Bagel Street is great. Took my bagel to go and sat in Madison Square Park. Hole in the wall type of place with good service. Got a cinnamon raisin bagel with blueberry cream cheese. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in NYC Gramercy Green area.

Great location . Right on park Avenue .. great and fast service . Liked the way they were teaming up and doing things fast .. there were 5-6 people in line but the bagel was done in 2-3 mins and served fast . They have various flavors of cream cheese and everything looked fresh and tasted good . They also had various bagels - incl poppy seed , everything bagels which are my fav . Bagel tasted fresh and was soft . Wish they toasted it well. I love well toasted bagels . I asked them to toast well. But it's fine . Wish they had flat bagels and mini bagels too. Some of the other shops have them . Mini bagels will be really good for people who cant eat a full bagel . The jalapeño cream cheese was just outstanding . Tasted so good . Coffee was ok. Not the best but was good with bagel . Few seats inside to sit and eat ; there were also few tables outside . Liked it overall. 4 stars ..

    Everything with cream cheese.

Good New York bagel with cream cheese. Clean and friendly. If you can do the basics right I'm sure they'll be good with everything else.

Bagel street is the absolute move if you're in the area. Place is cookin up some GAS for bagels and they pump it out pretty quick when busy. They even give you this coffee holster for a couple cups. This is so helpful walking around the city it's insane. The place is extremely ice inside as well which is always a major plus. They don't do the best job at like taking a half or anything so just make sure you pay attention to where you are in line and what they call out is ready. Other than that, enjoy! Cheers!

Great place. Convenient from our hotel and it was perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. Jalapeño cheddar was the best.

We stopped by on Sunday morning around 11:25 a.m. and found a fairly short line. The employee took our order quickly, which was great. We got an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and a cup of coffee. The bagel was decent with a generous amount of cream cheese, and the coffee was fairly standard. Overall, the food was average, but it's a good spot for a quick grab-and-go option. There were a few seating options both inside and outside, but space was somewhat limited.

Good variety in fresh bagels and housemaid cream cheeses (including vegan). Large menu, including coffee drinks-- quick, friendly service and good prices. We split a lox bagel and it was plenty big for breakfast. There are a few two top café tables inside and a few outside as well.

Every time I go to Bagel Street, I get served a good sized bagel, perfectly toasted, with a generous helping of cream cheese. What more could I ask for? Have to mention their cream cheese flavors because they are exceptionally good. The avocado cream cheese is not only avocado but includes fresh chopped jalapeños and onions too.

Surprised to see that this spot doesn't have any reviews. I came here after a night out with friends and was looking for a good sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. Like always, I was not disappointed by this neighborhood shop and the bagels were fresh throughout. This was definitely one of the better breakfast sandwiches I've had in the city and service was quick as well.

Had an early Saturday in the city and wanted a bagel and cream cheese, nearest to my location. Searched Yelp and came across Bagel Street reviews. Went in and love the variety of cream cheese. Had a lightly toasted onion bagel with bacon cream cheese. It was yummy and about $5.00. Crossed the street and bought Starbucks and had a relaxing breakfast. Bagel was the way I remember them from back in the days. The commercialization of the bagel has removed the authentic taste to make them non-descript. Bagel Street gives the bagels of yesteryear. Great variety.

This place is so crazy underrated and serves the best bagels I've ever had--CONSISTENTLY. It's a small business that just opened this year and it really really really deserves more attention. The food is great quality for such a good price. I've never had a bec here where the bacon is nil or eggs are dry or bagel is flat/stale. This is the fluffiest tastiest freshest bagel. I'm going to be sad when I leave the area in a few weeks because I have become emotionally attached to this place. If you work on or around park please give it a try, because if it closes it's a LOSS. Bagel Street is an unassuming GEM. The workers are also super nice and chill and they deserve perfect days until the end of time. Ps I get a bacon egg and cheddar on a plain bagel (untoasted, don't be cringe) with scallion cream cheese. Get it get it get it get it get it

Brought some home to Martha's Vineyard.

Everyone who worked there was so friendly and nice. So many great bagel options, food was delicious. I hope to make it back next year!

FOOD: We ordered a bag of 3 bagels-- everything, poppy seed & salt. The bagels were cute, medium sized and served warm/hot. We chose the scallion cream cheese which came in a lil container. Apparently the bagels are not made in the traditional manner, but they were still delicious with great texture and taste. We also ordered the tea (ok) and strawberry lemonade (yum). We enjoyed our bagels on the little countertop area outside. OVERALL: Definitely recommend! A different bagel experience than some other places (as in, those places where you are served bagels topped with cream cheese and other things) but we enjoyed the simplicity of the bagels and controlling the amount of cream cheese.

You cannot order a single bagel, you must order your bagels in 3s. So if you're not a big back and instead are a loser with no friends, you might have more bagels than you can eat. The bagels come whole and you're supposed to rip them and dip them into the cream cheese, and there's many smears to choose from, which is a plus. However, this requires a two hand situation, which means it's difficult to eat on the go, and the seating inside is limited. I did not realize this at first and I was trying to slice my bagel in half with a butter knife, and I failed and started ripping it to shreds in a fit of passion and rage. That when I saw their neon sign that says "GRIP. RIP. DIP," which sounds sexual, and realized that's the concept and intention. My advice--if you're gonna visit, come with a couple friends so you can try the bagels without having to eat 3. And bring hand sanitizer so you're not ripping up the bagel with your filthy subway fingers.
