I've been going here for 19 years. It's now in its 3rd owner since I've been going & Ive been seeing Tina for 15 years now. Always a friendly environment & always very clean.

She didn't even clean the paint. No massage. No cream.

The quality of the service they did on my feet was really LOUSY. From unclean paint to leaving my heels so much worse than when I entered... LITERALLY! No massage. Not even cream on my feet!!!! And it was laid a ridiculous amount for that lousy job. The worst pedicure I've ever had. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Tina is everything you can ask for! My manicures and pedicures are pretty and lasts for weeks. Top notch! Tina is highly skilled, always professional, personable and delightful. Always a relaxing experience.

I got a manicure and pedicure. I am not happy with my gel manicure. It looks outgrown and the sides of my nails we're not polish overall I just really don't like my gel manicure. Definitely removing them .

    What I asked for

I've been a returning client to Tina for 7+ years and her work speaks for itself. She's always willing to try new designs to satisfy me and I'm always thankful. Her work is clean and efficient and her pricing is unbeatable. Only gave 4 stars cause I wouldn't vouch for the other employees

I hardly leave reviews but my daughter and granddaughters made an appointment to get dip nails, gel nails and all three pedicures on 7/30/24. The nail tech dipped my daughter's nails 5 times in acrylic, then put gel polish without smoothing out the nails. She did not get what she wanted. The nails were thick and bumpy and nails weren't completely covered. My granddaughters wanted gel polish but was never shown the gel polish after asking several times. They just finally had to request a color. When it came to the pedicures the nail tech B told my granddaughters NO WATER. Why? My daughter and granddaughters go to get pampered. Not a very good experience. Also when she did my daughter's pedicure, my daughter had to pull away from the pain she was causing. My daughter did not allow the Tech to finish, only to polish her nails. My daughter left very disappointed but still fully paid and left a tip. I'm leaving the review because my daughter should have never left with the job that was done on her nails. But she felt so uncomfortable. I called the nail place to have my daughter's nails redone. When we showed up the nail tech B that did them wanted to redo when my daughter showed her the job she did she felt like she did nothing wrong. I had already requested for a different nail tech. The nail tech B made my daughter very uncomfortable causing my daughter to cry. I requested a refund because it was the worst experience and B made it very uncomfortable. Even my granddaughters wanted to wait outside. I'm not putting the nail techs full name because everyone has to make a living. But take pride in your work and customer service. The nail tech that did my granddaughter's hands and feet was good.

Hannah and rose are the best nail techs! Everyone is so sweet I been going here for years! Super relaxing. Always leaving my manis and pedis on point

I've been to this location twice now and I have to say both times I was impressed. I'm not a girly girl. I don't get my nails done often. But I had to get a pedicure for a wedding I was in a few months ago. This was the closest place to where I was at the time. I walked in and they sat me right now. Now, it had been years since I had a pedi. I don't have a big toenail anymore (had to get it removed) and it's SUPER embarrassing. I asked what they could do and they immediately offered and acrylic of sorts. Basically they filled it to make it look like I have a nail. I had no idea that was a thing. But they did a really good job and didn't make me feel bad. It stayed on for over two months. I just went back and was a walk in again. They immediately took me and took care of me. With the acrylic and basic pedi (no gel), it was around $40. Which isn't bad at all. There aren't any frills here. It's not super fancy. But the staff is nice and you can laugh with them. This will be my new go to spot for nails!

    Left hand

These nails on the pictures are 3 days in. Not fully satisfied with my nails. My cuticles are looking dry and not done very well. I got what I paid for. 3rd pic. is my left hand. The polish starting to lift after 6 days in. I'm at work right now and I'm embarrassed about how my nails look.

I've been going to see Tina for 10+ years, she always does an amazing job. The rest of the staff is so friendly and welcoming!

My mother and I had a manicure and pedicure done yesterday. I had May and my mom had Betty as a technician and they were wonderful! We did not have an appointment, but we were seen immediately, it was so nice. They were also friendly and very informative. This is a very nice shop that I recommend. We had gel nails and they look beautiful.

If you know you don't qualify for doing SIMPLE ombre nails, DON'T JUST ATTEMPT.

Anyway, then a woman came who knows us because we are old customers -- my whole family has been coming here for years. But this time, one woman disappointed us a lot. She asked what nail shape I wanted, and I told her I wanted a round or square shape for my toenails, which meant I did not want my nails cut completely short. Later, when I looked, she had cut all my toenails very short. When I told her that I had already explained what I wanted, she told me to "shut up" and said, "Let me do my job." I stayed quiet and thought there was no point arguing anymore. Then my mother also got upset and asked why she had cut them all short when I had clearly explained beforehand what I wanted. After that, I got upset too and told her, "You spoke to me very rudely when I was calmly explaining the shape I wanted." She again replied rudely and said, "Do you want the service done or not?" She showed so much attitude toward me in front of everyone, and then she left me there without finishing the service. I really do not understand why she behaved with so much attitude. Doesn't a customer have the right to say what they want and do not want? This was the first time something like this happened. Another worker who was sitting nearby apologized. My mother asked her where that woman had gone and who would complete my service because I was still waiting. She said nobody else could do it because they were busy, and I would have to get it done somewhere else. She also apologized and said, "I don't know why she behaved like that with you." I told her it was not her fault, but that woman treated me very disrespectfully and rudely, even though I had politely explained that if she did not understand, she could have asked me again. I had somewhere to go, and in the end I did not even get the service the way I wanted.

I always get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. However, after my experience yesterday I will not be going back. I'm going to my daughter's bachelorette weekend in a few days, so I asked for a design on my nails to go with the theme. Sean, the owner and person who did my nails, told me there wasn't time for anyone to do that design, so I quickly pivoted and instead did a Mediterranean/lemon design for my daughters bridal shower next weekend. I paid $130 for the gel nails with a design and a regular pedicure. I left a $20 tip, so $150 was the total cost. I noticed that a few of my nails leaned a little to the side, but they were busy so I left. I then sat in my car and stewed for a few minutes, and finally went back in. When I pay $150 for a service, I want it to look good. Especially since I got my nails done for 2 upcoming special events. The salon was packed full with clients and workers, it was very busy for a Sunday afternoon. I walked up to Sean and politely asked him if there was anyone that had time then, or the next day after I was done working to fix my index fingernail (The worst offender) as it was leaning to the left. Without even looking up from the women's nails he was working on, he said, "That's not the nail that's crooked. It's your finger. I've noticed it before." I thought he was joking so I looked down at him more closely but he didn't even look up... he was dead serious. I said, " Ummm..... I have never noticed my finger to be crooked before?" He still said nothing , so I left. It was really embarrassing. I Felt humiliated. The whole salon had become silent so they could listen to our conversation. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for the past 25 years, so no, fingers are not perfect. I have joint damage which is one of the reasons I get my nails done so that my nails are at least pretty. But the nail was crooked, not my finger!!! I'm not sure if he was making fun of my arthritic fingers or he just didn't want to fix my nail or what? Frankly, I'm very baffled. A business owner refuses to fix an obvious mistake that he had just done five minutes before? And then he insulted me by telling me my finger is crooked. The pictures of the blue nails are what was done yesterday. The 2 sets of yellow were done in March and June. The red, lady big nails were done in May. Does my index finger look crooked to you?!?!? When I pay $150 for my nails for a special event in my life, I expect them to look great. I don't appreciate being gas lit and insulted.

Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.
