Overpriced sandwich, poor customer service, no leadership. I placed an order for 2 sandwiches, which I was informed it would take 10 minutes. I and another couple were the only ones in the restaurant. As time passed I continued to wait and after 30 minutes received my order. I spent nearly $28 for 2 sandwiches which would have matched the same quality from Togo's. If you are in Elk Grove and looking for a good sandwich Bravo's is the place. This place isn't really that great. My mom got a Chicken Salad to go, lets be honest they didn't bag it like most take out places would. I say this because the bottom of the box was all slimy and greasy. Then once we got home she opened it, and not so much chicken and avocado. The only good thing was the greens that she got. Plus the lady who took my mom's order wasn't really that friendly either. Like she hated people. Also, she talked to my mom as if she spoke another language. Plus this place is EXPENSIVE. This by far is my favorite spot in Elk Grove! I love the new location. It's a very welcoming and wholesome enviornment. The food is awesome! From Breakfast to lunch its made with integrity. Made fresh and they really hope you enjoy it. In the evening the owner walks around and talks to customers asking for any feedback on how they're doing. Awesome place. They also serve wine now which is pretty cool. You won't be disappointed! My favorite is the California Turkey Sandwich with the homemade chips and salsa also the Warriorz Salad is awesome! I called in an order for the office. They said about twenty minutes and the order will be ready. After twenty minutes a co-worker and I went in and our order wasn't ready. We waited and by that time there was a line gathering. When our food was ready we where being served by a young gentleman and then this older lady just took over. She was rude and not pleasant. For the amount that they charge they should at least have pleasant people greeting and dismissing customers. I will not go back at all. The sandwich was nice except I wish they wore gloves while making my sandwich. I still ate it but never again. read more

I went here on my lunch break. A couple of us went and no one else was there. It took them 45 mins to bring our food. I ordered a tri tip salad which was bland. Finally they are open at this new location! I've been waiting for weeks and weeks and finally got to fulfill my cravings today! This location is a lot bigger, nicely decorated and so convenient since my work is not too far from here as oppose to their old location in old Elk Grove. Their sandwiches are just amazingly delicious! I can't seem to get enough! You pretty much can't complain on any of their sandwiches since they are all yummy! But I'm a big fan of their Roasted Turkey or their California Turkey, with their side of homemade chips and salsa. Their seasonal sides are yummy as well! I have to admit, the salsa was quite spicy hot this time around. I don't remember it being this spicy til where my tongue still tingles afterwards, but it was perfect for me! I don't know why I haven't reviewed this place yet! Just finished eating a delicious breakfast sandwich. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten - lunch or breakfast. The nice guy working was able to accommodate my preferences (no meat but add some veggies to the party). The veggies he added - tomatoes, onions and spinach were balanced with the perfectly fried egg, cheese and garlic mayo. All served on grilled (to a perfect crisp) ciabatta. I opted for potatoes as my side - mentally I was regretting this as I know fruit would have been a healthier option. To the heck with my mental issue because my tastebuds overruled this once I got a taste of those fabulous potatoes. They had been peppered to my liking and there was cheese added. Cheese! This is how I cook and how I like to eat. Thank you so much to the guy who was not only personable but able to create such a scrumptious sandwich. My husband got the breakfast burrito which was not only delicious but huge. Served with a side of smokey salsa - surely it's made on site. Tasted fresh and real. And on top of all of the above - they served breakfast until 11 during the week and until 2pm on Sundays. Do you hear that Elk Grove? 11am breakfast is a real thing. Had the waffle sandwich with bacon baked into it which you could not taste the bacon with cheddar which was missing in action and the French toast that was listed with dried berries and sliced almonds but the French toast was cold and did not have the topping . I like the food here, but the customer service is really awkward. The restaurant is usually ran by a couple of kids, and once I saw the mom, as I have been here twice. They make the food fresh, serve, but will not come and ask if we need anything. They will have country music playing and then sometimes it is completely silent It is really obvious that they may be way over their head having a restaurant. If they want to last, they should focus on customer service, being welcome in, and focusing on building a brand to keep customers to come back. Food is really good though! I loved the chicken salad sandwich I got from here. Big chunks of chicken with cranberry and the cider dressing made this traditional recipe perfect for a warm summer day. The bread was absolutely amazing. I have had sandwiches where the rolls cut the roof of my mouth but not this place. I opted for the pasta salad as my side and I wasn't disappointed. I went to baguettes with a coworker for lunch. We both got one of the daily specials, they got the chili which took 35 minutes to get to the table. The slow service was odd given the fact that there were only a handful of customers in the restaurant. The chili tasted straight out of the can and was left half finished on the table. The chili was served with hey sliced baguette that was cold. I got a Philly cheese steak that was another one of the daily specials. Parts of the roll that the cheesesteak was served on was hot while other parts were cold. Being a Philly cheesesteak I expected it to have cheese which it did not. The meat on the Philly cheesesteak was much like the bread where some of the meat was warm and other parts of the meat were ice cold. I generally only drink water, not a fan of sodas or iced tea and the water cup that I was given was like a shot glass. I repeatedly had to get up and refill my water. I will not return. read more

(We may have just missed the breakfast rush because we got there at 10:30am on a Sat.) Anyway, I ordered the breakfast burrito, filled with eggs, cheese, bacon, potato, potato, potato, and more potato. Basically it was a potato burrito with a slight accent of bacon, eggs, and cheese. It was very bland. I added a little salt to help. It did come with a side of fresh salsa. But, it was such a small side of salsa that I was only able to use it on half of the burrito. I didn't even finish it because it just didn't have much flavor. Now, I will give them mad props for the cinnamon roll that came warm with a very generous portion of icing. It was delicious! In short, give the place a try. You may find something you like there. (Just be prepared to wait). They have an extensive menu that's pretty unique to the Elk Grove area.
