Bagels here were good and not too soft or and not too chewy. The scallion cream cheese was perfect tasting not too scalliony and not too little. The staff were friendly and there are a few tables to sit at inside. Big bagel store this is too. If I am in the area I would come back here. read more

Alright... what can I say. This was a great choice. I get it, maybe there are 100 better spots but I don't have time to walk or take the subway. I'm from California and this was great. Bagel Street is great. Took my bagel to go and sat in Madison Square Park. Hole in the wall type of place with good service. Got a cinnamon raisin bagel with blueberry cream cheese. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in NYC Gramercy Green area. read more

Great location . Right on park Avenue .. great and fast service . They have various flavors of cream cheese and everything looked fresh and tasted good . They also had various bagels - incl poppy seed , everything bagels which are my fav . Bagel tasted fresh and was soft . Wish they toasted it well. I love well toasted bagels . I asked them to toast well. But it's fine . Wish they had flat bagels and mini bagels too. Bagel street is the absolute move if you're in the area. Place is cookin up some GAS for bagels and they pump it out pretty quick when busy. They even give you this coffee holster for a couple cups. This is so helpful walking around the city it's insane. The place is extremely ice inside as well which is always a major plus. They don't do the best job at like taking a half or anything so just make sure you pay attention to where you are in line and what they call out is ready. Other than that, enjoy! Cheers! read more

We got an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and a cup of coffee. The bagel was decent with a generous amount of cream cheese, and the coffee was fairly standard. Fantastic bagel spot that truly delivers on quality. The bagels were fresh, perfectly chewy, and full of that classic New York flavor that's hard to beat. Surprised to see that this spot doesn't have any reviews. I came here after a night out with friends and was looking for a good sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. Like always, I was not disappointed by this neighborhood shop and the bagels were fresh throughout. Had an early Saturday in the city and wanted a bagel and cream cheese, nearest to my location. Searched Yelp and came across Bagel Street reviews. Went in and love the variety of cream cheese. Had a lightly toasted onion bagel with bacon cream cheese. It was yummy and about $5.00. Crossed the street and bought Starbucks and had a relaxing breakfast. Bagel was the way I remember them from back in the days. The commercialization of the bagel has removed the authentic taste to make them non-descript. Bagel Street gives the bagels of yesteryear. This place is so crazy underrated and serves the best bagels I've ever had--CONSISTENTLY. It's a small business that just opened this year and it really really really deserves more attention. The food is great quality for such a good price. I've never had a bec here where the bacon is nil or eggs are dry or bagel is flat/stale. This is the fluffiest tastiest freshest bagel. I'm going to be sad when I leave the area in a few weeks because I have become emotionally attached to this place. If you work on or around park please give it a try, because if it closes it's a LOSS. Bagel Street is an unassuming GEM. The workers are also super nice and chill and they deserve perfect days until the end of time. I got bagel with Sun dried tomato and was delicious. Then I tried another bagel with Avocado cream cheese and was impressed. Sooo I did what any foodie chubby guy will do. Got a third one. Split it half and had jalapeños cheese and avocado cream cheese. Yes I'll be back. They have a large menu with many options. And close a little later than most other bagel shops. 5 stars read more

Can't go wrong with a NY bagel? Think again. I ordered a poppyseed bagel that seemed to have been intended for dessert.... never in my life have I had a sweet poppyseed bagel! Was it brushed in sugar, or was the dough sweetened? I'm not sure, but it did not go well with my savory spread. Stay away from this one. read more

Generally pretty good, but depending who's working, you might get so little cream cheese, that it doesn't even cover half of the bagel. Also, check your order; I've had mine given to the wrong person, despite me saying that I was pretty sure that it was mine ( it wasn't busy, either) on two different occasions. read more

Best new bagel shop that we have recently discovered. Although you can get a sandwich on various choices of breads their bagels reign supreme. They are tasty, chewy and delicious. Their home made soups are scrumptious and taste like your grandma made them special for you in her kitchen. The staff is very helpful. I hope they do well in this spot and cater to the lunchtime crowd but it's worth the trip if you don't work nearby. read more

The bagels are first rate and the service is quick. The coffee is subpar, but you go here for the bagels. You can also make the bagels into a breakfast sandwich. The Mr. Bagel sandwich is a good value with lots of eggs, bacon and cheese. There's minimal seating so be prepared to grab and go. read more
