Went in with some major eyebrows that needed removed, it's been awhile. I was quickly told to go to the room. I had no idea where it was, but walked to the back, where they "normally are". A woman, she never said her name, was right behind me saying, "in here, eyebrows". I told her that they needed A LOT more removed, a former salon had not followed my tattoo and made them really thick- I showed her a photo, attached here, at least 5 times while explaining to her that "it wasn't enough off, and they're were no arches"... After 5 attempts, she told me, "you have no more hair, your good". This was my first time there--I didn't make an appointment, but the staff was fine with seeing me. I didn't wait long, and that made me happy! The space looked clean and it was busy = good sign! I had a manicure and a pedicure. To sum up, my experience was OK. The manicure was alright, not amazing, the pedicure is what I will go back for. The price was good ($22 for a pedi, $12 for a mani) and this spot is close to my work. The staff was super pleasant and it had a good vibe. The prices were not posted, so I made a point to ask how much stuff was before I had the services done. It was my own fault for agreeing to the "scrub"...they charged me 5 bucks for it, and the foot rub $1. Of course you find out at the check out...I should have known better I guess. My regular nail tech was not in. Had gel manicure and a pedicure by Stephen. Worst gel manicure, he didn't cover nails completely. Cut nails all different lengths. Cut cubicles so much, they are still painful 3 days later. Pedicure incomplete, as he didn't scrub adequately. His station is filthy, gel light covered with sticky and dirty debris. I was a first timer here and I absolutely loved it. $23 for a spa pedicure... They did a really great job at removing the callouses! I'm a biggie when it comes to that since its summer time... My feet have to look great! They have a great selection of colors! Usually random nail salons that aren't well known do not have a good amount of colors to choose from. I'm glad this one does! During your spa pedicure they'll more than likely offer to do a scrub or put some sort of glitter to add on to your pedi without telling you you're getting charged extra. I went in with my mom for a pedi and decided at the last minute to also get a mani. I was in a bit of a rush so they had one person working on my feet and Linda on my hands. The staff was very great. They're funny, friendly and accommodating! My mani pedi turned out great and the extra $5 for the lavender scrub was definitely worth it! I'm an athlete so my feet aren't the prettiest, but they were silky smooth by the time i left! The shop is your everyday nail salon but their customer service is what makes them special! I have been coming here for years and I have to say that my last visit will be my LAST visit. My nail tech was great, he did a great job on my nails. However, another woman at the salon was rude to my daughter, my four year old daughter, not once, but twice. And this was after I paid THIRTY dollars for them to paint her nails with gel- not even a manicure, just paint her TINY fingernails with gel. Be rude to me? Ok. But not to my daughter, who I took to get our nails done as a fun mommy daughter day. We will be going to polished next time- we went there before and not only did they charge less to do her nails, her nail polish actually stayed on for almost two weeks. HORRIBLE. I've never had such a bad experience before at a nail shop. I got acrylics and a pedicure. I kept telling the lady I wanted my nails rounded and looking natural and still they suck. After two hours of having them done, they already started to lift. I was pissed. Plus I got the same exact thing as my friend and they charged her 45$ for both acrylics and pedicure and I got charged with a whopping 63$?! And for a crappy nail job? You're kidding me right?I went back the next day to get them fixed because of them lifting and to get them shaped better. And still the lady made my nails uneven and didn't do anything about the lifting. She said "there no lift, your nails good" and they weren't. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I came here because my regular shop was too busy and I needed a mani/pedi before vacation. I've been here a few times before and it's nothing to write home about. I definitely won't be going back. This last time I was there for an hour and a half and received the worst mani/ pedi ever! I had two different techs working on me and it seemed like neither of them could communicate where the other left off. The tech cut the corners of my nails even after asking them not to. This leads to ingrown toenails and she even did it to my fingernails! The polish was not applied evenly and the tech forgot to apply a topcoat to my toes. I also dont recall either tech opening a sanitized kit in front of me. The polish also chipped less than 24 hours later. Yeah the prices are cheaper than other salons and the wait isn't as long but you get what you pay for. read more

i came here to get a fill because my normal nail place wasnt open early enough on sundays and they opened at 10a (i had somewhere to be at 11a) i called the night before to make an appointment and still had to wait when i got there because all of the employees were late except one. she rushed through my fill (who does a fill in 15 minutes?!) she was also pretty insulting because she kept asking me if i wanted to get my eyebrows waxed while i was there. i kept telling her that i do them myself and i knew they needed to be done i just hadnt had time. i dont trust anybody with my face except me and i'm glad i didnt have her do them because she did a shitty ass job on my nails. they were so bad i went to another place a week later and got a whole new full set. dont go here. read more

Came here with my sisters and we were all pleased with the service. The spa pedicure is average price ($23) but doesn't include the foot scrub (that costs $5 extra, hence the reason for the lost star). Most other nail salons I've been to do include the scrub so that was a bummer. Good selection of colors. The actual pedicure was really nice. The woman really seemed to take her time to remove the callouses and trim around the nail bed. The seats are very forgiving (I'm tall and wide so not all pedicure seats are created equal). They are very comfortable even for someone who has more weight on them. My sisters got gel acrylics (2 weeks ago at this posting) and they have not budged once. Still the color is vibrant and it's not tugging at their natural nail. Will for sure return as the quality and service was great. read more

This is the cheapest place I have found to do nails at. $25 for french tip and $22 for a spa pedicure. How much more can you ask for?? I'm originally from Los Angeles so I was shocked when all I could find around Las Vegas were $30-$45 nail salons. All of their nail technicians are skilled and do a great job. I have a nail salon walking distance to where I live but I don't mind driving to Balii since I would be saving over $10-$15!!
