She likes to support the local community and even donated to a fundraiser supporting autism that I ran in. She is very giving and caring and makes the experience there a pleasure. Food is good, and the price is fair for it. But all the younger kids working , wiping the counters down with the gloves they wear alllll the time makes me not want to go back. Been here before for breakfast and they have great fresh food. This time I went in for one sandwich to go. The girl says it comes with a pickle and side salad. Took her 15 minutes to make a cold sandwich and when I opened the bag at school for lunch, no side salad. Very disappointed. read more

After frequenting this bagel store for years, and loving everything we've ever had there---we decided to use them for both my wedding day for our bridal party that morning and my wedding breakfast the day after for 150 guests. The owner/manager Lori was incredibly attentive, caring, and helpful as we decided how much of everything to order. The prices for everything were unbeatable, delivery's were on time, and presentation/quality of bagels, cream cheeses, butter, and pastries was top notch. Never been here before and called through multiple recommendations in Patchogue Moms. Laurie was AMAZING! Took a custom order for colorful mini bagels not even 24 hours in advance and made a beautiful platter. They were very fairly priced and the bagels were so fresh and DELICIOUS! She allowed me to pay COP as well. We will definitely be using them again and I don't live close! read more

Disappointing, the bagles look nice on the outside but they taste like cardboard. Once you cut them they are almost hollow inside. They do not make them FRESH on the premises, they bring them frozen and bake them. I do not recommend them. The lines move fast but I've seen friendlier service. I would not go back. read more

Disgusting! I've given this place a chance too many times! CHANGE YOUR GLOVES!!!! Its absolutely DISGUSTING that you handle money and everyone else's food and NEVER CHANGE GLOVES. Love love love this bagel store. I have been coming to this bagel shops for has long has I can remember. The owner are sweet has there bakery treats. If you want a fun treat for the kids try there colored bagels. Yum and some time thy have Oreo bagels that are so good you can't even explain them. And the fact that I could buy a dozen get a dozen bagels free complete bonus for me because I buy them for work I buy them from Home they're affordable and the best bagels I have come across ever and I have gotten bagels all over the island and I go out of my way to get bagels from bagel lovers before I drive 25 mins out to work. That's how good thy are we all chip in at work so I can bring them in. All I can ever think I have ever got there is absolutely amazing it doesn't matter what you're getting. I joined yelp just so I could tell the world what an AWFUL bagel store this is. Slow, slow SLOW staff. Unfriendly and MESSY. They all had long hair and tons of make up on And were leaning over the food. It was gross. Even the girls in the back who are cooking had their hair down, no hair nets or hats on. It was disgusting. I ordered one bagel with cream cheese and it took a half an hour. Awful place read more

This place used to be awesome but the Service has gone down. It's horribly run.. 7 minutes for a bagel and coffee when there was nobody on line in front of me. They have a bunch of young teenagers working there now and they all stand around. The food quality is still great but it's not worth being late to work every morning for. read more

This place has great bagels but the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I come here maybe once every couple of weeks and without fail, they ALWAYS mess up my order. Now, my orders are not complicated in the least for a bagel shop: egg sandwiches and cream cheese on a bagel or maybe a coldcut sandwich are pretty much all I get. And yet, they always--and I mean every single time--screw up at least one aspect of the order! If I ask for veggie cream cheese, I end up with plain, if I order the bagel toasted, it comes out untoasted, if I order sausage, I get bacon, if I order a sesame bagel I get a poppy seed, if I order tomato, I get lettuce. I mean, really?! And it's not just one worker, it seems to be all of them. I have never had this kind of awful service in any establishment. If it wasn't for the convenience and decent bagels, I would have given up on this place a long time ago. read more
