The fresh rolls were light and crisp, packed with fresh veggies and served with a really delicious peanut dipping sauce. The sauce had the perfect balance of creamy and slightly sweet and made the rolls even better. The tofu pad Thai was excellent. The tofu was cooked really well and the noodles had a great balance of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors without being overly heavy. The green curry fried rice with chicken was probably my favorite. It had that rich green curry flavor with just the right amount of spice, and the chicken was tender. Time for another update of Time 4 Thai! I was craving noodles. It had been a long day. Cue delivery and cue pad thai from Time 4 Thai! My food arrived quickly and was just what I needed. The pad thai was filling with just the right amount of spice. It's hard to judge pad thai because every place makes it a little differently and you just know when it's good or not -- this was perfect pad thai IMO! I also got some shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce, an absolute must of an appetizer. This meal brightened my day probably more than it should have, but hey, I'll take it. Had a great takeout experience from Time4Thai. This place is extremely busy, so make sure you have ample time. Tried a variety of apps, noodle dishes, and red curry. Each was unique and none of the food was one noted. Asked for medium spice, which wasn't too bad but enough to get your attention. Have sampled Thai across town, and this is the first time I've been really excited to go back. Their menu is extensive, and we barely went beyond the traditional dishes you might see on a menu. But if you look closer, they have a lot more variety than most other Thai restaurants in town. I'm really impressed with Time 4 Thai after 2 visits and it's our go-to Thai now! For apps, we've tried the money bags, the long life rolls, and the shrimp fresh spring rolls. I'd rank them in that order. The money bags are 5/5, delicious. The long life rolls are 4/5, very good, and the spring rolls, as someone who LOVES them, would say 2/5. They didn't have a lot of flavor and the sauce was coconutty instead of typical peanut sauce; I wasn't a fan. For entrees, we've tried the panang curry with beef, pineapple curry with chicken, and the crispy garlic with chicken. All 3 are delicious and I'd recommend all. The crispy garlic with chicken is probably my favorite - got a spice 3.5 - pretty spicy but nothing crazy - the sauce is light and savory, yummy veggies. The pineapple curry was different between the two times, and the first time it had an AMAZING wok flavor to it. The second time that flavor was missing, although it was still solid. The panang curry with beef was delicious, savory and slightly nutty, got it pretty spicy which was perfect. Service is always very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is casual, yet feels upscale, and very beautifully decorated in interesting Thai decor. I'm so glad that Louisville has this gem! read more

This place had great reviews and it was mostly on appealing to the people who like a lot of flavor and spicy food. This place delivered. I asked for Thai hot and wow it was so good. I got the drunken noodles which I loved the different shape of them and the papaya salad which was really fresh. I had people constantly coming around and checking in on me, which was greatly appreciated. Seriously though the drunken noodles had to have been top 5 best I've ever had. I loved the way this place was decorated. Food: We had the chicken wing appetizer, which had a terrific crunch and spice. We also tried the pad thai, chicken fried rice, and pad se ew. Wish I had ordered the pad se ew as my main dish, because it was out-of-this-world-delicious - but I ended up having to steal bites from my daughter. I absolutely love Thai food so when I heard Time for Thai was the best in town, I had to try it. My husband and I stopped in after church on Sunday. It was around noon but there were already several tables occupied. The restaurant is a decent size but cozy and clean. We were seated immediately and the servers were super nice. I love tofu so we started out with the Golden Triangles app. This was the only disappointment. The tofu was fried well but was otherwise tasteless. For our entrees, my husband and I both chose the Pad Thai since it was our first time here. He had hot and I had medium. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. Y'all, it was so dang good! My shrimp was cooked perfectly and the veggies were nice and crunchy. The medium had a nice heat. I probably could have done hot but I always err on the side of caution when it comes to Thai food! My friend chose this place to meet up for lunch! I enjoyed the Money Bags appetizer which can be described as a crab wonton shaped like a bag and filled with a gyoza stuffing. Very delicious with the sweet sauce I ordered Pad Kee Mao with shrimp and it had nice crunchy veggies as well as good flavor overall. If you're not good with spice, I would definitely shoot for a 1 or 0 on their 1-5 scale. My Pad Kee Mao was a three and I usually get that at most Thai restaurants but my tongue said it was closer to a 4. I drank 2 whole glasses of water to combat the heat of my meal. The only downside was the portion of wontons--just two small pieces. I would have loved to see at least a couple more to match the generous veggie portion. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sweet and spicy chili glaze that had just the right amount of heat without overwhelming the flavor. They were finger-licking good and cooked perfectly. To finish, I had the Mango Sticky Rice, which was an absolute standout. The mango was ripe and tender, paired beautifully with the warm, slightly sweet coconut sticky rice. The drizzle of coconut cream tied everything together for a classic and comforting Thai dessert. This isn't my first review for this sweet wonderful super clean neighborhood place but I just have to say it again...Time4Thai it's not only super clean with an amazingly sweet staff and a really involved and caring owner on hand, it's also a place where everybody at every table is clearly happy with what they're eating. And I mean everybody! I notice it every time I'm there. The menu is extensive but what I really want to focus on here is the atmosphere of thoughtfulness and cleanliness from everything to the menus and the placemats to the restroom. I dined at Time 4 Thai with two other adult family members on 11/7/25. I was visiting from Chicago for the weekend, and the family members who joined me were from Louisville. We ordered lots of dishes, really weren't impressed by our selections. They didn't have the usual appetizers that I order from the Thai restaurants in Chicago, and from other restaurants in various cities during my travels. Only thing similar was the Money Bags ( first time having them) which were delicious. We ordered fried chicken wings...they were just okay...lacked flavor. Ordered a bowl of soup that the waitress recommended...It was tasty. We also ordered Crispy Chicken Fried Rice...the rice was lacking with moisture...grains were hard. We had Panang Curry with chicken...It was overwhelmed with too many veggies-especially Too Many CARROTS, and they were huge round slices...I have Panang curry at least twice a week, and have had it at numerous restaurants around the country...and none were overwhelmed with veggies like this. Then we had a whole Red Snapper fish...It had a somewhat tasty flavor, but was extremely dry and difficult to manipulate to eat. Then we ordered a cocktail that had a green coloring...We didn't like it...Should have given it back! Anyway...Definitely won't patronize this restaurant again. But, I'm not recommending that others don't. This restaurant has great reviews...So, somebody likes the food. We're just used to another delicious level of Thai Food. Time 4 Thai is definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Louisville. I went with some friends and ate family style, ordering the green curry with chicken, khao soi with chicken, pad see ew with beef, basil fried rice with pork, all medium spice level, and a Thai tea to wash it all down. The food was excellent. Everything tasted great, though I especially like the flavor in the khao soi. One of the only downsides of Time 4 Thai I found was that the portions were small, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore! Everything tasted great with good texture. The medium spice level was just enough to give a little kick but allow me to savor the flavor of each dish. The Thai tea was refreshing and sweet. The food is excellent. The environment is very nice as well. There are 2 huge windows that allow natural light into the space that is decorated with cultural pieces. Our server was very friendly and nice. It was a great time. I've been to Time 4 Thai many times and it never lets me down. Did not get anyone's orders right, two people in our group had chicken that wasn't properly cooked and another two found hair in their food that seemed to belong to an animal.
