Hi , Robert here , I just want to say, How disappointing Balise has been for me! I understand how parts are ordered and things. Not once had your company has really reached out to me . It's all been my self calling and asking questions! I dropped off my truck January 9 . It has Been a complete disaster since that day * No communication, At all just wait! Just wait for a phone call that never happened. No progress or progression! The only time I actually got my Vehicle was the process of I wanted it back, or would take it to another mechanic. At this point from , Jan to march. I received it unfinished and came back today march 29, My truck was a mess. I would never ever recommend Balise collision repair ever !!! Don't take your car here. It took them approx. 10 weeks to fix our vehicle. We were assured at the beginning we would be kept up to date about our car. We were never kept up to date. When we called for updates, they lied, they only told us what we wanted to hear. No one had the same answer about our car. In some instances, they had no clue about our car. After 8 weeks we were able to pick up the car only to find it still wasn't fixed. We were assured it went through a QA process, not even 1 mile away and alert lights were on. We then had to wait an additional 2 weeks of more lying, not calling us back, and not having any idea when our car would be returned. Horrible customer service. read more

Do not go to this repair shop! Do not get it confused with the shop in Springfield-they are NOT the same! This facility is new and horribly managed!!! I was in a accident and called them on a Fri and they said have the car towed here. It was towed there the following Mon. I was assigned some guy who couldn't tell me anything except how busy they were. My car sat in this shop for almost 2 weeks and they never looked at it to even tell me if it was repairable or not. When I complained they then said well, its scheduled to be worked on the next Monday (hmm, that would be 2 weeks) but how could I trust them??? I had my car towed out to the Balise facility in Springfield who handled my car immediately and with great service and work. Go to Springfield. Stay away from West Springfield! read more

Worst experience of my life!!! Been given the run around. Was told repair would be done within 2 weeks, I made then aware I needed it done within that time frame also. After 2 weeks I called and they told me they didn't even start repairs! Then told me they would have it done within next week, garunteed. Waited a week, called. Still not ready. A month later. Still no car. They've doubled damage amount when there wasn't that much damage. Scaming people for sure. read more

Terrible place. I would not bring a tricycle there for repair. The original quote was changed. Additional work to be done was not done and final cost was almost twice the original estimate. To make matters worst my tail light had to be replaced. If you go here, be afraid. read more

We were on the turnpike and our Check Brake Pressure warning light came on along with the annoying alarm sounded. I exited as soon as possible and came upon Balise Collision and Repair. People were super nice and checked tire pressure, drove the car, and then re-set the tire gauges. Saved our vacation! read more

I am updating my review because I later also realized that not only did a Balise employee take my car to Stop and Shop to buy make up (both the Stop and Shop card and the make up were left in my car) but the same or another Balise employee stole a small purse with coins I had in the glove compartment. I called the general manager to ask for my purse back - I don't need the coins - but the purse was important to me as it was a gift. The general manager said that I had signed a document regarding property left in the car. I thought that was a terrible answer as he is basically saying they have the right to steal anything left in the car. I never thought they would steal a purse with coins in it ; it is just petty. But, petty thieves work at Balise and the general manager could not care less. He promised he would investigate and call me back, but it never happened. I am very disappointed as this used to be a good shop and now it is just the worst. read more

My 2017 Ridgeline received a nasty tail gate dent by a hit & run. Balise Collision worked with my insurance company to provide a quote. The repair was beautifully done, and Balise honored the quote without ad-ons. Here's the deal breaker: they detailed my vehicle, inside & out, to perfection! It's hard for me to vacuum and wash the Ridgeline in winter so Balise providing that service was a blessing. read more

I had front end damage and had it repaired here. The car looks great but it now makes a thumping noise that it never made bf. I took it back & they balanced the tires. It didn't help. I got into a minor car accident a month ago and have called them about my car for the past three days multiple times and every time they keep pushing it back another day. This is the slowest repair shop that I have ever experienced when the date I was supposed to get it was over 5 days ago. They are very inconvenient and do not cooperate at all. read more

Brought my car in for a paint job, they did it, then it bubbled up and they did it again, and the third time they refused, even though John M. The collision repair appraiser said the paint job was good for life. I called and called but he never got back to me. Even after he said if you ever need me please call. Yea right, never got back to me. My family and friends have spent a good 50,00 worth of business to Balise. Our business is going elsewhere. When you can't trust a mans word, then they are a nontrustworthy person and or place of business too. read more
