try and Kelvin will give you his recommendations based on your preferences. This is a great place for those that want to sip on whiskey or a classic cocktail. Can't wait to go back just so I can have some good laughs with Kelvin and try a few more whiskeys that are on my list!

I came here for a very Instagrammable coffee flight and was not disappointed. We ordered a simple…read morecorned beef sandwich and I got the iced coffees flight. So the flight was for different ice lattes paired with a pastry, which was a croissant a Blondie brownie, a macaroon and lastly.strawberry cake for $25. It took a while for the flight to be prepared because I think they're a little bit shortstaffed on a Monday morning, but they had a lot of comfortable places to sit and wait. The corn beef sandwich came out good and I mentioned it was simple because it's literally just corn beef with some white bread and some cheese, but it was actually pretty tasty for breakfast. The coffee flight came out and it's on a large paddle and it looked really delicious. I have to say the regular flavored lattes and the croissant weren't my favorite choices, but as I started moving down the paddleboard towards flavored lattes and the Blondi bar, it was pretty good. My favorite latte was the butter beer and my favorite pastry actually turned out to be the Blondie brownie bar. The inside has enough seating for about 50 people and it's really cutely decorated. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the mood for a coffee after a day of shopping in Ellicott city.

There were 6 of us, and they were able to put two tables together to accommodate us. I was overall disappointed with the food. The waffle which I paid $5 for was super small and there were just chunks of sugar in it. I also ordered scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese. The spinach came out on the side of the eggs and was uncooked. The cheese was not melted, and the eggs were burnt (dark brown and dry). The waitress was kind enough to take the eggs back for the cheese and spinach to be mixed/melted. They were still burnt and flavorless. I picked around and ate what I could. I also ordered some kind of spinach and feta pastry from the front case, which was good. We also all enjoyed the homefries which were crispy with a unique seasoning. We ordered the stuffed french toast which had a great flavor, but it wasn't really stuffed, there were just toppings on it. My nephew ordered the chicken and waffles. He's 15. I'm guessing that waitress assumed he was a kid and gave him the kids portion. Either way, the fried chicken looked like two pieces of frozen chicken schnitzel. My mother ordered the Reuben and did not like it at all because it lacked flavor.

Coffee Beanery in Owings Mills is my daily go‑to spot -- truly my favorite takeout place ever --…read moreand the reason is simple: Farouk and his incredible team. Every day, I order my caramel crunch swirl drink with whipped cream and an extra shot of espresso, plus both a mango smoothie and a strawberry‑banana smoothie. Their drinks are exceptional -- and their smoothies are honestly the best I've ever had anywhere. I recognized Farouk the very first day I walked in, even before I knew why. He used to serve me at Rita's across the street, and he's one of those rare lights of a human you never forget -- not because of what they say, but because of how they make you feel. When he looked up and said, "How are you, my friend? I used to serve you at Rita's!" everything clicked. He remembers my name. He remembers my complicated daily order to the letter. He greets me with warmth every single time -- even when I walk in two minutes before closing. And unlike so many places these days, he never shows irritation or rushes me. He makes me feel valued. One night, I accidentally called 30 minutes after they had already closed -- and Farouk still answered the phone, cheerfully, by name, and took my order anyway. Only after confirming it would be ready did he gently mention their Sunday hours. He still insisted I come pick it up. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of today. There's also Yani, who is shy but incredibly talented. She listens with her whole heart and makes drinks that feel like little works of art. She puts genuine care into every cup. And the kindness doesn't stop there. I've been surprised with freebie drinks when there was extra smoothie mix, offered a mistaken drink for free, and even had two drinks remade after I dropped them in the parking lot. Farouk saw it happen, took the empty cups from my hands, and recreated them without hesitation. Moments like these create customers for life. Coffee Beanery deserves a solid 5 stars across every platform. ---
