The food here is pretty good, and the staff is always friendly. However, the way they do things is pretty inefficient and if there's any sort of line, you will be waiting a very long time to get your food. Most places have a cook on the grill handling breakfast sandwiches, and the counter people butter the bagels and do the quick stuff, but here, every worker makes the breakfast orders. So you end up having like 5/6 people crowded around the same small grill trying to cook, and nobody who just needs a quick bagel is being helped. I would also imagine this leads to inconsistencies in the food, as everyone cooks a little different. If they got a dedicated grill cook, this place would probably get 5 stars. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY. The food is mediocre at best but the service is AWFUL. The ladies that work there are so rude and SLOW. They completely ignore the line and have long drawn out conversations with the person in the front of the line. If there is more than 1-2 people on line, just LEAVE. They will take like half an hour and then spend 15 mins on your order, for literally no reason. They literally didnt serve a whole line of people because some girl was outside watching her dog pee or something. I thought maybe the food is cooking. So after a terrible experience on February 16, 2025, I received a response saying that they apologized for the terrible experience that I had and was told to please come back so they can make it right. I was hesitant for a while, but after thinking about it, I figured to give them a chance to make it right. Upon ordering my food, I explained to the woman (who was aware of my first experience) that I received an email saying that they wanted to make it right. First off I drive for popular food delivery company's, normally I go to the counter and pickup the order. But with this deli I was completely ignored and not even said hello to. I asked if the order was ready and they started yelling around like nobody knew what was going on. I waiting for about 10 minutes. I had another pickup close by so I went to the Wendy's close and when I returned 10 minutes later the order still wasn't started. When I returned I waited another 10-15 minutes before they put the food on the burners. I had scheduled one hour today. Thankfully I had a second order or I would've finished the hour with only one job completed. Normally average 3.5 jobs per hour completed. It's not acceptable for a reputable place to ignore the paying customer wether in store or not. (These are paying customers who order online and we the driver work by the jobs completed) I never make reviews but I've never been in a circumstance like this. Big board lists around 15 "specialty sandwiches", they all sound great but not one has a price. They all say this: "$". I get The Zachary - fried chicken, bacon, american cheese and russian dressing. Second trip: got 2 bagels with butter and they were good. Coffee was ok too. But man is the service slow. Not sure if its a staffing issue or they all just move at a snails pace. I've been to Bagels Your Way Café from time to time, and I've always had such a positive experience. Today, I was especially impressed by how much the staff did to ensure that we had an excellent customer experience. My mother and I came to have some breakfast, and ordered coffee as well, however they not only made our breakfast to perfection, but they came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee and even refilled our cups. I was never so shocked by such excellent customer service at a bagel café! I would highly recommend this location to everyone looking for a bite to eat in the local neighborhood. Worst experience I've ever had at a bagel place! My usual bagel place wasn't picking up the phone, so I ended up here. I like to call in my orders since my husband and I get egg sandwiches and don't like to sit around waiting. It was pointless to do that here since I had to stand on a line anyway to pick it up, which would have been fine but they were so slow. At one point, they were all cooking and nobody was paying attention to the customers! So, I finally get my order like 20 minutes later and it had been sitting there the whole time, so I knew the food wouldn't be hot. However, I was hoping that would be the only issue, didn't expect the sandwiches to be totally disgusting. First of all, I ordered mine with just bacon and eggs, no cheese and they put cheese on it. My husband wanted the cheese on his and didn't get it and his was on some weird roll that wasn't what egg sandwiches usually come on. The bacon was rubbery and had an artificial mesquite flavor.
