The egg sandwich was above average for sure but the star of the show was my pastrami Reuben with Cole slaw. Not an overwhelmingly large sandwich like social media leads everyone to believe is necessary, but it was also only $13.99 which is definitely cheaper than most local places. Side salad and pickle are included and the pickle spear was delicious. The place is immaculate, the staff was very friendly, the man who made my sandwich even asked me to report back on if I like it or not because he said he takes pride in his creations. I will stop in this week to let him know I loved it. There's a massive amount of menu items, it'll take a while to try them all out but there's a few that caught my eye which will require immediate attention. It's hard to find good delis left on the island, this was a great cross between a deli and bagel place. There's a ton of refrigerators with lots of drink choices, there's a salad bar, and of course the sandwich menu. I got to talking with the owner, Mike. Real nice guy, he seems to actually care about his business, and he's got his kids working with him. All around great find, highly recommend!!!!

Might be time to invest in friendlier, quicker paced staff with more customer service experience! It's never too late to turn a business around but the quality staff and the inefficient work flow needs to be reevaluated and corrected fast! It was -- because it got worse. 3 people working on a Saturday morning in the most inefficient way possible. No one person is on grill, and the grill is 20 feet from the bagels. So each staffer is also a grill person. Awful process. While 3 people are by the grill (i kid you not) no one is help customers. The staff is slow. Like walking slow. No efficiency. No smiles. Plus, the lady before me got the wrong order twice because the staffer refused to write anything down. Oh, and I don't even get anything on the grill. Two (2) plain bagels, lightly buttered, not toasted: $8.20. $8.20? Stay the hell away. Never again for me.

When the server went to ring me up I asked if it included a juice or coffee or tea, she replied yes. It's a pet peeve of mine that if something is included in the price the server should offer it to you. Bad business in my opinion.
