My family and I stopped at Jersey Mike's Subs for a quick bite. My husband ordered online and then we drove over to pick it up. We parked, he went inside the restaurant and picked up our order. It was quick and easy. I ordered The regular sized Original Italian Sandwich which comes provolone cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni, and Prosciuttini. It was good. I have been coming to this location for a long time now. I put in a mobile order today, picked up, then went all the way home and opened the sandwich and noticed it was made incorrectly. I drove back to the store feeling a bit inconvenienced cuz it's a 20 min round trip. I went inside and told the man working today what happened and he was soooo kind and offered me a full refund while also remaking my sandwich! He also let me take a bag of chips for my daughter. Always ask for a receipt. If something is wrong with your order, the "real" manager never takes ownership of their mistake and says that you are a fraud. The regional manager needs to have some training with the manager about customer service. read more

This was my first time to try Jersey Mike's. Hubby goes all the time to a location near his office. I decided to order a #17 the Philly cheesesteak minus onions. The sandwich looked pretty good as I unwrapped it. The bread tasted fresh but the meat was overpowered by too much cheese. I will try Jersey Mike's again but next time I will try something else. I love their sandwiches but this location is so so slow. It takes 30-45 minutes for them to process offers at lunch. There tend to be more people waiting on food than either in line and/or eating at a table. They often have 3-4 people behind the counter but literally can't seem to keep up. The process they have to make sandwiches seems really inefficient compared to other similar sandwich companies in the area. Again - love their sandwiches. Just don't expect speedy service when you place an order on their app. This location has lost my future business. One last thing - got the order home and it was completely wrong. All of the customizations entered on the app did not get sent to the store. My app receipt was completely different than the receipt at the store. The folks that were working at Jersey Mikes at Coit and Campbell today 6/15/21 were so good to me!! I ordered a BLT online because i needed comfort food. I called after I placed my order and asked for extra crispy bacon; thats the only way I like it. When I arrived at the location, I realized I couldnt go in to retrieve my sandwich bc its too hot out and I had my baby in the car with me. Those sweethearts brought my sandwich out to my car, no questions asked. Im so used to the workers at establishments like this being lackluster with their customer service. I knocked on the door and pointed at my watch and said it wasn't 8 yet and they just stared at me. The male employee just shrugged his shoulders at me in an "oh well" type of gesture. They never even came to the door. Way to go Jersey Mike's. Great service while we're all on Corona virus lock down. I've been a regular customer for years and I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Went over to Campisi's after that to support them and took home a far tastier pizza instead. This past week I was craving a Philly Cheesesteak so I hopped on Yelp to get recommendations and settled on Jersey Mike's. I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and I was not disappointed. This place is like a NY Deli with a Charley's Sub grill! The cold cut sandwiches are quite reasonable at less than $5 for the regular. And the hot sandwiches are under $6. If you order a hot sandwich it does take a little longer than a cold sandwich but it's worth the wait. And they even bring it to you. I do have to say that one observation I made while eating my lunch is that the majority of the customers are men. Also people tend to take the sandwiches to go so there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy your lunch. Everyone was very friendly and they seem to embody Jersey Mike's attitude on how to treat a customer! I will definitely be back to try another sandwich! read more

This review won't be long. All I can say is that these sandwiches are average. I've tried all different types, and they are never great. The BLT was definitely not good. I only order BLT's in the summer when tomatoes are good. The tomatoes were very grainy. There were 4 pieces of bacon when I ordered extra--that means they put two pieces on the regular BLT? It was edible, but very, very average. Even when I order extra extra on BLT's, the only place that gets it right is The Great Outdoors. I do recommend the cherry peppers on the Italian BLT's. I love their subs and I know it's a case of 'growing pains/training' but I got a #8 on rosemary today- asked for 'no salt/oil/vinegar' but slather everything else on-what i got -after again asking for 'everything'-was bacon,jalapenos-no oinions,no pickles,no relish ..as I said-I want everything(especially the red relish!) but salt,oil,and vinegar..so the kid was new,I guess,cuz he sure didn't listen to what I wanted..was greeted cordially,and 1st fella was cordial as wel-just the one that counted didn't build my sandwich the way I wanted. read more

I never know how to rank places like this. Do I rate them vs any place that serves food? Like do I grade Whataburger vs Capital Grille? Or do I rate them vs similar types of establishments? I am rating this as a sandwich place compared to other sandwich spots. I love a good sandwich, but am extremely picky. I had never eaten at a Jersey Mike's until recently and it is outstanding. I love how the slice the meat when you order and if you get a hot sub like a philly they actually throw it on the grill and cook the meat. What no fancy conveyor belt that warms your sandwich or something? No pre-sliced meat? Nope, somebody actually taking the time and putting some effort into making my sandwich. Imagine that! I mean if I wanted somebody to put as little effort into making my sandwich as possible I would just go to the gas station instead of Subway or Quiznos. I have had the Italian, the philly, the chicken parm and the meatball. I don't think I have a favorite as they are all great. I might try a ham or turkey next time. I wanted to give this sandwich shop a try because, quite frankly, there aren't any good sandich places in the area. Subway is gross, Quiznos is closed, McAllisters.....yea, no, Central Market...i'll be damned if I am going to fight the North Dallas/Plano Soccer Mom's who push their carts around oblivious to anyone else around them for a sandiwch, that used to be a hell of a lot better then what is on their menu today. Obviously I like this place by my rating, but I am going to be fair in the review. There isn't a whole lot of variety with the sammich toppings. They have your standard lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles. Then you have some banana peppers, jalapenos, and some sort of sweet pepper relish. Other condiments available, but the bees knees of this sammich place, the oil/vinegar and oregano. If you just can't get up to Jersey Mike's because gas is too expensive, at least do yourself a favor and make a sammich with oil/vinegar and oregano on it. You will stalk and hunt me down just to thank me. They also have hot subs, but I have only tried the philly....not a fan. You might be, so go try the thing. I enjoy the #15, or whatever it is. I have had several from there that are delicious. If you just picked some random number, you would end up with a great sandwich, no doubt. Want a salad? They got you covered. Want a wrap? Yea.....wasn't a huge fan. It is in a flower tortilla. Not sure if it quite meets the requirement to be part of a low-carb diet and it gets soggy with the lettuce and oil/vinegar blend. If these statement accurately describe you, than you may want to pop by Jersey Mike's and scope out their menu. My first love there is the #13 original Italian, which features THREE types of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Get this "Mike's way", which tops it with lettuce, tomato, thin slices of mild onion, mystery spices, and oil and vinegar. In Austin, the Jersey Mike's locations stock creamy horseradish sauce, which completes the beast well, but I've asked for it here in Dallas and received nothing but an awkward pause and a hastily averted gaze. The regular size is enough for you. Seriously. The giant size is taller than most dogs, nutria, and cockatrices, and believe me, I've measured. Yet, the giant comes in handy if you and that picky guy next to you in the office can come to some sort of agreement on toppings: it's essentially the size of two "regular" sandwiches, and you'll get a price break if you go this route. They do some good grilled subs as well! The cheesesteaks here are smothered in provolone cheese and tender seasoned steak with peppers, and they offer a great piquant pepper relish to slather on top. Try the meatball sub too, which strikes a great balance between tart tomato sauce, gooey cheese, and slices of large and (presumably) in-charge meatballs. Pepper relish on here, too. Yes, do that. A little known fact is that these guys are MAD WITH POWER AND SPATULAS and will grill any cold sub you want! Put some heat back in your marriage to turkey clubs by grilling them until you get that good, caramelized flavor. Besides, melt cheese ROCKS cold cheese's FACE OFF. It's a fact, unless we're talking cheese plates here, in which case it really depends on many different. . . (descends into incomprehensible gibberish) Watch out for the lunch rush here; it's a killer. I have been fortunate enough to witness a couple of my co-worker's orders vanish into thin air amidst the chaos, and I just love their hurt little expressions on their cute little faces while I chow down like it's 1999 (whatever that means). At any rate, give this place a spin if you ever get tired of that same old place you always go to where they all know you and expect to see you and you're kind of scared to stop going there because you think that they just might be dependent on you for their continued existence, and you're not a heartless monster. . . Probably my favorite sub sandwich joint in this side of the city. Jersey Mike's is a new chain to me, and I'm quite enamored with it. It hits every part of my sub loving soul. I get the 13, which is stacked with meats, cheese, and Mike's Way brings out the lovely flavors of oils and spices. Add the cherry pepper relish, and pickles, and BAM, you have something incredibly magical. Service is quite well, especially Pete who always helps me out when I'm in-store. He's even learned my style of sandwich and my name, so every time I walk in, I don't even have to be at the front of the line before my sandwich is being prepared. They also have online ordering which is a bonus. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's. I went to another store in-town (off of 635) that was lesser quality, but this particular shop is new, beautiful, and excellent in the service and price-point categories. I usually love coming to this location but today they dropped the ball. First the person cutting the bread couldn't do it right. I believe the manager took over gave me a piece of bread that was already ready cut and was smaller than it usually is for a medium size sandwich. Next roast beef was from the very end of the roast and was dry and quite frankly not very good. I top of that too much salt was used. This was very disappointing for this place the only place I like buy sandwiches. I hope someone can correct this. read more

The good reviews on here don't seem to mention the amount of meat and cheese that comes on the sandwich. I am just guessing, but my club was approximately 1/15th meat and cheese. It should have been called the lettuce, mayo & mustard on wheat. To make it taste like a sandwich, I got rid of the lettuce and combined both halves of ingredients onto half of the bread....and it was still lacking. I just got back from my first visit to Jersey Mike's, disappointed. I agree that this place is definitely a notch above Subway and Quiznos, but I so far find it inferior to Potbelly and Jimmy John's. I ordered a #5 (The Super Club) with mayo, lettuce, onion, and tomato. This was after watching the employees dump like two gallons of oil and vinegar on other people's subs, and realizing how difficult that would make it to taste the meat--and how messy it would make the sandwich. After a rather slow ordering process, I sat down to try my sub. Well, I might as well have gotten the oil and vinegar, because the meat was pretty much flavorless on its own. All I could taste was the pepper on the prosciuttini, and the herbs on the bread. I must say, after seeing the labels on the meats at the counter, I wasn't surprised: Jersey Mike's ham is water-added and not smoked. The mayo flavor was nowhere to be found, which was also not surprising considering how little they put on my sub, and only on one side. I might come back to Jersey Mike's for a Philly cheesesteak, but I'll stick with Jimmy John's and Potbelly for basic sandwiches. read more

When I go to a resturant especially a fast food or sub joint the first thing I do Is check out the bathrooms. Usually the first sign of a well managed place is how clean the bathroom is. I am not kidding I won't eat at a place that doesn't give a honk about their bathrooms. Cause what does it say about the buisness? Who cares?
