Having a dr. not know something and have them Google it in front of you is just depressing. at least leave the room. tests ordered never get done. and good luck actually calling and talking to a dr or even a nurse. take this review as you will. this is just one mans opinion

I had my first ever MRI in Clifton Park today. I did not know beforehand what the fasting test…read morewould entail. It was prescribed by my gastro doctor. 1. An IV to inject dye was needed. I am a "difficult draw" because of my small arteries. The staff member who did my MRI put the IV in skillfully on the first try which does not always happen. Thankful for her expertise! 2. The MRI was 20-25 minutes long and noisy. I had to wear a headset. She gave me a much appreciated and needed break after 10 minutes. There were lots of recorded holding your breath prompts through the test. 3. I received assistance getting off the table and placed in a wheelchair for a few minutes. It was a fasting test, so I appreciated the juice and pretzels that were offered to me. A nurse checked out that I was feeling well enough to leave the waiting room. I was. Office experience was 5 stars Care quality and expertise were 5 Plus Explanations of test were 5 Plus Patient care/concern was 5 Plus

Bony took me in and prepared me for the mri which included contrast. She was down to earth and made you feel comfortable. Once in the tube which wasn't an open mri they told you everything you needed to know and approx how long every step took. I can honestly say they were the best imaging company to go with. I had my fair share of mri's and cat scans.

Took my son to this location. I usually never have a problem with the Balltown road location. The…read morewoman up front told me to put a mask on my son (even though they're optional). So we did. The check in women had no personable skills. Her customer service wasn't very nice. Then, we get walked into a room that had crumbs on the table. Obviously it wasn't wiped down, prior to us. The nurse came in and scared my son with the swab stick, told him she was swabbing and he would gag. Scared the crap out of my 6 year old the way she said it. He opened his mouth she attempted to swab, he moved and she said, "don't touch my hand in a rude voice". Unbelievable, the staff here. The dr came in and she seemed personable but only comment was that her hair wasn't groomed which made sense why the cleanliness of the room wasn't made important before arrival. I do not recommend this location at all.

Being that this is…read morean urgent care, I was a bit surprised that you have to schedule an appointment to be seen, hence minus one star. The earliest appointment was one hour from when I got there, so I waited. Once I arrived, they brought me straight into the back right away. The initial doctor who saw me was very sweet and welcoming and made me feel cared about. The second doctor listened to what I said with intent and gave me a proper examination. I ended up being prescribed with antibiotics due to a possible ear/sinus infection. Nothing took too long (besides the initial waiting), everyone was nice, and I was actually listened to and taken seriously (unlike Ellis Urgent Care at Mohawk Harbor). Thank you!

At 12:20 PM, I asked her if it would be much longer. She said I was up next to go into an exam room, but there were six people ahead of me in six exam rooms, and it would be at least a couple of hours before I was taken care of because there's only one medical person (doctor? NP?) working that day and she had a migraine and was working slowly. I left, and made an appointment with my physician, even though I have to wait four days to be seen. By the way, this particular Wellnow is no longer associated with Saint Peter's, though the sign is still on the building stating it is. Also, the reception area was extremely cold. The few people in there were complaining, but the receptionist had no control over the temperature. It was so cold I stood outside to warm up.

I have been to this labcorp to get my blood drawn 2 times now. Both times the on lady can't draw…read morethe blood so she moves the needle in your arm and it hurts and make me feel like I am going to puke. The ask if you have drank water or eaten like it's your fault they can't get you blood. That happened both times I went there. The one lady couldn't get my blood (assuming she was new) she had to call another lady with a whale on her badge both times. So I didn't have just one arm that had needle poke I had two. my right arm hurt like hell (from the incompetent blood draw) with black and blues on it. The second time I went here I knew I had enough water. I don't look forward to going here ever again. Train your people better.
