When we asked about purchasing a cup of ice, the employee told my husband that we could not purchase a cup of ice and that we had to purchase a drink instead. We ended up being charged $3.24 for a drink simply because we wanted ice. What made this especially frustrating is that I have been to Sky Rocket Burgers many times and have never previously been told that I could not purchase a cup of ice or that I had to buy a drink in order to get ice. A simple explanation of the store's policy--or even a courteous offer of a cup of ice--would have made a big difference. I left feeling that I was treated differently than I had been on my previous visits, and the interaction was uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope management will look into what happened and clarify the policy regarding customers requesting a cup of ice. I am sharing this review because I have been a regular customer and believe good customer service and consistent treatment of customers are important.
