I do not eat thai often, but what I received yesterday was so good that I called them after eating to thank them. The authenticity and the overall quality in the food itself was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! I ordered to go, but next time I will be dining in, as the space itself just seemed very relaxing. We waited maybe 4 minutes for someone to come to us and hand us our food, and to no surprise, the employee running the desk/serving came out of the kitchen with her hands full. In other words, our (short) wait wasn't because of poor service, but rather because of great service to those who were dining in! I ordered the cashew chicken and asked for some chili oil to make it have some kick. Every single vegetable tasted so fresh, the chicken had incredible flavor too! It's very apparent that the ownership/management takes pride in their ingredients. It is one of the only times I truly felt my money was well spent. I also ordered cream cheese rangoons, just because they're my favorite. Even those seemed fresh! The flavor was incredible, and nothing felt like it just came from a mass distributor. went there last night. as usual it's always very tasty. we ordered the shrimp fresh rolls which are so good. they look like egg rolls but they have see through rice paper so they're healthier than fried egg rolls. you have a choice of shrimp or tofu. you dip them in hoisen or peanut sauce; both are good. I ordered the green curry and substituted the egg plant for extra bamboo shoots. I got spice level 3. it's better to add than to wish you didn't make it too spicy. my wife ordered the red curry and she loved it. they do give military discount. Layla is our favorite waitress and usually the only one there. check it out. supposedly they maybe closing down in December. read more

Good, will probably try it again. A lot of vegetarian options which was nice for my lunch mate! Seems like they mostly do takeout, we were the only ones dining in and the waitress was also the takeout cashier so the service wasn't great but she checked on us so it was fine. Crab Rangoon was the star of the show small but homemade, light, delicate and delicious. Dumplings were also really great. Stir fried noodles were good but we'd try something else if we go again. read more

My favorite Thai restaurant. My husband and I had an early afternoon dinner and it was perfection. We had gone to the Thai Cafe in that same location in Holiday Manor for many years until they retired. I'm so happy that I can still go there but for a new family operated restaurant. We both had the pad thai and spring rolls and I had a thai coffee. I couldn't even finish so I have enough left for another meal at home the next day! We will definitely be returning and I've told my son and daughter about our new find! I told the waitress how pleased we were with everything. read more

The ambience is nice and the service was good as well. However, the food was a bit disappointing. I had the green curry and it was watery and very bland. The summer rolls were ok, but were a bit over priced ($10). My son enjoyed the pork dumplings and he also said the drunken beef dish was a 3/5. The appetizers were great. My husband got spring rolls and I got the pork dumplings. Both were excellent. The fried rice was bland and the veggies in it were from the freezer. But still ok. Maybe if they had been chopped smaller they wouldn't have been tough. I asked for an entree of chicken and veggies with a spice level of four, and my husband asked for shrimp fried rice with a spice level of two. They mixed up the orders, and my dish wasn't hot enough. Wonderful lunch. We got the appetizer sampler. All of the apps were delicious and fresh. The three sauces were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the garlic beef stir fry for my meal. I opted for the stir fry noodles. I really could not stop eating everything. The flavors were so amazing. read more

Ordered takeout @ Bahn Thai and M by my workplace and it was really really tasty. Located in Holiday Manor shopping center, Bahn Thai and M is one of the many prime eateries in the area. Ordering was super convenient and quick. If you're a Thai lover this place will definitely hit the spot. I chose the sampler platter which consisted of 2 chicken spring rolls, 2 pork dumplings, 2 chicken satay skewers and three sauces which were sweet chili sauce, chili soy sauce and peanut sauce. The best part...only $12!!!!! I shared it with a coworker. All three items were amazing. The sauces were delish. I seriously could've licked the peanut sauce off my plate. We have gotten takeout here several times and the food is very good. We tried to eat inside once and the smoke from the kitchen just made it almost impossible to enjoy but it may have just been a one time thing. They have a nice little outside seating area as well. My God! It's about time there was a place this exceptional when it comes to the preparation of proper Thai food. I know I've been harsh on places in the past, but let this be an affirmation that there is excellent Thai food to be had in Louisville and this is the place to go. Great meal and service here this afternoon. It was my first time and I was torn between choices. Our very pleasant server steered me to the stir fry noodle chicken. I opted for spice level 3 and it was delicious! So flavorful, hearty and spiced nicely without being too hot. Didn't want to kill the flavor with heat my first time. My favorite new restaurant in the area, everything we've had here has been fantastic. They put a lot of effort into their food and you can really tell. It's flavorful, creative and just so good. Their pad Thai is some of the best in town, the curry chicken fried rice is phenomenal. My Grandad had the three flavored fish and loved it as well. I recently spent a week in Louisville and this was far and away my personal favorite food stop. From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was attentive and accommodating. We live nearby and had been meaning to try this place for a while. So when I needed a pad Thai fix, we finally made it happen. The atmosphere isn't much, it's a small place, but they do have a nice patio. The owner was around the night we visited, and he was super friendly to us and our toddler. Our waitress was nice and attentive as well. My husband got steak pad Thai and it was DELICIOUS. I never expect steak in noodle dishes to be any good but I totally regretted not ordering it haha. I got the vegetarian pad Thai which came with tofu and it was really good. Our toddler also loved sharing our "noo noos," haha! We also had the Rangoon and recommend it, too!
