She just didn't seem to want to be there and we felt like an inconvenience when our order was being taken. And when my father wanted to change something on his order, literally a moment after it was place. The waiter said, and this is verbatim... "It has been three minutes since he placed his order, it's too late." I simply smiled and said ok. Because what....?!?! And to make matters worse... she walked to the counter, stood there for a second. Only to come back and say, "yeah, there's making your stuff now, you can't change it"..... again... what!?! Either way, food was good. Everyone else in the restaurant was lovely, I'd like to assume our waiter may have just been having a bad day. So 4 stars for me because every other time I have been there, I have had a great experience. Recommend checking it out.

The server at Clovis was uninterested when my food wasn't as I expected. I couldn't eat it. It was over seasoned and over cooked. After telling the server I was disappointed she took my dish and proceeded to talk to another server about me and my comment. I'm shocked that there was not even a comment of, "I'm sorry". I will not go back there again.

Gotta love their motto: "Every plate is made with love, and every customer is treated like family." I've had the pleasure of meeting Teresa on a few occasions and chatting a bit. She is just so genuine and earnest. I always look forward to seeing her and chatting if she has the time. Each time we are in the area (usually to visit Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Parks) we make sure to stop in. This visit we managed to come in twice! Yay! Just love the working model train set perched overhead in both eating areas. If it's not running, just ask your server and they will turn it on. First visit I ordered the shredded beef enchiladas (comes with refried beans, rice, chips and salsa) along with a nice refreshing beer. Second visit I ordered the Trainwreck breakfast (eggs, hash browns, bell peppers, onions, tortilla chips, jack and cheddar cheese. Plus choice of two meats and two additional vegetables.) with biscuit and gravy. I choose two types of sausage, zucchini and avocado. Oh and an ice cold beer of course. Both meals were fresh and delicious. No matter what I order here I always know it will be tasty and well balanced. Service is always friendly, helpful and courteous! If I lived closer I would definitely stop by more often!

The fajitas were overcooked, and the enchilada was topped with what tasted more like gravy than enchilada sauce, which was really strange. The kids' mac and cheese looked and tasted like something straight from a box. Service was okay, although a little slow. We haven't tried breakfast, so maybe that's where they shine, but based on our lunch and dinner experiences, I don't think we'd go back.

I arrived 25 mins before my wife and asked if I could sit on the patio and have coffee while I waited and they were more than happy to let me. My wife also got a pineapple mimosa and she loved it. They have mimosa flights too which me might try next visit. I had the Netflix and chilaquiles and my wife has the Kim chi breakfast rice . Both were so yummy . I appreciated that the chips never got soggy ... a little pricy but the flavor, presentation and customer service was all there. Small con: there was a little lipstick on my cup and it definitely wasn't mine.

I did ask for an extra sugar which didnt come which is fine. Our order of pancakes came out fluffy and crispy on the edges with a side order of sausage and tri tip, came out about 35 minutes after ordering, came out perfectly cooked. The sliced potatoes, fresh tomatoes, over easy eggs and spicy butter was a nice pairing to the tri tip. I will come back again ! Hopefully the outdoor fans and maybe mister ( water sprinkler ) will work as it was triple digits even that early in the morning. Non the less it was still a good meal.

The service was fast, the outdoor sign in sheet is only when it's busy so peek in to check it out and just walk in when it's not crowded. We went after brunch so seats were open. Everything was decked out with train decor. My bf was craving some biscuits and gravy so he wanted it from there, it was my first time so I wanted to try as well. We share a breakfast combo which includes 2 eggs I chose overeasy, 2 meats either bacon sausage link or patty, country potatoes or hash browns, 2 biscuits and gravy and I added sour dough toast. The biscuit and gravy are definitely home made. The biscuits weren't perfect they were odd shaped like a dome and the gravy was smooth and creamy not too thick or clumpy. I would definitely come back to try a different style breakfast combo with scrambled eggs, hash brown and bacon
