I have became addicted to Bahama Bucks. So many different flavors and combos. I definitely recommend getting cream on your shaved ice. Smoothies are really good as well. Punch card where you can get a free bahama bucks after so many visits. read more

Soo good. So many flavors. It's the perfect shaved ice. I love their sugar free selection. The last couple of times, they've really skimped on flavors so I get a huge clump of unflavored ice. That sucks! Just hang around and make sure they add more syrup to your ice before you go. read more

Amazing Everything. Great Customer Service And As Well Fast . Very Clean And Always Good Music !

This has always been one of my go to dessert places. I took my cousins to Bahama Buck's as a nice treat and I was thoroughly disappointed. We were helped by someone named Austen and he made the experience less than enjoyable. He was not accommodating. When we were having a tough time deciding what to order he made it seem like we had to rush. I had given him the wrong coupon and he seemed annoyed and made me feel incompetent. We got our ice and it was good, but when my eight year old cousin went to get a lid he explained that he had none and gave my cousin a new cup. When my cousin was confused about it he was condescending and made my cousin feel terrible. Needless to say this experience tarnished my views of the branch and I will have a tough time going back. read more

Best shaved ice I've ever had. No ice cream needed. You get a decent size "baby" and a color changing spoon AND a teeny paper umbrella.

First time trying this location. Not impressed. The cashier seemed as if I was bothering her by placing my order. The huffing & puffing accompanied by the eye rolls were not necessarily at all, especially since I knew exactly what I wanted. I had to go back up to the counter because the entire middle half of my cup did not have any syrup on it. The guy was apologetic and fixed it for me. I was super excited this popped up in my area! They have the best shaved ice in town! This place is great, stocked with board games, crayons and color books for your convenience, clean lobby and clean working areas where they make everything. By far the worst bahama bucks. They used way too much syrup and you can still taste stale tap water. They screwed up our order by giving the wrong flavor then argued about fixing it. They must be individually owned as the Gilbert and Tempe location tastes much better. They are a little further but worth the drive. read more

Not impressed with this location. The quality and service doesn't even compare to the one we usually go to on signal butte and baseline. Ordered and paid for a large but wanted a lid. Expected a lid to accommodate the height or at least in a bigger cup with the normal large ice quantity, but what we got was still about an inch from the top. Missing that amount plus the heaping over the top we're used to. Nothing against the brand, but this particular location isn't up to par. read more

My friends and I absolutely love shaved ice and were so excited to finally go here! It was my first time and they hadn't been in a few years, so we weren't to sure what to expect. Went on Saturday night and LOVED all the different selections that they did have to offer as well as how big it was for he price. The reason this review is getting a 3/5 is because we didn't really feel it was "shaved ice." We go to Water & Ice locations all the time and it's awesome, but there ice wasn't crunchy and had more of an ice cream feel more to it. We like ice cream but when we are going somewhere specifically for shaved ice that's what we want and we feel we didn't get it. read more

Everything is artificial except for the sugar soaked fruit they add to smoothies... The flavor of the ice tastes like tap water and they drown your snow cone with syrup to give you diabetes... Yay for Bahama Bucks! read more

I usually love Bahamas buck's that is why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. I just had a bad experience which turned me off from this location. I pulled up at 9:30PM on a Tuesday knowing it was closing at 10:00PM. I walked up to the door with my friends and tried opening the door but it was locked with a teenage boy and girl on the inside just sitting on the counter. When we looked at the store hours on the door it said 10:00PM so we decided to knock. The young boy yelled back at us "we're closed" in a harsh tone even when we knew they just were trying to get out of there early. They also had a non-coworker sitting in there with them which I'm assuming is a friend. It was just a disappointing experience but I know it is not managements fault. read more

Great customer service! I ordered a no sugar added bahama mama rama and walked out of the store. A couple of bites in I decided I didn't like the no sugar added so I asked to get it replaced with a regular one. I was given my new one free of charge or bad attitude! This place has the absolute worst customer service! And the worst product! When I'm paying for your product and I get nothing but rude employees behind the counter and I have to come up to the counter several times because there isn't enough flavor in my snow cone and I get rude stares and remarks from employees it completely loses my interest. I live right down the street from this location but I don't mind driving to another location with better customer service. This place has lost my business. I visited the Bahama Bucks in Chandler, AZ (Ocotillo and AZ Ave) On Friday, January 16, 2015 at about 3:30pm. First they were understaffed for the time of day. There were several people in line (probably about 20) only 3 staffed employees. One girl at the register, one girl making ices, and one girl making drinks/expediting. I encountered several problems on this visit. 1. It took 40 minutes to order and get my order. 2. The girl at the register Taylor would walk away from the register and not excuse herself from the customers. She would just walk away and leave people standing at the register. Then when she would return she would not apologize for the delay. At one point it appeared that she went in the back to text the owner for help and we overheard her saying that help was not coming as they should be able to handle it. 3. I placed my order and went to wait 4. I witnessed the girl expediting Bree give customers their orders and then just walk away. The customer's would attempt to try to tell her that there was an issue and she would just walk away. The family ahead of me got the wrong item 3 different times (they had 3 menu items) each time they were not given the opportunity to address this with Bree. The one time that they did she simply told them that she made them according to the order. When the customer advised her that it was not what she ordered she simply put it down and walked away. Then another family got 2 of the 3 items from their order when they asked about the 3rd item Bree said that she must have given it to someone else. No apology nothing. Just simply replaced it and handed it to the small boy. Unfortunately these customers probably will not be back. I was waiting for my order and I received 2 of the 3 that I ordered. I heard the girl making my order say my order incorrectly (I ordered 2 with cream and one with out) when I told her that the last one did not have cream Bree proceeded to argue with me that they only made them according to the VRU? (or some acronym that I did not know) I told her that I did not order it that way (I checked my receipt and it was correct) which means that whoever was writing the items on the bottom of the cups was writing them incorrectly (which could mean why the other orders were wrong as well) Bree still continued to argue with me about the fact that they only made them according to how they were ordered. Then she asked the gal making my order if they were able to change it she said "well of course, if that is they way they ordered it". I told Bree when she handed me my order that maybe she should wait when she gives the orders to the customers to make sure that they were correct before she leaves. She simply said that they make them according to the system. I was trying to advise but clearly she was not hearing it. I would not come back to this location and it seems that there is no adult supervision or quality control. I want this business to succeed as I feel that it is greatly needed in the community however, if they continue with these types of issues I fear that it may not be successful. read more

Bahama Bucks is amazing!!! At our high school, LINK Crew conducted a freshmen orientation. Bahama Bucks came to serve the students FREE shaved ice and coupons. They stayed the whole time and expressed cheerfull service. They are truly great and a great addition to the community. read more

I come in here often and it's really good. The best shaved ice I've had. However, I stopped in 25 minutes before they were closing and the staff members seemed less than thrilled to see us, I get they were trying to close but the girls working spoke to us only with attitude and rolled there eyes at everything my sister and I said. After we left 15 minutes BEFORE they closed they locked the doors early, as soon as we got out. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever had. I will only come back if I see the staff had changed. Had I been acting this way while I was on the clock I would have been written up. There wasn't even a manager present, and if there was you couldn't tell.. every employee working was around the same age (17-19) and wearing the same tshirt and jeans. I was very embarrassed as I was bragging about how much I love this place to a friend and brought her in to the store for her first time tonight. It was not a pleasant atmosphere to be in, I felt uncomfortable waiting for my shaved ice to be done and I couldn't wait to get out of the store. read more
