Another nice convenience was the mug for my tea which had a handle that I could actually put my fingers through (another area that restaurants fail to provide). In addition, I also ordered a side of sausage which came in patties form and was pretty tasty. The Bottom Line: As always my "customer so what" would I come back? The answer, probably. Although the ambiance was substandard, the food was good the service was as well so, it more than likely would be worth another visit on my next stop in town.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but Bagel Snack was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The restaurant was overcrowded, chaotic, and noticeably dirty. The tables were not wiped down, there were crumbs all over, and the floor looked like it had not been properly cleaned. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the whole place felt disorganized. The food was just as disappointing. The bagels tasted stale, the eggs were rubbery, and the coffee tasted burnt. Nothing about the meal felt fresh or carefully prepared. What made the experience even worse was the way we were treated. Simple questions were met with rudeness, and there was no real effort to handle the situation professionally or respectfully. There are too many better breakfast options nearby to come back here again. Update after Owner Response Update after owner response: After reading the owner's public reply, I feel even more confident in my original review. Rather than responding professionally, the owner chose to make personal accusations, mischaracterize the situation, and speak to a customer in a way that only reinforced the concern I raised in the first place. To be clear, this was not simply about being "upset about a pet." It was about how the situation was handled, how we were spoken to, and the overall lack of professionalism and respect. Being a former employee at the bagel snack I do enjoy going in occasionally to have lunch, see the girls I worked with but most of all I enjoy seeing customers I worked with while employed there. Again, had to call after a delivery to my office for (4) people. No potatoes & Bacon not well done as requested. More importantly, the bill was wrong AGAIN. This time we each (4) had a delivery fee. I called and spoke to the owner John and he said anyone that uses a credit card is charged the fee. I did not use a credit card and I was charged a delivery fee. It is not unusual to be overcharged by Bagel Snack. Try Adams, they deliver and you know what the bill is before the food gets delivered. read more

The other bagel place we tried did not open early on the weekend, so we tried this location. It is a very small shop with no bathrooms. But has all the bases covered on bagels and coffee. I thought the bagels were better than average, the toppings were great and make the sandwiches awesome. Great Service, and fast out the door. I could guess it may be slow if during a rush with only one person or two. Good place, I would try again for early bagel needs.

She takes your order and she's always checking on you to make sure everything is good. That's one thing about Flo. She takes care of her customers, even if she's busy, she always stops by at the table to make sure everything's OK and I have to tell you your cook mo always on top of things everything comes out A1 hot always correct. I'm sorry I went there, that will never happen again and for the manager I don't need to talk to people is crazy. Think God for options.
