If you drive by and see this place open, it's worth a stop! The ambiance isn't anything to write home about, but don't let the decor fool you -- excellent service, delicious breakfast sandwiches (on a croissant is a huge plus!) and tasty donuts! What more could you ask for?

I love places like this!! The epitome of an old-school donut shop with no-frills -- just solid donuts and breakfast items, with the old linoleum tabletops and good vibes. We got three Meat, Egg, and Cheese croissants and a half-dozen donuts (they generously threw in an extra broken donut too!). This place makes me feel nostalgic for my hometown donut shop. I can't find those powdered jelly donuts anywhere but these types of shops and they just hit different. Cash only for purchases under $5. Service was quick and friendly; they also have a drive-thru, but that line can get pretty long in the mornings.

Quick service, helpful staff. We went at 9am on a Saturday and our order came out quick! The sandwiches were both good but bagels were a little dry. Donuts were great.

I actually really enjoyed Bakery Plus. It's a standalone business, right off of Michigan, and unless you're looking for it, it's easy to miss. The prices are reasonable, and its a no frills donut/coffee shop. The service was pretty standard, but we did visit on a busy Sunday morning, and the two employees were very helpful. The inside is not much to look at, there is a back wall full of your donut choices, a soda machine, sugar and milk station for coffee, and some booths. This was EXACTLY what we were looking for, after being tired of the almost overwhelming amount of chain donut restaurants surrounding our neighborhood.

A nice neighborhood find that we stopped by after locating on Yelp. They have some tables to dine in, but most people get their food to go. Ordered an onion bagel, sausage egg and cheese. The bagel is not dense, but light and fluffy. The sandwiches are made to order so can take a little longer to make. The sausage is seasoned nicely. Definitely fills you up and a decent value for $4.49. The staff took time to converse with us between customers and made recommendations. Also tried the chocolate honey glazed doughnut which was a little crumbly. A nice find on our travels.

What a great spot!!! Went on donut day and they were bust but quick. Grabbed some of the best donuts in town and I'll be back. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The donuts are fluffy but hearty yeast ones. So good!

Delicious, sandwich was small but good. I also got the BLT and a glazed donut. The service was very hospitable, it was too Asian guys that took my order, and they were very thorough with the order which I appreciated. I've had many of their donuts over the last few years because a lot of my students/staff members bring them in. But now that I got to eat the breakfast, I can't lie it's not bad at all. however, I know that there is better restaurants out there for sandwiches, but if I had to come back again, then I would and it wouldn't be necessarily a bad thing.

I love this place! Highly recommend for everyone to stop by and get breakfast here, especially if you are on the go! They make your order fast and it's delicious!

One of my favorite local spots to get custom donuts and egg sandwiches in the SODO area. It's open from 6am-1pm Monday-Saturday. Prices are very reasonable ranging $3-$5 range for a bagel/croissant sandwich. They used to be a cash only place now if you're spending over $5 they take card. The custom donuts are perfect size and delicious. They are about $1.50 or less and they have a large selection to choose from. It's very basic inside with no decorations but they have a few tables to eat at if you're planning to stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. Your order is normally filled within a few minutes. If you're looking for a quick and tasty breakfast place then Bakery Plus is it!

My go-to is the jalapeño cheddar bagel warm, flavorful, and the perfect kick without being overwhelming. But honestly, everything I've tried here has been amazing. We arrived around 10:30 and sadly they were already sold out (major heartbreak moment), but that just means it's that good. To make up for it, I grabbed a dozen bagels to go and their fresh scallion cream cheese, and WOW. No regrets. Everything is so fresh, soft, and full of flavor. We didn't realize they only offer bialys or sesame buns, but we were all pleasantly surprised and happy with our choices. Everyone except me ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on different bialys like jalapeño & Muenster, everything, and caramelized onion. I ordered the bacon sandwich on a jalapeño & Muenster bialy, which was delicious. My sandwich came with bacon, an over-medium egg, and smoked jalapeño cream cheese, all perfectly toasted. There were no complaints from anyone, honestly, we all ate in silence, which says a lot because we were too busy enjoying the food. The only downside is that it's not much of a dine-in spot, as they only have high-top tables and no chairs. I also got an iced cinnamon latte, which was not overly sweet and had a great espresso flavor. One of my friends ordered a hot lavender latte and really enjoyed it. We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures! If we lived closer, we'd definitely come here more often.

I placed a pickup order and even pre-tipped, but when I walked in there were only a handful of people in the shop. I stood at the pickup counter for about 15 seconds while multiple employees watched me come in, yet no one acknowledged me, greeted me, or asked if I was there for an order. I eventually had to get someone's attention just to receive my pickup. It's a very small store, only a few feet from the entrance to the counter, so it felt strange to be ignored. To make matters worse, my bagel appeared to be underbaked. The inside was pale, dense, and doughy instead of the chewy texture you'd expect from a freshly baked bagel. I understand that mistakes happen, but combined with the lack of basic customer service, it made for a frustrating experience. I really do love Jeff's Bagel Run, which is why this is disappointing to write. Great food can only carry a business so far. Friendly service and consistent quality are what keep customers coming back, and I hope they address both before more loyal customers start looking elsewhere.
