My husband's ribs were not exactly "fall off the bone" as advertised, but he did enjoy the loaded baked potato. My arugula salad was perfectly fine. I think that if you happen to be in the area, this is a good place to stop for a snack, a glass of wine, and great conversation with the staff. 1 star review for the Vegas level prices for extremely mediocre food. The definition of a tourist trap if I had ever seen one. Ordered a medium rare ribeye for myself which was marked as "market price" (literally the first time in my life I've seen this for a ribeye). It came out rare and had to send it back. Also, and for a 50 dollar steak it had way too much fat. Gf got the baby back ribs which were very dry and lacked any flavor. To top it all off, the place charges for using electronic payments. While coming back from Zion decided to try something local and in the way home. Saw the great reviews and was excited to see what it was all about. However I was left unsatisfied and overpaid in my opinion. This was also the first restaurant that I have ever been that had MP on classic steaks like a ribeye. After paying 50 per ribeye both came out to be undercooked and lacking in flavor. The ribs were dry and couldn't even be saved by the mediocre sauce that it came with. Delicious food and great service! I had the ribeye which was delicious, with a side of Brussels sprouts and baked potato. It was big enough to share. The ceviche tostada was good too but it only comes with one. The service was great, Austin was really friendly and pleasant. Made a last minute reservation and they said they could accommodate 11 people (9 adults, 2 children). Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate all 11 of us at one table, but two tables that were not right next to each other and this was about an hour after our reservation time. Thankfully, they stayed open to accommodate us and other people who were scrambling in last minute as things close early in this area. They were out of some items (Dino ribs & homemade rolls), though, but brought us pita bread to snack on. Meals were good, especially the steaks with cooked vegetables and mashed potatoes. Friends thought the fettuccini with Chicken was small for the price. They comped us desserts for our patience and the table issue so that was good. Expect to pay $20 or more for a meal. Steaks are easily $40-70 dollars. I would definitely go back because the food was tasty and of a good quality and we were celebrating my friend's birthday. read more

We live across the street and had been finding a reason to go check this place out, so we went today for my fiane's birthday, its a beautiful building and I plan to sneak away to have some drinks in the near future. Their bar has their own license so you don't have to dine in to drink if you don't want to. Our waiter was Austin, from the get go, he was awesome. Very friendly and treated us like friends. He does his job super well. Will probably ask for him every time we go from now on.The whole restaurant is very upscale for me so I felt a little out of place but he made us feel very welcome. I got the Ceviche Tostada for a starter and it was so fresh, all the flavors really came through with the mango and shrimp. The tortilla was very fresh and crunchy, the only down side was I wanted more, or so I thought. By the time we got done with our entree I was very content, but we got desert of course for his bday. For entree I got the linguine in lobster sauce, and it was amazingg!! the scallops and shrimp were so big and filling. The baby spinach and cherry tomatoes were cooked to perfection, I'd never had such a filling pasta dish that felt so light while eating. It was so nice. For dessert I snuck away and had them put a candle in their Tiramisu. I had a bite of it and it was a blast of flavor. The coffee was so nice and the cream was a nice pop of sweet. I got the cheesecake for myself and it was very good. In my picture I got too excited and took a bite of it before getting the picture, sorry! Under it is a raspberry PUREE, not a reduction and it was electric. I'd never had anything taste like that before and it was superb. Will def be coming back here. The tuna dinner preparation was divine! Yummy onion soup and terrific service. We were too full to have dessert but the offerings looked amazing. We we're staying at the RV park down the road from the restaurant and the owner picked us up in his car and brought us back after the most amazing meal. The decor is beautifully done southwestern and the paintings are the work of the owners wife! If you are visiting Zion national park make sure to get a reservation! This is not to be missed!!!! read more

Everything was wonderful. First things first, CLEAN. Bathroom was clean which is important to me. Our waiter 'Big Shawn' was so personable and informed about the menu and had open opinions regarding our questions. The menu has a great variety. Things that are different or have a very unique touch to make it special. We seriously had too much food and it was all so good. I had a bloody Mary (requested spicy) it was perfect! They have a ginger beer I have only had in Colorado that made it feel like Christmas when I saw it on the menu! French onion soup is a meal itself. The ribs my spouse had she said were delicious. A dry rub that was smoky and a little spicy with a very create sweet and spicy dipping sauce. The bread was light and good and olive oil / balsamic vinegar were ready on the table. The bolognese was a light flavorful sauce, not a thick hearty one. That would be up to personal preference. I enjoyed it. No room for dessert but the tirimisu looked wonderful (not soggy). We need good restaurants in this remote area. They have the right to be on the higher price side. I hope they do well with tourist traffic and are very successful! It is a new place we love. There is patio seating and a bar. We will go up just for appetizers, drinks and dessert. I hope every time is this good. I wish I had taken a picture of every thing we ordered. read more

We tried the baby back ribs and the pork chop. Both were incredible. Highly recommend. Generous portions. My son said the ribs were the best meat he's ever had. They were fall off the bone, melt in your mouth good. My pork chop was excellent. It was very moist and great flavor, with the toppings. Service was ok but friendly. If you're looking for an upscale meal in the Zion area, this is your place. Great cocktail menu along with some awesome food. The baby back ribs with nopales and the pork chop with Brussels sprouts were among our group's favorites. Be sure to try the housemade bacon balsamic dressing on your salad..woohoo! 5 stars if the staff was a bit more attentive. We were finished with our salads before the water was delivered and the food tray was left on our table for quite a while. I guess it gave us a place to place our empty plates...haha! What a great find. This restaurant had excellent food, excellent service, reasonable prices and fast service. We were eating late so I can't comment on the steaks. From their specialty menu we had pig wings. The jicama slaw was a perfect balance to the sweet and sour pork. The ceviche tostada was light crisp and refreshing. Again flavors were very well balanced. Also from the special tea menu we had that carpaccio. All I can say is Yum. Even the standard wedge salad was flavorful and delicious. I also had a jalapeño margarita. It was made with grapefruit juice and housemaid sour. It was definitely not hot, but flavorful and potent. We came here fairly late in the evening after hearing that the restaurants in Spring Dale were all crowded. OMG we ate there last week for my Birthday I can only say some of the best food we have ever had. We live in Carmel, California and this place surpasses any restaurant we have eaten at. First of all George and Trish are the best ever. We had bone in bacon, beef bolognese and a special chilean sea bass and for desert coconut cream cheese cake tasted like a mounds. I ordered the pork chops and it was so so delicious having a gluten and dairy allergy they were very accommodating. They also brought Sven a Dino bone to chew on to keep him busy through dinner. Really great food! Pasta Bolognese was out of this world delicious with a generous dollop of homemade creamy ricotta cheese. Others had chicken dinner, steaks, and Alfredo pasta. Dinner came with a side salad. Great selection of wine and beers. Live band was playing great blues and southern rock n roll outside on the patio on a Friday evening. Service was excellent! Wow wow wow!!! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I totally would. From the moment we stepped through those huge wooden doors, we were enthralled. Everything from the decor and cutlery to the impeccable service to the dinner specials, cocktails, and desserts were phenomenal. I had asked my Hurricane community where to get a decent margarita for Mardis Gras and a couple people suggested this place. I'm forever grateful they did. The jalapeno margarita was super good. For dinner I was tempted to get the smoked beef rib, but when the waiter told me about the veal chop special with crab meat and sweet potatoes, I couldn't resist. So glad I didn't. It was freaking amazing! I was in heaven with every bite. No joke. The meat was so tender and flavorful, smothered with real crab meat. They also did a unique take on the sweet potatoes, similar to gratin style, thinly sliced with what tasted like gruyere sandwiched in between. I've never had a better meal. Andy couldn't resist the other special, duck in demi glacé with broccolini. Also really yummy. He was particularly impressed with the sauce, saying it wasn't too sticky-sweet or tart like some are. We then finished off the night with the flourless chocolate tart. Another win! So rich, dense, and decadent! We also loved the friendly greeting from the owner. Can't wait to come back! read more

The girl that sat us was friendly and inviting. I wish I got her name. Ezra was our waiter and was so personable that it made our experience even better. His food suggestions were on point (my bf had the dinner salad/salmon and I had the wedge chopped up/shrimp linguine) and he had a jovial personality. We also had a cocktail each that were divine and refreshing. Cindy, the owner, was awesome. She went to every table and introduced herself and explained a little background about her, her husband, and the restaurant. She also is the artist of the paintings in the restaurant. Everyone was fantastic! The busboy (I forgot his name) was on top of things! Clearing any item on the table that we were done with. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. read more

We had dinner there on a Saturday night after a long day of hiking in Zion. We did not want to drink (except water) so I can't speak to their bar. My wife had the bone-in pork chop and I had the salmon. Both entrees were excellent. I would recommend them without hesitation. The dinner roles were just okay, not up to par with the meal. We did not have dessert- we were way too full from dinner. If your in the area, and looking to escape the crowd in Springdale, you would do well by eating here. read more

Hello George. Scott here from the review on YELP who you responded to a few hours ago. We do appreciate you reaching out and trying to rectify the situation with a free meal, but we couldn't accept that as that wasn't our intention and we have no plans to drive up there again anytime soon. I understand we all have good and not-so-good experiences in life, and as you said, this just may have been one of them. We just wanted you to know, as well as others our experiences in an effort to make it better. Zoe, our waitress was wonderful. Attentive and pleasant. The salmon was very small, but tasty; my wife's ribeye was large but very fatty and pretty tough. She was very disappointed. Not worth $61 based on other better cuts here in St George at almost half that price. Our friend's chicken was small and lacked flavor, and my buddy's filet, he said was just ok. The drinks were good too. We got no dessert. It was the overall prices that didn't match the quality and portions. Also, your outside furniture is pretty tacky and mismatched with stools that have short backs or no backs at all or are the wrong heights. It was funny watching others arrive who had the same problem. And our large round table was broken in the base and wobbled the entire time. Couldn't fix it with a rolled up napkin. It just doesn't really fit Classy, which is what I thought this restaurant is known for. The loud and annoying weird outside RayGay-style music didn't help either. But overall, it was just ok. Also, our friend left her purse there that night and made several calls the next day speaking to someone prior to opening who said she'd have to wait until the manager arrived at 2. Made no sense. So we drove back up to Zion for a couple hours until 2 and even stopped by the restaurant to do a visual check outside and in the dumpsters for her purse. Nobody answered the door or the exterior window knocks but there was a white small car out front. And then when our friend called back the restaurant at 2:10ish, a male manager answered who was rude sounding put-out telling her that this was the second time looking for her purse and it couldn't find it. Basically saying, stop bothering us. Thankfully, within 30 seconds of that call, a female from your restaurant called back stating they did in fact have her purse and apologized for not searching better. We stopped by and got it. Again, just poor customer service for an already bad restaurant experience. Thanks again for the peace-offering, but we'll pass. Scott read more

Best meal of our entire trip to Zion. Service was excellent & food was amazing. Prices are a little high for the positions but we accepted that this is a resort area so it's to be expected. Our only complaint was that we were never given our bread. The bacon vinaigrette was amazing on the green salad & meats were cooked to perfection. Hot food was HOT & cold food was cold which clearly indicates attention to detail & fast service. The art & ambiance was great. Despite the food being fancy the customers can feel absolutely comfortable in their comfortable vacation attire. read more
