So many options! Cant go wrong with any of em!

I love tarts so much and had to try these cheese tarts. Although they were smaller than I thought they would be, I really was impressed with how rich and flavorful they were. I tried their classic cheese tart and their chocolate one. Both so so good. I wish they had more locations in other areas of LA county. West LA is so far from me but I knew how iconic BAKE cheese tarts are. And yeah the tarts were worth it!

These cheese tarts are kind of expensive but pretty good. I visited in the later evening, meaning there was less of a selection. Because it was the end of the day, the tarts were a little dry but after heating up the they were still tasty. I visited another branch in the past and remember the soft serve being my favorite.

These cheese tarts are expensive but they're sooooo good. Today I tried the original flavor, honey lemon, and strawberry. All three were good, but my favorite was the honey lemon; I liked that the tartness of the lemon added to the flavor profile. The strawberry one had a pretty light strawberry flavor. I recommend to eat them the day of, because fridging them changes the texture, making them firmer. The shop itself is pretty small, no seating available in the shop, but it's part of Westfield Century City so you could easily find seating outside. Service was standard.

Honestly this place is so good! My partner and I absolutely love how good all the cheese tarts are. There are so many flavors and I feel like every time we try a different flavor, we always have a new favorite! One thing I do wish though is that I wish it was more consumer friendly. The tarts are so bomb but it can be so pricy. Still recommend everyone to try at least once! My Subjective Rating: Food: 9/10 Service: 7/10 Ambiance: N/A

The social media foodies were not wrong about this place. It truly is the best crème brûlée cheese tart. Pretty pricey, but definitely was excellent. The crust was crispy and buttery, filling was not too sweet and just the right temperature and the best part was, of course the Brulée. Who doesn't love caramelized sugar!!! It's located on the second floor in the Century City mall. It's a very small shop, but all you need is to get your dessert and eat it on the go.

Everytime I visit Westfield Century City, I always pass by and look at BAKE Cheese Tart's display. This time, I actually went in and finally purchased a couple goodies! I got the crème brûlée matcha cheese tart and Press Butter sand matcha cookies! The crème brûlée matcha cheese tart was probably one, if not, of the best cheese tarts I've ever had. The matcha cookies were also really good but I would've wanted the matcha taste to have a stronger punch!

Really delicious cheese tarts! Loved all the flavors to choose from. My favorite was matcha and my kids liked the smores mainly for the marshmallows. They also really liked the apple and peach pies. The store is convenient located in the beautiful century city mall. We picked them up and sat in the courtyard to enjoy them. We even took some home and were able to warm them and they tasted just as fresh the next day!

Still remember how I used to hunt down this spot in Japan and didn't mind going miles for it... Now I'm so happy it's in LA! I live in the Inland area so I don't come often, but they still have so many varieties -- and I still love the OG cheese tart. Also grabbed a box of their butter sand... can't wait to try! Delicious cheese tarts and hand pies, for the first time in America. I tried the special Thanksgiving Cheese Tart... sweet with a savoury touch, essentially the kind of sophisticated dessert flavour profile I'm getting used to as an adult. The location is on the second floor of the Century City Mall tucked away in the corner. Use the interactive maps to find your way there. Parking is free for the first hour, but they don't validate beyond that. The second you get past the free first hour it's $5! So don't dilly dally! Great place ... I'll be back!

HALLOWEEN TART + CREME BRULEE TARTS
    Juliet G.

Bake Cheese Tart has the best lil tarts in Los Angeles! We tried the original, creme brulee (matcha + original), raspberry, and a couple with the seasonal Halloween chocolate toppings. Each one was creamy with a slight tang, and the flavors tasted exactly as they were named. The shop itself is quaint, and the outdoor mall is a clean area to walk around. The staff were quick and upbeat. I'd recommended giving them a try if you're looking for a treat that's not too sweet!

This spot definitely is eye-catching when you're walking by at the Westfield mall. They show off so many mini cheese tsrts by the window. The smells inside the bakery was heavenly. I couldn't help but pick 2 different tarts to try out!! Original Cheese Tart: Super cheesy and extremely creamy. I like the bread crust that they have. It was delicious I really liked it. The prices are higher than I'd wish for honestly. I don't know if it's really worth almost $5. Chocolate Smores Cheese Tart: It was really good! Lots of cheese in the center still, with added chocolate flavors all around. I really liked it.

    The shop options.

We got three of the cheese tarts and they were delicious. We also got a soft serve cone, always yummy. Service was nice and very quick. The store is walk up only however there is seating to the right of the store. The cheese tarts were super delicious. Cheese was super fluffy!

Matcha, coconut (my fav), chocolate, original, and strawberry (couldn't taste the strawberry in it)

This shop is located inside westfield centry city on 2nd floor. Free 1hr parking no validation needed. This place has one of thee best cheese tarts....perfect sweetness, so rich and creamy. If you get a box of 6 you get like $1.20 or 1.60 off your bill. They are priced a little high for the size, at about $5/tart but worth every penny! The coconut was my favorite. The strawberry one just tasted like a regular cheese tart, couldn't taste the strawberry (maybe add a little chopped strawberry puree on top, not too sweet tho~) it would look prettier and taste more strawberry-y. :) Didn't have the chance to taste the other flavors, since I shared with my family. But my son loved the chocolate tart. I'll be back for more

How much are the Press Butter Sand cookies boxes?

    Are there vegan tarts?

Nope, made with dairy and cheese

Where exactly are they located in the Westfield Century City Mall? I keep calling them but nobody answers the phone.?

On the second floor across from Haidilao Hot Pot and CAMP

What time do you close on Fridays? We were there at 7:30pm and someone was still in the store but wouldn't open the door. Why? On the website it says you close at 10pm on Fridays.

If the store is closed during business hours it's more than likely it's because their is either only one person working and they needed to go throw out the trash for the night. Or they are on their break.

Do they have soft serve ice cream too?

No, they don't serve any ice cream.

Why don't they have matcha or chocolate anymore?

When I went last night, they had both still. :) I think it just depends on the day.

    What time do they close?

Should be the same as mall hours: M-Th 10am-9pm, Fridays & Saturdays 10am-10pm, Sunday 11am-8pm

You turn right after you walk in, and there it is, tucked away in a quiet corner. I almost missed it but I am so glad I didn't! The place feels super cute inside. They have this cozy little setup with natural lighting and wooden decor. The seating space is tiny with a small amount of seats ,so depending on the traffic you might have to grab your stuff and go. But that I think is what makes it special. Prices feel reasonable for what you get. They highlight using Hokkaido flour in their items with no preservatives, so it will only last about 2 days. I scanned for what was left since I went around 3pm where most of the items were already sold out. I chose the salt and butter bread since it looked fresh and simple. The crust has this nice crisp bite and the inside stayed soft and fluffy! High quality all around. After tax, it came out to be about $4, pretty good for what you get. Even thought it was near closing time, the staff was really friendly. They smiled as they took my order and answered all my questions I had about the menu. That's how I found out about their flour! We walked into a compact space with limited seating, but the interior has a cute and welcoming feel that fits the bakery concept. The setup is different from a typical bakery, with the counter and display case taking up most of the room, but the cozy atmosphere makes it feel more intentional than accidental. The bakery selection is the main draw, with a mix of Japanese style breads, buns, and pastries that are soft, fresh, and visually appealing. The salt and butter roll is one of the highlights, with a fluffy interior and a lightly crisp exterior that gives it a nice texture. The curry pan is another standout, with a satisfying savory filling and crispy coating that makes it feel like a more complete snack rather than just a pastry. The bear shaped pastries are also a fun touch and add a playful element to the bakery case, making the display feel more curated than a standard pastry counter. The drink menu is worth exploring as well, especially the matcha options. We ordered a matcha latte, which had a stronger flavor profile and paired naturally with the sweeter bakery items. The specialty drinks, including options like the taro latte, add some variety if you are looking for something beyond coffee. The presentation of the drinks also fits the overall aesthetic of the café and makes the experience feel more unique, with each drink coming out looking as thoughtful as it tastes. Since the café is inside a hotel lobby, the seating is limited and it can get busy, especially during peak hours, so it may be easier to grab something to go rather than expect to find a table. The staff were friendly and the ordering process was straightforward, which helps keep things moving even with the smaller space. The service was quick and efficient, and the team handled the steady flow of customers well. Okayama Kobo Bakery & Cafe is a charming spot for Japanese style pastries and matcha. The combination of fresh baked goods, creative drinks, and a cozy hidden away location makes it a nice place to stop when you are nearby. The salt and butter rolls, curry pan, and matcha are particularly worth the visit, making it more than just a quick coffee stop.

I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. My total was $15.25 and I paid cash, but I was given $4.75 in change. When I said it should be $5, she seemed confused and asked what I meant. came for brunch on a saturday w/ a reservation and was seated right away…read more our server was great, super kind and helpful. he gave us a fresh piece of bread that was still warm and butter which was a nice surprise! the le pancake is a super fluffy souffle pancake w/ a sweet strawberry syrup and a chantilly cream that was light and fluffy. the croque madame was a delicious savory brunch item. the room was on the dimmer side and i think could have used a little bit more lighting. the interior decor feels elevated yet simple and the desserts are a beautiful display. i came wanting to try the desserts but decided not to b/c of how expensive it is. until someone tells me its the best thing they've had, i'll hold off on boutega louie desserts for now
