Great place to gather to cool down especially during the summer. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. The menu is monumental! Anything you can imagine or make combos, they have a variety of flavors. I got the watermelon however it was okay. I did like the bubble gum/ice cream combo, it gave a better dessert satisfaction. This location's staff was not very friendly or knowledgeable, they did not provide particularly fast service and our table was sticky. Also, being that is was a Saturday night, the place was overrun with screaming children. It would be really nice if this location had a drive-thru like other BB locations I remember. It's the closest we've found to true Hawaiian shave ice. You can also add ice cream if you want. Wow, everything is so tasty and doesn't take long to make. They also have a weirdly addicting hook game near the entrance that even entertains adults. If you download their app, you can get a free drink of any size so it's worth doing. I'm so happy to have found this place, plus they give you a little umbrella in your cup. The only criticism I would say is that this location is quite busy and seems to be understaffed, but I guess that's just everywhere now. read more

This location is the one we deliver from the most. They are GREAT! They always get our orders right, and they get it out the door quick. One thing that I love is that they send punch cards too. Finally tried out a Bahama Bucks and I was not disappointed! I ordered one of their fruit cups with vanilla ice cream on the bottom and it was fantastic! I had no idea they had those, as I thought it was only shaved ice and sodas. The strawberries and bananas were super fresh and the ice cream was SO good. My husband tried one of their sodas (cherry lime I think?) and he was pleased. I can't wait to come back for another fruit cup. Wow! I am a big fan of snowcones and I'm willing to travel to a lot of places to try different ones. I've been to various Bahama Buck's locations and this one in particular has the best service that I've ever experienced, amazing presentation, and delicious snow. If you are needing to order in bulk they can accommodate that quickly and correctly. The store manager in particular is creative at finding solutions to any challenge and is able to juggle various tasks. I hope anyone who comes here at least tries adding some ice cream in the bottom of their snow cone. I personally recommend vanilla ice cream on the bottom with strawberry snow on top that is a personal favorite of mine. However every single flavor that I've tried here has been amazing. read more

My family totally loves Bahama Bucks. The shaved ice served here is more like snow than ice, super soft and chopped up really fine so that it melts in your mouth when you take a bite. There are about a zillion flavors to choose from so there should be something for everyone. And then there's cream you can get on top, which I thought I wouldn't like at first but just makes an already great product even tastier. Additionally, and I'm not sure if this is just this location or if others do this too, but I love that at this one there are palm trees outside with everyone's umbrellas from their snow cones stuck in them! Smoothies: I tried a friend's Mango Tango smoothie (whipped cream and all) - creamy and sweet. My friend also loved his Strawberry Calypso, which was really sweet. For something a little tangier, I tried the Bahamakazi, and a bit of my friend's Bahama Berry Blast. Both were less sweet than the Mango Tango & Strawberry Calypso, but still not quite what I like in a smoothie. That could be personal taste though - if you like a sweet smoothie with lots of fun flavor options, you'll probably like it here! Shaved ice: I sample a little bit of 2 friends' flavors (Hurricane Colada & Jamaican punch). I'm not the best judge, but from the taste I got, I stand by my smoothie verdict. i usually never write reviews but i needed to. i have always come to this location as it only being 5 minutes from where i live and i've never had an issue till today. i understand they get super busy but any other bahamas bucks i've been to usually has 3-4 people working. today only had two people working. one girl was super impatient and rude to her coworker, didn't catch her name. we waited in line for 20-25 minutes we understood that they were busy. we ordered. i got mine after like 5 minutes then they didn't even make my boyfriends drink at all. made a whole big order ahead of ours. then he went and asked how long it would be very nicely and the girl got super rude and said "i don't have that information" as he didn't ask the right question. so i went up and asked and i said "we've been waiting for over 15 minutes for his drink, do you know how long it'll be", mind you they made over 8 drinks for a family who came in after us. and then they finally started to make the drink after i said something, the co worker that was rude in the beginning told her coworker she was making it wrong. then you could tell she was upset as she was slamming things on the table and slamming her fridge door. anyway i've never seen a bahamas bucks worker be so rude to her employees and didn't take the time to ask what my boyfriend meant usually these places are about customer service. but she just brushed him off and went back to working. just very unprofessional. will be going to another location next time. read more

My 2018 Valentine was my sister. It was a multiple-event day. Bahama Bucks was a great mid-afternoon choice. As we approached BB, outside was an adorable little girl playing with the tiny umbrella palm tree. Instantly, we fell in love. Inside was busy with many types of couples sharing the Caribbean atmosphere and treats. The ice specialist had her hands full but I understand we were on island time. But it's worth the wait. I haven't been to a shaved ice shop in years and I am glad I decided on this place. There were about 50(probably way more) flavors to choose from. They also have smoothies! We decided on a cream soda shaved ice with cream and it didn't disappoint. It was the perfect combination. I randomly looked at my groupons today and realized that this one was expiring so we went for an after school treat. There are so many choices!! I got the strawberry cheesecake with ice cream on the bottom (would have been better without). My kids got root beer float and pink bubblegum. All with cream. They tasted exactly like you would think. I wish there had been some outdoor seating, maybe there is later into the season. When we got there it was pretty empty but filed up quick. All the kids working were really nice, probably the best customer service I have experienced from highschoolers. I overheard a lot of them making recommendations. I wish they had a sampler on the menu. There are so many flavors, it be nice to have an option to try five or so, in a smaller capacity. The best shaved ice you can get anywhere. PERIOD. This is a family favorite and they have a great reward (stamp card) program. You can almost always find a coupons for a better deal here. The owners are very kind and have helped with several fundraisers for good cause. I appreciate them for doing that. read more
